従来の此種クレーンは、下部走行体に上部旋回体を旋回自在に載置し、該上部旋回体の前部にブームを俯仰可能に装着するとともに、該上部旋回体の後部にガントリを起立倒回自在に設け、このガントリの先端部にベイルを取り付けるとともに前記ブームの先端部側にブライドルを取り付け、これらベイル・ブライドル間にブーム起伏ロープを卷装し、該ブーム起伏ロープの巻き上げ下げにてベイル・ブライドル間の距離を変更することにより前記ブームを俯仰するように構成されている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記目的を達成するために提案されたものであり、下部走行体に上部旋回体を旋回自在に載置し、該上部旋回体の前部にブームを俯仰可能に装着するとともに、該上部旋回体の後部にガントリを起立倒回自在に設け、このガントリの先端部にベイルを取り付けるとともに前記ブームの先端部側にブライドルを取り付け、これらベイル・ブライドル間にブーム起伏ロープを巻装し、該ブーム起伏ロープの巻き上げ下げにてベイル・ブライドル間の距離を変更することにより前記ブームを俯仰するように構成したクレーンであって、且つ、前記ブーム起伏ロープを巻き下げてブームを上部旋回体の前方へ倒回した後に、該ブームから前記ブライドルを取り外すとともに該ブームを上部旋回体から離脱させ、更に、前記ガントリを上部旋回体の後方へ倒回して上部旋回体の上部にガントリを略水平に載置して輸送するようにしたクレーンの輸送方法に於いて、
前記ブームから取り外された前記ブライドルは前記上部旋回体の前部に設けられているブライドル固定用ラグに固定されることにより、該ブライドルを上部旋回体の前部であって、且つ、ガントリの載置位置よりも低位置に固定して輸送することを特徴とするクレーンの輸送方法を提供するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施の形態を図1及び図2に従って詳述する。尚、説明の都合上、従来と同一構成部分には同一符号を使用する。図1はラチスブームタイプのクレーン10を示し、下部走行体7に上部旋回体1を旋回自在に載置し、該上部旋回体1の前部にブーム8を俯仰自在に枢着してある。ブーム8の先端部にはシーブ9,9を取り付けてあり、上部旋回体1に装着したフロントウインチ11からフックロープ12を繰り出してこのシーブ9,9に掛け回し、ブーム8の先端からフック13を吊り下げる。

一方、上部旋回体1の後部にはカウンタウエイト14を装着するとともに、ガントリ2を起立倒回自在に設けてある。そして、ガントリ2の先端部にベイル3を取り付けるとともに、前記ブーム8の先端部に係止したペンダントロープ15にブライドル4を取り付け、上部旋回体1に装着したブーム起伏ウインチ6からブーム起伏ロープ5を繰り出して、これらベイル3とブライドル4間にブーム起伏ロープ5を卷装する。

斯くして、当該クレーン10にてクレーン作業を行う際は、前記ブーム起伏ウインチ6を駆動し、ブーム起伏ロープ5の巻上げ下げにてベイル3とブライドル4間の距離を変更することにより前記ブーム8を俯仰させるとともに、前記フロントウインチ11を駆動し、フックロープ12を巻き上げ下げしてフック13を昇降させる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は上記一実施の形態に詳述したように、クレーンを輸送する際には、ブライドルを外さず、而も、ガントリの載置位置よりも低位置であって、且つ、上部旋回体の前部に設けられているブライドル固定用ラグに該ブライドルを固定するので、輸送高さを低く抑えることができ、移送時の高さ制限を受け難い。更に又、ブライドルを前記固定位置に固定するのであるから、ベイルイドルとの間に巻装されているブーム起伏ロープす必要がなくなり、従って、ブーム起伏ロープをブーム起伏ウインチにすべて巻き込む必要もなくなり、輸送準備及び組立準備が著しく簡素化されて、労力の軽減並びに作業時間の短縮に寄与できる等、正に諸種の効果を奏する発明である。
