【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は電車線張力を一定に維持するテンションバランサを方形鉄柱へ取付ける装置に関するもので、鉄柱の縦横寸法の大小に係わりなく装着を可能にするものである。

【従来の技術】
テンションバランサを引止めるのに対象が円形柱なら半円バンドの1対で挾持するので、多少は直径を異にする円柱にも支障なく対応できる。またテンションバランサは車両走行を妨げないよう線路の側方に設けるので、引止の角度もそれに対応させねばならないが、円形柱ならこの調節も極めて容易である。

しかし方形柱の場合は矩形もあれば正方形もあり、何れも柱の縦横寸法は必ずしも一定でないため、また方形柱の形状ごとに取合設計を行わなければならない。また方形柱の場合は鉄柱構成材へいちいち孔明けして取付部材をボルト締めしたので高所作業であることから、つねに危険を伴っていた。
方形柱への引止金具として、実開昭58−181620号がある。アングル鋼材の1辺水平面に鉄塔中心の円弧線上に複数のボルト挿通孔を穿ち、滑車引止め用
ブラケット金具をこの円弧線上で取り付け自在とし、テンションバランサ引き止めの力線が常に鉄塔中心になるようにしている。しかし、この構造においては、力線角度の調節範囲に限度があり、テンションバランサの引止め角度に対し十分な取り付け調節が出来ないという問題があった。

【課題解決の手段】
直交2辺から成り両端に端縁を備える4箇の部材を、角柱の4隅角へ当接可能にし、隣接する部材の対応する端縁をボルトで締めて、締付枠体とする。これにより角柱に孔明けすることなく、また方形の形状大小に係わりなく取付可能となる。締付枠体の1つの外面に穿った水辺方向の長孔へアングル状取付金具の垂直側一辺を左右位置調節可能にボルト締めする。別に矩形座金の中央部に、アーム引止用軸受板の1対を直立溶着したものを軸受金具として用意し、この両端に穿ったボルト孔を、取付金具の円弧線上に穿ったボルト孔3bに対応させてボルトで固着する。

【実施例】
図面について述べる。図1のアングルRは方形鉄柱の四角隅部を示す。これに対し枠体片1はこの角隅部へ当接可能な両辺の端部に端縁1aを設けたものである。4箇の枠体片1は夫々対応する端縁をボルト2で締込み方形の締付枠体Sを形成する。取付金具3は直交両辺から成り、その垂直側一辺には長孔3aが穿たれ、対応する枠体片1の側縁1bと左右位置調節可能にボルト4で固着される。必要ならば側縁1bの孔も図3の如く長孔として調節長さを長くしておく。取付金具3の水平側他辺には複数等ピッチのボルト孔3bを円弧線上に穿っておく。軸受金具5は矩形座金5aの中央部に1対の軸受板5bを直立溶着したもので、両端にボルト孔が穿ってある。このボルト孔は円弧線上の孔3bの2箇と選択的に重ね合わせ可能で、ボルト6で固着される。即ち軸受金具5は取付角度を左右に調節可能で、通常は左右とも5度程度にしておけば支障がない。

以上のように構成される。本装置は、図4の如く締付枠体Sを方形鉄柱に取付け、主アームA用、および副アームB用として使用する。何れもアーム端を軸受板の軸5Cに係止して用いる。いずれも構成は同一であるが、応力の違いに対応して設計を変えてもよい。また図示しないがテンションバランサの重錘取付用の締付枠体としても使用できる。

方形鉄柱へ、その形状及び寸法と係わりなく、また鉄柱にボルト孔を穿つことなく、テンションバランサの取付を可能とする。取付方向は左右何れにも調整可能である。
