Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a binding device used for binding sheets such as bookbinding of documents and documents, and binding or storage binding of computer tables.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in order to organize or store forms, documents, computer tables, and the like, binding and binding are performed through binding holes through binding holes. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing an example of bookbinding using a conventional binding string. The back cover 31, the form 32, and the front cover 33 are overlapped, and the binding string 35 is passed through a binding hole 35 in two or three directions. The book is bound with a loop, squeezed and bound.
[0003]
4A and 4B are explanatory views of a binding tool composed of a binding rod and a retaining ring. FIG. 4- (a) is a front view of the binding rod, FIG. 4- (b) is a plan view of a locking ring, and FIG. (C) is a cross-sectional view of the locking ring, in which a binding rod 42 made of a synthetic resin having a large number of locking projections 41 and a locking ring 43 are combined, and the binding rod 42 is passed through a binding hole of a sheet for binding. The locking ring 43 is pushed in from the end of the binding rod 42 protruding above the paper, the locking piece 44 is hooked on the locking projection 41, and the locking ring ring 43 is locked to perform bookbinding.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Of the above-mentioned conventional binding devices, bookbinding with a binding string requires that the binding string be passed through the binding hole many times, which is cumbersome, requires experience in finishing, and depends on how the binding string is passed or knotted. However, there is a drawback that the binding string is loosened or unraveled, and the paper becomes irregular, and that the binding string is broken and the paper is scattered.
[0005]
Also, when binding with a binding tool that combines a binding rod and a locking ring, each binding rod that is separated is locked to the locking ring, so that the binding is weak to twisting and the locking ring is Because the finger hurts when pressed small and strongly, it is difficult to press the locking ring sufficiently. As a result, the locking ring is insufficiently pushed, and the diameter of the spelling rod is small, so there is play in the binding hole. However, there is a drawback that the paper is likely to be displaced, so that a part of the paper jumps out or retracts and the paper becomes uneven, and the paper cannot be stitched cleanly and well. In addition, since the retaining ring is a thin flat plate, there is a disadvantage that the locking piece is easily released when the paper is pushed and spread.
[0006]
Therefore, the present invention provides a binding method that can easily and well bind sheets such as forms and stock form paper of a computer, and can maintain a tightly and neatly bound state without binding the sheets after binding. Tools.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Binding device of the present invention, a plurality of binding rods erected at predetermined intervals in a plate-like connecting member, the projections for a plurality of locking holes with a locking hole is found provided on the plate-like body to lock the binding rods consists of a locking body of the coupling body and the separate body, the binding rod provided with a plurality of locking projections at predetermined intervals, and the center direction in upward direction in the locking hole A plurality of locking pieces are provided, which are hooked to the locking projections, and are thickened so that the roots of the binding rods and the projections for the locking holes are pushed into the binding holes of the paper and can be locked by the tightening pressure. It is characterized by being formed.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is an explanatory view of a binding rod of the present invention. FIG. 1- (a) is a front view of the binding rod, FIG. 1- (b) is a plan view, and FIG. 1- (c) is a partially enlarged view of the binding rod. A plurality of binding rods 1 are erected on the connecting body 2 at predetermined intervals. In the present embodiment, an example of two binding rods is shown, but the binding rod 1 can be appropriately selected according to the number of binding holes of the paper to be bound. The root 3 of the binding rod 1 is formed thick so that the root 3 is pushed into the binding hole of the paper and the binding rod 1 and the paper can be firmly locked. The binding rod 1 and the connecting body 2 can be manufactured by integrally molding with synthetic resin.
[0010]
Locking projections 4 for locking a locking body 5 (see FIG. 2) described later are formed on the binding rod 1 at predetermined intervals. The interval corresponds to the interval between the binding rods 1. The locking projection 4 preferably has a truncated cone shape in order to easily pass the locking body 5 and securely lock the locking body 5.
2A and 2B are explanatory views of the locking body of the present invention. FIG. 2- (a) is a front view of the locking body, FIG. 2- (b) is a plan view of the locking body, and FIG. FIG. 2- (d) is an enlarged view of the stopper hole, and FIG.
[0011]
The locking body 5 locked to the binding rod 1 is provided with a plurality of locking hole projections 8 having locking holes 7 in the plate-like body 6. The number of the locking holes 7 may be provided according to the number of the binding rods 1. A plurality of locking pieces 9 are provided in the locking holes 7. The shape of the locking piece 9 may be any shape as long as it can be hooked on the locking projection 4 of the binding rod 1.
[0012]
In the present invention , instead of providing the locking piece 44 on the conventional thin locking ring 43 shown in FIG. 4, the locking piece 9 is provided in the locking hole projection 8, so that even if the paper is pushed open, The locking hole projections 8 are restricted by the binding holes of the sheet and do not tilt, and the locking pieces 9 are extremely unlikely to come off from the locking projections 4 of the binding rod 1. Particularly, as shown in FIG. 2D, when the locking piece 9 is inclined upward, after the locking body 5 is locked to the binding rod 1, the locking piece 9 locks the binding rod 1. It does not come off from the projection 4. Further, the locking hole projections 8 are formed to be thick so that they can be pushed into the binding holes of the paper and firmly locked.
[0013]
Next, a method of using the spelling tool of the present invention will be described.
[0014]
The binding rod 1 is passed through the binding hole of the paper to be bound, the locking hole 7 of the locking hole projection 8 of the locking body 5 is passed through the binding rod 1 protruding above the paper, and the plate-shaped body 6 is pressed. Then, the locking piece 9 in the locking hole 7 is locked to the locking projection 4 of the spelling rod 1. Since the base 3 of the spelling rod 1 and the projections 8 for the locking holes of the locking body 5 are formed to be thick, they are firmly pushed into the binding holes of the paper, and the paper is bound without being shifted by the tightening pressure. .
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
(1) Since the locking body is a plate-shaped body, the projection for the locking hole can be easily pressed, so that the locking piece in the locking hole is pressed firmly without damaging the finger, and the locking piece in the locking hole is engaged with each spelling rod. It can be locked to the stop projection, and bookbinding can be finished well.
[0016]
(2) Since the plurality of binding rods and the projections for the locking holes are provided on the connecting body and the plate-like body, respectively, the binding pieces are engaged with the locking projections by passing the binding rods through the plurality of binding holes of the paper at once. Since binding can be stopped, the time required for bookbinding is shorter than when binding with a locking ring through a binding rod for each binding hole, and the paper can be easily finished and bound well. Since the protrusion for the stop hole is not separated, the bookbinding is resistant to twisting, and after bookbinding, the sheets do not fall apart, and the tightly bound state can be maintained.
[0017]
(3) Since the root of the binding rod and the projection for the locking hole are formed to be thick, the root of the binding rod and the projection for the locking hole are pushed into the binding hole of the paper, and the paper is further tightened by the tightening pressure of the paper. In addition, the paper is hardly displaced, and the book can be neatly bound.
[0018]
(4) By tilting the locking pieces in the locking holes of the locking hole projections upward, the movement of the locking pieces is strongly restrained by the locking projections of the binding rod, and the locking body comes off from the binding rod. It becomes difficult.
