Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wooden road cushion that is disposed at an end of a median strip of a general road, a road branch point of an expressway, various construction sites, or the like, and absorbs an impact at the time of a vehicle collision.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a buffer, for example, a cushion drum, is disposed at an end portion of the median strip or a road branch point of a highway to absorb an impact at the time of a vehicle collision. The cushion drum is a sheet having a light-reflective property on the outer peripheral surface of the drum body, in which a cushion bag is housed in a cylindrical drum body made of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene and closed with an upper lid. Generally, a structure attached with is used.
[0003]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-228561 includes a light emitting means that is attached to an outer surface of a buffer body such as the drum along the circumferential direction and emits and blinks linearly, and a light source means that guides light to the light emitting means. A crash buffer has been proposed. According to the collision buffer, night visibility for a vehicle traveling in a curve or a vehicle traveling from an arbitrary direction other than the front can be enhanced.
[0004]
In Patent Document 2, when a flexible belt-like body having a plurality of light emitters provided at intervals on the outer periphery of a buffer body is wound around the buffer body, the direction of each light emitter is substantially the front of the buffer body. A solar battery in which the light emitters at both ends are wound and fixed in a state of being obliquely incorporated with respect to the belt-like body so as to face the vehicle traveling toward the side, and a storage battery is built in the upper side of the buffer body A vehicle collision buffer having a self-luminous display function is disclosed in which a unit is attached and the light emitter is controlled to emit light by a control unit of a solar cell unit. According to such a vehicle collision buffer, since the electromotive force of the solar cell is stored in the storage battery and emits light spontaneously, visibility at night is enhanced and it is not necessary to arrange a line-of-sight guidance reflector or blinker light. The effect is obtained.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional cushion drum is made of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene as the drum body. Therefore, in addition to the problem of high price, there is a risk that the upper lid jumps high due to the impact at the time of vehicle collision. There is a drawback that it is expensive. Furthermore, since synthetic resins such as polyethylene are relatively heavy, it is difficult to move the installation location of the cushion drum itself, and the disposal method after being damaged by a collision or the like is also difficult, and the viewpoint of preventing environmental pollution Therefore, there is a problem that it cannot simply be disposed of or incinerated.
[0007]
Therefore, the present invention solves the above-mentioned problems and uses wood as a main material, so that it is low in price and high in safety against impact, and does not cause any problems in the disposal method after being damaged. It is an object of the present invention to provide a wooden road cushion that is light in weight and can be moved easily and that can effectively use thinned wood or small-diameter wood.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention stores a cushioning material in a barrel portion processed and formed into a substantially cylindrical shape by using wood, and the top and bottom openings of the barrel portion are connected to the top plate and the bottom plate. A wooden road cushion constructed by covering the outer peripheral surface with a sealing material on substantially the entire surface and winding and fastening a trunk reinforcing rope near the upper end and the lower end of the outer portion of the trunk. Basic configuration. The body is formed in a cylindrical shape by forming a convex portion at one end of a long side plate using wood and forming a concave portion at the other end portion, and fitting and connecting the convex portion and the concave portion. It is processed and formed into a cylindrical body.
[0009]
A rope for reinforcing the top plate is provided that penetrates the top plate and is partially exposed on the top surface of the top plate and then wound and fastened on the outer side of the trunk. A reflective tape is attached to a position in contact with the upper end portion of the trunk portion, and a high-intensity reflective sealing material is attached to the outer peripheral portion of the trunk portion. The lower part of the trunk is impregnated with paraffin to impart water repellency and antiseptic properties.
[0010]
According to such a road cushion, the seal material adhered to the outer peripheral surface is conspicuous even at night and is in contact with the upper end of the trunk when placed at the end of the median strip or at the road junction of the expressway. The high reflective reflective sealing material attached to the outer periphery of the body and the reflective tape that has been applied provides high visibility to the driver, and the shock is efficiently absorbed by the cushioning material stored inside the body in the event of a vehicle collision. And high safety.
[0011]
When the road cushion is damaged, it can be discarded or incinerated simply by peeling off the sealing material from the body made of wood, and the problem of polluting the environment does not occur. In addition, since wood is used as the main material, the overall weight is reduced and the installation location can be easily moved, so that effective use of wood such as thinned wood or small-diameter wood can be achieved.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a wooden road cushion according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the present invention, a cushioning material is housed in a barrel part that is formed into a substantially cylindrical shape by actual processing using wood, and the upper and lower openings of the trunk part are covered with a top plate and a bottom plate. At the same time, a basic construction is made of a wooden road cushion that is constructed by sticking a sealing material to the entire surface of the outer periphery and winding and fastening a trunk reinforcement rope near the upper and lower ends of the outer part of the trunk. It is said.
[0013]
1 is an external view generally showing a road cushion 1 according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a top view of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a back view of a top plate 5 and a bottom plate 6, 2 in the figure is wood Is formed into a substantially cylindrical shape, and a cushioning material composed of a water bag is accommodated in the body portion 2, and a sealing material 3 is provided on the entire surface of the outer peripheral portion of the body portion 2. It is affixed to. As the sealing material 3, it is appropriate to use a tape having a color that stands out even at night, for example, a yellow and black zebra pattern tape as shown.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 4, the body 2 is manufactured by forming a convex portion 4 a at one end of the long side plates 4, 4 using wood such as thinned wood or small-diameter wood, An actual processing means is used in which the concave portion 4b is formed at the end, and the convex portion 4a and the concave portion 4b are fitted and connected to be processed and formed into a substantially cylindrical shape. At the time of this actual machining, a groove portion 4c for fitting and fixing a top plate 5 and a bottom plate 6 (described later) is excavated and formed in the vicinity of both end portions of the side plates 4 and 4.
