なお、ブレースや耐力壁の増設若しくは柱や梁単独の補強が困難な建物が更に好適な実施対象となる。

本発明におけるラーメン構造は、構面の外郭が一般に門形となるため、通常、柱状部材間に梁状部材を架設して隅角部を剛接したS造又はRC造(柱状部材のみRC造であってもよい。)の門形となるが、門形以外の構面外郭に対応する適宜な形状のものとすることができる。なお、柱状部材は基礎に対し剛接又はピン支承される。
