本発明は、蒸気発生設備ブローダウン熱回収システムに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
原子力発電プラントにおいては通常、原子炉の熱を利用した高温水を蒸気発生器に送り熱交換させた後に回収するいわゆる一次系と、蒸気発生器内で一次系の高温水を利用して蒸気を発生させ、この蒸気でタービンを回転させて発電し、その後、復水器にて復水させた後、蒸気発生器に回収するいわゆる二次系とを備え、二次系には、蒸気発生器の器内水の一部を取り出して不純物を浄化した後に復水へ回収するSGブローダウン系を備えている。SGブローダウン系では、必要に応じてブローダウンした流体の熱回収が行われる。

二次系を構成する蒸気発生器1の下流には、高圧タービン3、湿分分離加熱器5、低圧タービン7、復水器9が配置されている。復水器9の下流は、途中に開閉弁10及び復水脱塩装置(コンデミ)11を備える主流配管13と、復水脱塩装置11の迂回路として機能し、開閉弁14を備える復水脱塩装置バイパス配管15とに分岐している。主流配管13と復水脱塩装置バイパス配管15との合流点17の下流には、復水ブースタポンプ21、低圧ヒータ23、脱気器25、給水ブースタポンプ27、給水ポンプ29及び高圧ヒータ31が設けられ、高圧ヒータ31が蒸気発生器1に接続され、二次系の循環経路が構成されている。復水ブースタポンプ21の上流には、必要に応じて復水ろ過器19が設置される。

また、SGブローダウン系は以下のような主要構成を有する。蒸気発生器1はSGBD(steam generator blow down)管33を備え、SGBD管33の途中には、SGBD遮断弁35、SGBD絞り弁36が設けられている。SGBD絞り弁36の下流は、フラッシュタンク41に接続されるブローダウン常用ライン37と、復水器9に接続されるブローダウンバイパスライン38とに分岐している。それぞれのラインの配管には、SGブローダウンの回収先を手動で切り替える切替弁39a,39bが設けられている。
フラッシュタンク41の下流は、SGBD冷却器43、F/T(フラッシュタンク)水位制御弁45を備え、ブローダウン常用ライン37の一部を構成する配管49を介して、開閉弁10の下流であって復水脱塩装置11の上流の部分に接続される。また、フラッシュタンク41で分離された蒸気は、圧力制御弁48を備えた配管からなる熱回収ライン50を介して、脱気器25に接続される。

しかしながら、上述したSGブローダウン系の異常のうち、フラッシュタンク41内の水位や復水脱塩装置11に導入されるSGブローダウン液体の温度の異常については、フラッシュタンク41でのフラッシュ蒸気による熱回収に不都合を生じるものではない。それにもかかわらず、SGBD遮断弁35が強制的に閉じ、フラッシュタンク41にSGブローダウンが導入されないため、フラッシュ蒸気による熱回収を継続することができないという問題点がある。
また、フラッシュタンク41内の水位や復水脱塩装置11導入前のSGブローダウン液体に温度異常が発生した場合、SGBD遮断弁35が強制的に閉じ、手動で切替弁39a、39bを操作してSGブローダウンをバイパスライン38に導く必要があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上述の目的を達成するため、この発明の蒸気発生設備ブローダウン回収システムは、蒸気発生器、蒸気発生器からの蒸気を復水する復水器、復水器の下流に設けられた復水脱塩装置及び復水脱塩装置の下流に設けられた脱気器を備えた二次系において、蒸気発生器の流体の一部をブローダウンして導入するフラッシュタンクと、フラッシュタンクで分離された蒸気を脱気器に回収して熱回収を行う熱回収ラインと、フラッシュタンクの下流に設けられ、フラッシュタンクで蒸気と分離されたブローダウン液体を復水脱塩装置に送る流路を形成するブローダウン常用ラインと、フラッシュタンクの下流に設けられ、フラッシュタンクで蒸気と分離されたブローダウン液体を復水器へ送る流路を形成するブローダウンバイパスラインと、フラッシュタンクの下流に設けられ、ブローダウン常用ライン及びブローダウンバイパスラインの流量をそれぞれ決定する流路決定手段とを備えたことを特徴とするものである。

図1に、この発明の実施の形態に係る蒸気発生設備ブローダウン回収システムを備えた原子力発電プラントの二次系の主要な構成要素を示す。二次系を構成する蒸気発生器1の下流には、高圧タービン3、湿分分離加熱器5が設けられている。湿分分離加熱器5の下流に低圧タービン7が設けられている。低圧タービン7の下流には、復水器9が配置されている。復水器9の下流は、途中に開閉弁10及び復水脱塩装置11を備える主流配管13と、復水脱塩装置11の迂回路として機能し、開閉弁14を備える復水脱塩装置バイパス配管15とに分岐している。主流配管13と復水脱塩装置バイパス配管15との合流点17の下流には、復水ブースタポンプ21、低圧ヒータ23、脱気器25、給水ブースタポンプ27、給水ポンプ29、高圧ヒータ31が設けられ、高圧ヒータ31の下流は蒸気発生器1に接続され、二次系の循環経路が構成されている。復水ブースタポンプ21の上流には、必要に応じて復水ろ過器19が設置される。

具体的には、レベルコントローラ63は、フラッシュタンク41内のSGブローダウン液体の水位が基準水位NWLとなるように第1F/T水位制御弁61の開度を調節し、水位が基準水位NWL以上になると第1F/T水位制御弁61の開度を増加させ、流量を増加させるように構成されている。一方、基準水位NWL未満になると、第1F/T水位制御弁61の開度を減少させ、流量を減少させるように構成されている。第1F/T水位制御弁61の開度を増加しても、さらに、フラッシュタンク41の水位が上昇して基準高水位HWL以上になると、レベルコントローラ63は、第2F/T水位制御弁71の開度を増加し、流量を増加させるように構成されている。

蒸気発生設備ブローダウン回収システムの通常運転時には、SGBD遮断弁35は開いており、蒸気発生器1でブローダウンされた流体は、SGブローダウンとしてフラッシュタンク41に導入される。フラッシュタンク41では、SGブローダウンをフラッシュさせ、いわゆるフラッシュ蒸気として脱気器25に回収する。一方、フラッシュタンク41内に残った液体は、SGブローダウン液体として、SGBD冷却器43に導入され、復水脱塩装置11の許容温度以下まで冷却される。
ここで、フラッシュタンク41内のSGブローダウン液体の水位は、レベルコントローラ63による第1F/T水位制御弁61の開度調節により、基準水位NWL近傍以下に制御されている。このとき、第2F/T水位制御弁の開度は減少し、通常は全閉となっている。
