Description

【0001】

[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the details of the present invention will be described with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings.
FIGS. 1 to 3 show a first embodiment of a camera accessory mounting / fixing device according to the present invention.
In this camera accessory mounting and fixing device, a main part is constituted by a mounting foot member 1, a tightening ring 2, a cam ring 3, a locking pin 4, a biasing spring 5, and a camera accessory body 6.
[0015]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the mounting foot member 1 is connected and fixed to a main body 6 of a camera accessory including a flash device by a screw 8 via a support plate 7.
In addition, the attachment foot member 1 is formed with an insertion portion 1c that is inserted into and removed from the accessory shoe 9 of the camera.
Furthermore, a terminal pin 11 that contacts the electrical contact 10 on the camera side is disposed on the mounting foot member 1.
[0016]
The terminal pin 11 is urged toward the electrical contact 10 by a coil spring 12.
The other end of the coil spring 12 is electrically connected to an electric circuit (not shown) built in the camera accessory body 6.
The mounting foot member 1 has a cylindrical shape, and a slot 1a for mounting the locking pin 4 is formed on one side.
[0017]
Further, on the outer periphery, a screw portion 1b to which the tightening ring 2 is screwed is formed.
Further, the mounting leg member 1 is formed with four screw holes 1d into which the screws 8 are screwed.
The fastening ring 2 has an annular shape, and an annular recess 2A is formed on the camera accessory body 6 side.
[0018]
On the inner periphery of the recess 2A, a number of mountain grooves 2a into which the click protrusions 3a and 3b of the cam ring 3 are fitted are formed.
In addition, at the upper end of the recess 2A, three eaves portions 2b for preventing the cam ring 3 housed in the recess 2A from dropping off are formed.
Further, a screw portion 2 c that is screwed to the attachment foot member 1 is formed on the inner periphery of the tightening ring 2.
[0019]
The cam ring 3 has an arc shape, and click protrusions 3 a and 3 b that fit into the mountain grooves 2 a of the tightening ring 2 are formed on the outer sides of both ends.
The cam ring 3 is formed with a cam slope 3c for moving the locking pin 4 up and down over an angle θ range.
Further, a cam upper surface 3d serving as a release upper surface position of the locking pin 4 is formed on one side of the cam inclined surface 3c, and a cam lower surface 3e serving as an engagement lower surface position of the locking pin 4 is formed on the other side. ing.
[0020]
Further, at both ends of the cam ring 3, there are provided interlocking rotation restricting surfaces 3f and 3g for restricting the range in which the cam ring 3 rotates when the tightening ring 2 is tightened or loosened.
In this embodiment, the cam ring 3 is integrally formed of a plastic resin having spring characteristics such as polyacetal, polypropylene, nylon, polyethylene and the like.
[0021]
As a result, the cam ring 3 can be easily bent, and the cam ring 3 can be easily incorporated into the recess 2A inside the eaves portion 2b in a bent state.
The locking pin 4 is formed with a guide projection 4a for guiding the locking pin 4 along the cam slope 3c.
A biasing spring 5 is disposed between the guide protrusion 4a of the locking pin 4 and the camera accessory body 6, and the guide protrusion 4a is pressed against the cam inclined surface 3c.
[0022]
The camera accessory body 6 is provided with a stopper 6 a that abuts on the interlocking rotation restricting surfaces 3 f and 3 g of the cam ring 3 and restricts the rotation range of the cam ring 3.
FIG. 2 shows a state in which the locking pin 4 is released when the above-described camera accessory mounting and fixing device is inserted into the accessory shoe 9 of the camera.
[0023]
That is, when the fastening ring 2 screwed with the threaded portion 1b of the mounting foot member 1 is initially rotated in the loosening direction, the cam ring 3 that is click-fitted with the fastening ring 2 also rotates together.
By this interlocking rotation, the guide projection 4a of the locking pin 4 biased by the biasing spring 5 on the cam lower surface 3e of the cam ring 3 moves from the cam lower surface 3e of the cam ring 3 to the cam upper surface 3d through the cam slope 3c. Thus, the position of the locking pin 4 formed integrally with the guide protrusion 4a is released from the locking hole 13 of the accessory shoe 9 of the camera.
[0024]
The rotation angle during this period corresponds to θ degree in FIG. 1, and in this embodiment, θ is about 90 degrees, but experimentally, θ is set to 30 degrees to 150 degrees. The releasing operation of the locking pin 4 is easily performed, and the locking pin 4 is surely removed from the locking hole 13.
Thereafter, when the rotation in the direction of further loosening the tightening ring 2 is continued, the interlocking rotation restricting surface 3g of the cam ring 3 that is interlockingly rotating comes into contact with the stopper portion 6a of the camera accessory body 6 and the rotation is stopped. .
[0025]
After that, only the clamping ring 2 is rotated alone to the final loosened position while repeatedly clicking and sliding between the groove 2a of the clamping ring 2 and the click protrusions 3a, 3b of the cam ring 3.
FIG. 3 shows an engagement state of the locking pin 4 in a state where the camera accessory mounting / fixing device is inserted into the accessory shoe 9 of the camera.
