従来、スリーブを固定する金具としては、鉄筋が配置される前の型枠体の両端面に固定用金具を取付け、型枠体に鉄筋が配置された後に、前記金具の位置に合わせてスリーブ管の両端面を金具と固定する施工方法又は、型枠体の対向する両端面に長さに合わせた伸縮スリーブの両端を片側2〜3本の釘で外筒側から型枠体に達するように斜めに打ち込んだり接着剤を使用する施工方法が、一般的であった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
したがって前記のように鉄筋が配置される前に固定用金具を型枠体に取付ける施工方法の場合は、その金具が鉄筋の配置の障害となり接触における破損や、不具合を生じやすい、鉄筋が型枠体に配置された後に、型枠に固定された金具との接合や、前記のような釘打ちと接着剤による固定方法は多大な労力と時間を必要とし、以前その施工方法を省略出来るまでには至っていない。

本発明の技術的課題は、このような問題に着目し、前記釘打ちと接着剤を使用せずに型枠に保持でき、しかも伸縮性容易な伸縮スリーブとその保持方法を実現することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、前記の課題を有効に解決するために創案されたものであり、以下の特徴を備えた貫通孔形成用伸縮スリーブ管の設置方法を提供するものである。

円形に形成する金属板の略中心部に、固定用孔を設け、端が固定され他端が自由端となる、長方形板バネの自由端側が、前記孔を塞ぐように前記金属板の一面に取付けて成るプレート型の伸縮スリーブ固定用補助金具である。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に本発明による伸縮スリーブ固定用補助金具が実際どのように具体化されるか実施の形態を説明する。図1は、本発明による伸縮スリーブ固定用補助金具の実施の形態を示す斜視図である。

図1の4はスリーブであり、従来「ボイド」とよばれているものである。このスリーブは、小径円筒材と大径円筒材を互いに入子式に組み合わせできる伸縮型スリーブでその両者は、互いにガタつくこと無く伸縮することができる。

図1の1は前記スリーブを固定保持するための金属板で出来たプレート型の固定用補助金具であり前記スリーブと粘着テープを用いて固定する。

本発明の実施例について図面を参照に説明する。図1〜4は、請求項1に関する実施例である。図1は伸縮スリーブ固定用補助金具の斜視図、図2は伸縮スリーブ固定状態の断面図、図3は鉄筋組みあがり時の伸縮スリーブの仮止め状態側面図、図4は伸縮スリーブ固定状態側面図である。本実施例では、金属板を素材として使用、円形に切断加工した金属板の1の中心に固定用孔2を設け、端が固定され他端が自由端となる長方形の板バネ3が固定用孔2をふさぐように平行に取付けたプレート型のスリーブ固定用補助金具である。

本発明の伸縮スリーブ固定補助金具は次のような手順を以って実施されるものである。
1.型枠体6両面に貫通用開孔の墨出し位置に補助金具固定用の釘5を2〜3mm余して打ち込む。
2.伸縮スリーブ4の小径円筒と大径円筒の両端面に、粘着テープを用いて固定用補助金具を頑固に取付ける。
3.鉄筋7が組み上がった段階で、伸縮スリーブ4を鉄筋7間の空間に仮止めする。
4. 鉄筋7が型枠体6に配置された後に、補助金具固定用の釘5を15mmまで引きだす。
5.鉄筋7から仮止めしておいた伸縮スリーブ4を外し、小径円筒片面側の固定用補助金具の中心を釘5aに向かって押し込むと、長方形板バネ3が反り返り、釘5aを強固につかむ。次に大径円筒側の伸縮スリーブ4bを対向する面の釘5bに向かって押し込むと伸縮スリーブ4は型枠体6に固定される。

したがって容易にかつ短時間で精度の高いスリーブ入れが出でき、大幅なコストの削減に役立つことになる。
