Description
【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a high frequency inductor core applied to a smoothing choke coil mounted on a power supply device, an inverter device or the like, or a normal / common mode choke used as a noise filter inductor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
What is used as a smoothing choke coil for an inverter or the like has a DC superposition characteristic in which the output voltage is sufficiently controlled and constant regardless of the magnitude of the output current, that is, the output current IDC When the is small, it has a large inductance, otherwise it has a linear characteristic (this is called a non-linear characteristic here). Further, it is necessary that the frequency characteristic is good, that is, it can be used as L (inductance) even at a high frequency.
[0003]
In addition, since the noise level generated at 10 to 30 MHz, such as the noise terminal voltage, is large when used as a normal / common mode coil, it must work as L (inductance) up to that band. Furthermore, it is necessary to be able to be used as a large L up to a low frequency (about 500 KHz) such as an oscillation frequency of a power source.
[0004]
As a conventional high-frequency coil core, there is a

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention is intended to solve the above-mentioned problems, and is used as a high-frequency inductor and has a required DC superposition characteristic so that it can be used as a smoothing choke for a power supply or a normal common mode coil. In addition, an object of the present invention is to provide a high-frequency inductor core having a structure in which noise such as unnecessary radiation is hardly generated to the outside and capable of obtaining required characteristics according to applications.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, the high-frequency inductor cores of the present invention includes a first core obtained by forming the first has a core portion the first through hole in the core portion for mounting the coil, the consists of two divided portions having a second core, and inserting the second core portion in the through hole is composed of a second core which encloses the entirety of the first core, the The magnetic flux formed in the first core and the magnetic flux formed in the second core are in the same direction .
[0010]
[Action]
According to the above configuration, the DC superimposition characteristic can be further extended by providing a large L when the superimposed DC current IDC is small and providing a gap in the magnetic path. As a result, when used as smoothing choke coil of the power supply, it facilitates the constant voltage control even smaller I DC. Further, the frequency characteristics can be extended by combining two cores having different frequency bands in which the magnetic permeability can be used. Since the second core shields the first core, noise such as unnecessary radiation is less likely to be generated, and it can have excellent characteristics as a choke coil for normal / common mode noise filters. .
[0011]
【Example】
Hereinafter, embodiments will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of the present invention, in which 11 is a first core having a core part to which a coil is attached, and 12 is composed of two divided parts, and the

In addition, Skin Depth d is:
[Expression 2]
[0019]
Here, ω: angular frequency, μ: magnetic permeability, α: conductivity. Since the shielding effect is increased by using d as an index, the shielding effect is increased when the second core thickness and the distance between the first and second cores are larger than the respective skin depths from the equation (1).
[0020]
Therefore, as in the third embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 4, a
[0021]
If the materials of the first and second cores are the same, the effective cross-sectional area of the core is the sum of the respective cross-sectional areas. The inductance L increases with the increase. When there is no gap between the first cores, [(first core + effective cross-sectional area of second core) / (effective cross-sectional area of first core)] 2 times L increases. In this case, since the frequency characteristics of the first core and the second core are the same, they can be used only within that range. When a gap is provided in the first core, the magnetic permeability of the first core is reduced, so that the frequency characteristic of the second core is the same as above, but the frequency characteristic of the first core is improved.
[0022]
If the permeability of the second core is greater than that of the first core (different materials), if there is no gap in the first core, [{(permeability of the second core / permeability of the first core) × effective area] twice L of the second cross-sectional area of the core + the first core area} / first core is increased, draw a larger L of the same material. However, the frequency characteristics are poor, and when the frequency is increased, it is saturated immediately and cannot be used as L. Therefore, it is better to adjust the magnetic permeability of the first and second cores with a gap or a different material depending on the case.
[0023]
The first core included in the second core may not be a sealed type in which the winding is covered with the core. FIG. 5 shows a fourth embodiment of the present invention of this type. The

【The invention's effect】
As explained above, according to the present invention,
(1) When the superimposed direct current I DC is small, the direct current superimposition characteristic can be extended by providing a large L and further providing a gap in the magnetic path.
[0027]
(2) The frequency characteristics can be extended by combining two cores having different frequency bands in which the permeability can be used.
[0028]
(3) Since the second core shields the first core, generation of noise such as unnecessary radiation is very small.
[0029]
Therefore, when using high frequency inductor core of the present invention as a smoothing choke coil power supply, facilitates the constant voltage control even smaller I DC, was also excellent as a choke coil for normal Common mode noise filter characteristic There is an effect that can be given.