[0026]
That is, when the fastening ring 2 screwed with the threaded portion 1b of the mounting leg member 1 is initially rotated in the tightening direction, the cam ring 3 that is click-fitted with the fastening ring 2 also rotates together.
By this interlocking rotation, the guide protrusion 4a of the locking pin 4 biased by the biasing spring 5 on the cam upper surface 3d of the cam ring 3 moves from the cam upper surface 3d of the cam ring 3 to the cam lower surface 3e through the cam slope 3c. As a result, the position of the locking pin 4 formed integrally with the guide projection 4a is engaged with the locking hole 13 of the accessory shoe 9 of the camera.
[0027]
The rotation angle during this period corresponds to θ degree in FIG. 1, and in this embodiment, θ is about 90 degrees, but experimentally, θ is set to 30 degrees to 150 degrees. The engaging operation of the locking pin 4 is easily performed, and the locking pin 4 is reliably engaged with the locking hole 13.
Thereafter, when the rotation in the direction in which the tightening ring 2 is further tightened is continued, the interlocking rotation restricting surface 3f of the cam ring 3 that is interlockingly rotating comes into contact with the stopper portion 6a of the camera accessory body 6 and the rotation is stopped. .
[0028]
After that, only the clamping ring 2 is rotated alone to the final clamping position while repeating the click slip between the groove 2a of the clamping ring 2 and the click protrusions 3a, 3b of the cam ring 3.
Needless to say, the inclination angle of the cam slope 3c of the cam ring 3 is set to be sufficiently larger than the inclination angle of the screw portion 2c screwed with the attachment leg member 1 of the tightening ring 2.
[0029]
In the camera accessory mounting and fixing device configured as described above, the locking pin 4 can be quickly and completely connected to the camera accessory shoe 9 in conjunction with the initial rotation operation of the tightening and loosening operation of the tightening ring 2. The engagement hole 13 can be engaged and released.
Further, since the locking pin 4 is always urged by the spring force of the urging spring 5 in the direction of dropping with respect to the locking hole 13, the locking pin 4 is locked in the locking direction even when vibration or impact is applied. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the camera accessory from being disengaged from the engaged state.
[0030]
Since the tightening and loosening operation angle of the tightening ring 2 (an angle corresponding to θ in FIG. 1) can be set small, the engagement pin 4 can be engaged and released quickly and reliably. It is possible to reliably prevent accidents such as the pin 4 being bent or bent.
[0031]
Further, since the locking pin 4 can be moved up and down independently from the cam ring 3, the camera accessory can be attached to and detached from the accessory shoe of the camera in which the locking hole 13 is not prepared.
Further, in the camera accessory mounting / fixing device described above, the interlocking rotation restricting surface 3f or 3g of the cam ring 3 that rotates interlockingly with the tightening ring 2 abuts against the stopper portion 6a of the camera accessory body 6 and the cam. When the rotation of the ring 3 is restrained, the tightening ring 2 repeatedly clicks and slides between the groove 2a and the click protrusions 3a and 3b of the cam ring 3 to generate a crisp sound. It is rotated alone to the final tightening or loosening position.
[0032]
Therefore, the user can easily know that the locking pin 4 is completely engaged with or released from the locking hole 13 of the camera accessory shoe 9 when a crisp sound is generated.
Thereby, for example, when the tightening is loose enough to remove the camera accessory, the camera accessory can be removed from the accessory shoe 9 without checking the locking state of the locking pin 4.
[0033]
4, 5 and 6 show a second embodiment of the camera accessory mounting and fixing device of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the same members as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
In this embodiment, a circumferential hook portion 22a with which the cam ring 23 is engaged is formed on the side of the fastening ring 22 on the camera accessory body 6 side.
[0034]
The cam ring 23 is formed with hook receiving portions 23 a and 23 b that are fitted to the circumferential hook portion 22 a of the fastening ring 22.
A pair of hook receiving portions 23a and 23b are formed on the circumference of the cam ring 3, and a notch 23i is formed between them.
[0035]
A cam portion 23A is formed in an arc shape inside the cam ring 23, and an interlocking rotation restricting surface 3f for restricting a range in which the cam ring 23 moves during tightening and loosening operations of the tightening ring 22 at both ends thereof, 3g is provided.
Also, on the outer periphery of the cam ring 23, there is a finger hooking portion 23h for forcibly raising and lowering the locking pin 4 by operating the cam ring 23 alone to engage and release the accessory shoe 9 from the locking hole 13. Is provided.
[0036]
In this embodiment, the cam ring 23 is integrally formed of a plastic resin such as polyacetal, polypropylene, polycarbonate, polyethylene, nylon, etc. that is easily deformed and relatively slippery.
Then, the cam ring 23 is assembled to the tightening ring 22 so that the hook receiving portions 23a and 23b of the cam ring 23 ride over the circumferential hook 22a of the tightening ring 22 as shown in FIG. Assembled in positional relationship.
[0037]
At that time, the notch portions 23i formed in the hook receiving portions 23a and 23b facilitate the deformation of the cam ring 23, thereby making it easy to get over.
