Description

【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明はプレートにガードを取り付けた焼物プレートに関する。
【従来の技術】
最近のホットプレートは、ヒータの上部にプレートを着脱自在に載置し、使用後にはプレートを取り外して丸洗いができるようにしている。
そして、使用中(焼物調理中)や使用直後の取り外し時にはプレートが高温となっているために、誤ってプレートの外周縁に触れた時やプレートの取り外し時には火傷を生じる危険がある。
これを防止することを目的としてプレートの外周縁に合成樹脂製のガードを固定している。(特開平10−272064号公報)
ところが、前記プレートが方形の場合には、プレートの並行する辺に沿った複数本の直線状のガード素材と、プレートのコーナー部に沿わせたL形のガード素材とを組み合わせ、L形のガード部材を固定金具によりプレートのコーナー部に螺合固定している。
【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前述の様にプレートの形状は保管や収納に便利な長方形のものと、これとは別に全面の温度差が少なくプレートを囲む場所に制限の少ない円形のものがあり、使用者の用途に応じて選定されるわけであるが、円形のプレートに固定するガードは、長方形のものと違って把手以外の部分を持ってプレートを取り外したり移動したりすることがある。
この様な使用形態では、ガード素材の連結部が外れたり、変形する欠点があった。
本発明は、プレートの外周縁に固定したガードを構成するフレームの連結部が外れたり、変形するのを防止したものである。
【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、金属材料よりなる円形の皿形を呈するプレートと、複数本のフレームを連結して前記プレートの形状に沿った形状としたガードと、前記フレームの隣接する端部間を固定する取付金具と、外周縁を前記プレートの外周縁の上側に載置する蓋体とを備え、前記取付金具は、プレートの外周縁の下部に固定しガードを固定すると共にガードの内周縁とプレートの外周縁との間に隙間を形成したものである。
また、前記プレートの側壁の数個所には内側に突出し外側に凹みを形成した載置段部を形成すると共に、前記載置段部の上部に蓋体の外周縁を載置し、前記凹みを前記取付金具の固定部としたものである。
さらに、前記フレームの一部には該フレームと一体に把手を設けると共に、この把手が位置するフレームを、一側が前記凹みに固定された取付金具の他側に固定したものである。
【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。図1は本発明の焼物プレートの裏面図、図2は同じくプレート単品の縦断面図、図3は同じくプレート単品の裏面図、図4は同じくフレームの裏面図、図5は同じく焼物器としての使用形態を示す部分断面図、図6は同じく把手付近の裏面拡大図である。
(1)はアルミニウム等の熱伝導の良好な金属材料よりなる円形を呈した皿状のプレートで、図2に示す様に外周縁には立上りの側壁(2)を形成すると共に、この側壁の上部フランジ(3)の外側下部には45度間隔に複数個の凹み(4)…(4)を設け、この凹みのそれぞれにはネジ孔(5)…(5)を設けている。
前記凹み(4)…(4)に対応するプレート(1)の側壁(2)の内側には複数個の載置段部(6)…(6)を一体形成している。
(7)は複数個の弧状のフレーム(8)…(8)を連結して円形に形成したガードで、前記フレームは合成樹脂により形成し、図4に示す様に両端に係合部(9)(9)を設け、両端のそれぞれの前記係合部に近い位置と中間部に取付孔(10)…(10)を形成している。

【発明の効果】
以上の様に本発明は、円形のプレートの外周に複数本のフレームを連結したガードを有し、前記フレームの隣接する端部間を取付金具により固定すると共に、ガードの内周縁とプレートの外周縁との間に隙間を形成したものであるから、円形に組み立てられてプレートに取り付けたガードはその強度が増し、フレームの連結部が外れたり、変形するのを防止できる。
即ち、フレーム同士を連結固定する取付金具によりプレートに固定するため、連結部が強固になり、仮に、フレームの任意の一部を持っても円形のプレートの形状に沿った形態(円形)を保持する。
ガードの内周縁とプレートの外周縁との間の隙間は、ガードの温度を抑えるのは勿論のこと、取付金具付近の空気の流れを促進し該取付金具の温度上昇を防止する。
取付金具は、勿論金属製のため同じ温度であっても合成樹脂に比べて熱く感じ危険であるが、前述の空気の流れによる冷却と、取付金具の取付部位と同位置にある蓋体の載置段部からの蓋体への放熱により、より一層温度上昇の抑止に効果がある。
また、ガードを固定する取付金具は、プレートの外側に形成した凹みに固定したものであるから、凹みによって取付金具自体の左右等の動きを止めると共に、凹みと対応するプレートの内側に蓋体を載置する前記載置段部を設けたため、凹みと載置段部の形成が同時にできる。
そして、把手を一体成形したフレームを、一側が前記凹みに固定した取付金具の他側に固定したものであるから、最も大きな力が加わるフレームの把手部分は、取付金具を介してプレートに固定し、且つ、取付金具はプレートの凹みに固定されていることから、把手を有するフレームの強度を高めることは勿論のこと、取付金具と凹みとの嵌め込みにより把手のガタつきを防止する。
