Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sheath tube rising portion holder used in a sheath tube method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A so-called sheath tube is prepared by preparing a sheath tube in the concrete to be placed in advance for piping for water supply or hot water supply in a concrete building, and curing the concrete and using the sheath tube. There is a construction method.
[0003]
In the above-described sheath tube construction method, as a sheath tube rising portion holder used to hold the sheath tube rising portion, the sheath tube is raised from the slab concrete surface toward the wall, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-20882. There are those described in Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 63-195175, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-1965. In particular, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-1965 discloses a holder widely used in the past as shown in FIGS.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
This type of holder is embedded in the cast concrete and is so-called disposable, and therefore is required to be inexpensive and easy to use for improving workability.
[0005]
In the above-mentioned Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-1965, the holding member is formed separately from the holder body in order to fix the entire peripheral surface of the sheath tube at the lower end and the upper end of the holder body. The sheath tube rising part which improves the point which adopted the method of screwing, and holds the whole circumference of the sheath pipe by forming the holder body in a spiral shape and providing the annular part at the lower and upper ends thereof A retainer has been proposed.
[0006]
However, since the holder shown in the above publication has a spiral structure to form the holder main body and the annular portion of the upper and lower ends, it cannot be manufactured by simple press work, and in terms of manufacturing cost. There are difficulties. Further, when attaching the sheath tube, it is necessary to insert it into the annular portion at the lower end of the upper end from the inside, so that it is difficult to use.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to provide a sheath tube rising portion holder that can further reduce the manufacturing cost and is easy to use.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A sheath tube rising portion holder according to the present invention is provided with a curved cross-section arc-shaped holder body that holds the upper surface of the sheath tube at a portion where the sheath tube rises from a horizontal state to a vertical state, and an upper end of the holder body. A pair of locking portions arranged in a row, a wedge member that is engaged with the locking portions and presses the back of the sheath tube, and a support leg that continues downward from the holder body, and The wedge member is configured to press the back surface of the sheath tube by being pushed into the locking portion until the stepped portion engages with the lower end of the locking portion and cannot be pulled out.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of a sheath tube rising portion holder (hereinafter simply referred to as a holder) according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0010]
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 10 denotes a sheath tube, and a portion that rises from a horizontal state to a vertical state is held by a holder 20 described below.
[0011]
The holder 20 according to the present invention includes a holder main body 21 that presses the upper surface of the sheath tube 10, a support leg 22 that continues below the holder main body 21, and a holder main body 21 that presses the back side of the sheath tube 10. It is comprised by the pair of latching | locking part 23 provided continuously by the upper end part of this, and the wedge member 24 which presses a sheath tube back surface.
[0012]
On the upper surface of the holder main body 21, reinforcing ribs 25 are formed that are composed of ridges facing outward.
[0013]
As shown in the figure, the sheath tube rear surface pressing means attaches the holder main body 21 to the sheath tube 10 and nails through a through hole of the support leg horizontal portion 26 formed at the end of the support leg 22. After the main body 21 is fixed, the wedge member 24 is pushed into the locking portion 23 until the stepped portion 27 engages with the lower end of the locking portion 23 and cannot be pulled out, thereby pressing the back surface of the sheath tube 10. . Of course, after the back of the sheath tube 10 is pressed, it may be operated by nailing using the through holes of the support leg horizontal portion 26 and fixing.
[0014]
According to the holder 20 according to the present invention, the holder 20 is attached to the sheath tube 10 simply by inserting the sheath tube 10 into the space formed below the holder body 21, bending it further, and attaching the wedge member 24. It can be performed.
[0015]
The holder 20 according to the present invention can be formed by shearing and bending a single metal plate with a press.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the holder can be obtained by a process of simply shearing and bending a single metal plate with a press, so that the manufacturing cost can be remarkably reduced. In this case, the back surface of the sheath tube 10 can be pressed simply by inserting the sheath tube 10 into a widely open space below the holder main body 21 and bending the wedge member 24 into the locking portion 23 after further bending. Therefore, it is very easy to use compared to conventional products.
[0017]
In particular, the holder of the present invention can be manufactured by a simple press process when compared with the holder shown in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-1965. In addition, the superiority or inferiority in manufacturing cost of the holder that requires a complicated processing step for forming the annular portions at the upper and lower end portions is obvious. From the viewpoint of ease of use, the difference between the holder shown in the above publication and the method of inserting the sheath tube into the narrow annular part at the upper and lower ends of the holder is also clear. It is. Further, it is obvious that a difference in cloudiness is generated in comparison with a method in which the holding pieces are attached to the upper and lower ends of the holder main body with screws or the like, as in the holder described above as a conventional product.