In the assembled state, the tightening ring 22 and the cam ring 23 rotate as a unit due to the frictional force generated between them, but when a force exceeding the frictional force acts between them, Independent rotation is possible.
[0038]
FIG. 5 shows a released state of the locking pin 4 in a state where the camera accessory mounting and fixing device is inserted into the camera accessory shoe 9.
That is, in this embodiment, when the fastening ring 22 screwed with the threaded portion 1b of the mounting foot member 1 is initially rotated in the loosening direction, the fastening ring 22 and the circumferential hook portion 22a are engaged by the frictional force. The cam ring 23 is also rotated in conjunction.
[0039]
By this interlocking rotation, the guide protrusion 4a of the locking pin 4 biased by the biasing spring 5 on the cam lower surface 3e of the cam ring 23 moves from the cam lower surface 3e of the cam ring 23 to the cam upper surface 3d through the cam inclined surface 3c. Thus, the position of the locking pin 4 formed integrally with the guide protrusion 4a is released from the locking hole 13 of the accessory shoe 9 of the camera.
[0040]
The rotation angle during this period corresponds to θ degree in FIG. 4. In this embodiment, θ is about 90 degrees, but experimentally, θ is set to 30 degrees to 150 degrees. The releasing operation of the locking pin 4 is easily performed, and the locking pin 4 is surely removed from the locking hole 13.
Thereafter, when the rotation in the direction of further loosening the tightening ring 22 is continued, the interlocking rotation restricting surface 3g of the cam ring 23 that is interlockingly rotating comes into contact with the stopper portion 6a of the camera accessory body 6 and the rotation is stopped. .
[0041]
Thereafter, only the tightening ring 22 is independently rotated to the final loosened position while sliding between the circumferential hook portion 22a of the tightening ring 22 and the hook receiving portions 23a and 23b of the cam ring 23.
FIG. 6 shows an engagement state of the locking pin 4 in a state in which the camera accessory mounting and fixing device is inserted into the camera accessory shoe 9.
[0042]
That is, when the tightening ring 22 screwed with the threaded portion 1b of the mounting foot member 1 is initially rotated in the tightening direction, the cam ring 23 fitted to the tightening ring 22 through frictional force is also rotated in conjunction. .
By this interlocking rotation, the guide protrusion 4a of the locking pin 4 biased by the biasing spring 5 on the cam upper surface 3d of the cam ring 23 moves from the cam upper surface 3d of the cam ring 23 to the cam lower surface 3e through the cam inclined surface 3c. As a result, the position of the locking pin 4 formed integrally with the guide protrusion 4a is engaged with the locking hole 13 of the accessory shoe 9 of the camera.
[0043]
The rotation angle during this period corresponds to θ degree in FIG. 4. In this embodiment, θ is about 90 degrees, but experimentally, θ is set to 30 degrees to 150 degrees. The engaging operation of the locking pin 4 is easily performed, and the locking pin 4 is reliably engaged with the locking hole 13.
Thereafter, when the rotation in the direction in which the tightening ring 22 is further tightened is continued, the interlocking rotation restricting surface 3f of the cam ring 23 that is interlockingly rotating comes into contact with the stopper portion 6a of the camera accessory body 6 and the rotation is stopped. .
[0044]
After that, when the tightening ring 22 is continuously rotated in the tightening direction, the tightening ring 22 is rotated independently until it hits the upper surface of the accessory shoe 9 while rotating with respect to the cam ring 23.
FIG. 7 shows a state in which the camera accessory mounting / fixing device of the second embodiment is attached to the accessory shoe 9 of the camera.
[0045]
In the second embodiment, only the cam ring 23 can be freely rotated in the range of the angle θ by rotating the finger hooking portion 23h of the cam ring 23.
That is, the cam ring 23 is locked in the direction in which the locking pin 4 is dropped into the locking hole 13 (in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 4) or in the direction in which the locking pin 4 is released (the direction opposite to the arrow in FIG. 4). It is always possible to rotate alone.
[0046]
Therefore, even if the friction force between the tightening ring 22 and the cam ring 23 becomes extremely small due to raindrop intrusion or the like, and the cam ring 23 does not rotate in conjunction with the tightening operation of the tightening ring 22, By the operation, the locking pin 4 can be easily locked or released.
Further, by arranging the finger-hanging portion 23h at a position where it can be visually recognized from the outside, it is possible to determine at a glance whether the locking pin 4 is in the locked state or in the released state, thereby giving the user a sense of security. it can.
[0047]
In the embodiment described above, the example in which the present invention is applied to the flash device has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to such an embodiment, and is widely applied to camera accessories attached to the camera. be able to.
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the fastening member and the cam member are annular, but the locking pin is inserted into and removed from the locking hole by the plate-shaped fastening member and the plate-shaped cam member whose operation direction is the rectilinear direction. The mechanism is also easily considered.
[0048]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the camera accessory mounting / fixing device according to the first aspect, when the fastening member is rotated by a predetermined angle, the locking pin is inserted into and removed from the locking hole on the camera side by the cam member.