[0015]
1 and FIG. 2 is a top plate covering the upper surface opening of the body 2, and 6 shown in FIG. 3 is a bottom plate covering the lower surface opening of the body 2. The top plate 5 and the bottom plate 6 have the same configuration, and a flat plate member formed by actual processing means using wood is reinforced by using a contact plate 8 shown in FIG. Cut into a disc shape. The top plate 5 and the bottom plate 6 are fitted and fixed to the inside of the body portion 2 by using a groove portion 4c formed in the vicinity of both end portions of the side plates 4 and 4. A sealing material 3 is also attached to the top surface of the top plate 5.
[0016]
Reference numerals 7 and 7 denote body reinforcing ropes wound around and fastened near the upper end and the lower end of the outer portion of the body 2. Reference numeral 10 denotes a rope for reinforcing the top plate. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the rope is passed through the top plate 5 and partially exposed to the upper surface of the top plate 5, and then fastened on the outer side of the trunk portion 2. Thus, the top plate 5 and the body portion 6 are integrally wound and fastened to maintain the fixed position of the top plate 5 and to prevent the top plate 5 from scattering during an impact such as a vehicle collision. Reference numeral 9 denotes a reflective tape attached to the outer periphery at a position in contact with the upper end of the body 2.
[0017]
Further, a separately designed high-intensity reflective sealing material may be attached to the upper surface of the sealing material 3 attached to the outer side of the body 2. The high-intensity reflective sealing material can be appropriately selected from local marks, designs, animals and plants, special products, and the like (illustration of the high-intensity reflective sealing material is omitted).
[0018]
As an example of the dimensions of the road buffer 1, a preferable result is obtained when the overall height is about 800 mm and the diameter of the top plate 5 is about 600 mm.
[0019]
The production method of the road cushion 1 will be described. First, the required number of long side plates 4 and 4 using thinned wood or small-diameter wood are prepared, and a substantially cylindrical barrel is prepared by the actual processing means described above. After the portion 2 is processed and formed, the top plate 5 and the bottom plate 6 are produced by the same means, and then the bottom plate 6 is fitted and fixed using the groove portions 4c formed in the vicinity of both end portions of the side plates 4 and 4. In order to impart water repellency and antiseptic properties to the body portion 2, it is particularly preferable to impregnate the lower portion of the body portion 2 with paraffin.
[0020]
Next, a trunk portion reinforcing rope 7 is wound around the lower end portion of the trunk portion 2 and fastened, and a buffer material, for example, a plurality of subdivided water bags are accommodated in the trunk portion 2. As the water bag, a foldable polyethylene bag can be used, and a large number of water bags sealed with a predetermined amount of water filled in advance are prepared. In this example, 8 bags of about 20 liters of water were filled.
[0021]
Then, a zebra pattern sealing material 3 is adhered to the outer surface of the body 2, and the upper surface opening of the body 2 is covered with the top plate 5 using the groove 4 c described above. After the sealing material 3 is adhered to the upper surface of the top plate 5, the trunk portion reinforcing rope 7 is wound around the upper end portion of the trunk portion 2 and fastened. Further, a part of the top plate reinforcing rope 10 passes through the top plate 5 and is exposed on the upper surface, and then is fastened on the outer side of the trunk portion 2, and the top plate 5 and the trunk portion 2 are wound and fastened together. Then, the reflective tape 9 is attached in contact with the upper end portion, and a high-intensity reflective sealing material with a pattern is appropriately attached to the outer peripheral portion of the body portion 2 to complete the structure.
[0022]
Since the main material of the road cushion 1 is a wooden product using thinned wood or the like, it is possible to effectively use the wood and to reduce the overall weight and to easily move the installation location. When used, the sealing material 3 attached to the outer peripheral surface is conspicuous even at night, and the visibility of the driver is combined with the reflective tape 9 attached to the upper end of the body 2 and the high-intensity reflective sealing material attached to the outer peripheral portion. Compared to a road cushion using a conventional drum body made of a synthetic resin, the impact absorbing power is equal to or higher than that of a conventional road body, and safety at the time of a vehicle collision is enhanced. Further, even when it is damaged, it exhibits many features that it can be discarded or incinerated by simply peeling off the sealing material 3 from the body 2.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the road buffer according to the present invention, the sealing material attached to the outer peripheral surface and the reflective tape attached to the position in contact with the upper end of the trunk and the outer periphery of the trunk. The attached high-brightness reflective sealing material provides high driver visibility, and even in the event of a vehicle collision, an impact absorption capability equal to or greater than that of a conventional road cushion using synthetic resin can be obtained, resulting in high safety.
[0024]
Furthermore, by using wood as the main material, it is possible to provide a road cushion that is less expensive than synthetic resin. In addition, the road cushion itself is lightened as a whole and can be moved easily. If it is damaged, it can be discarded or incinerated as simple wood simply by removing the sealing material from the body. In addition, there is no fear of polluting the environment, and it is possible to effectively use wood such as thinned wood or small-diameter wood.
[0025]
Therefore, according to the present invention, the use of wood as a main material is low in price, has high impact absorption capacity in the event of a vehicle collision, and does not cause any problem in the disposal method after being damaged, and is light overall. Therefore, it is possible to provide a wooden road buffer body that can be moved easily and can effectively use thinned wood or small-diameter wood.
