【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の水路切替用のバルブ装置はこのような課題を解決するために案出されたものである。
而して請求項1のものは、(イ)上流側の主水路と、(ロ)下流側の第一分岐水路及び第二分岐水路と、(ハ)該第一分岐水路を該主水路に連通させる第一開口及び該第二分岐水路を該主水路に連通させる第二開口と、(ニ)それら第一開口の閉鎖位置と第二開口の閉鎖位置との間で移動可能に設けられ、それら第一開口及び第二開口の何れか一方を択一的に開放、他方を閉鎖する弁体と、(ホ)該弁体を移動操作する操作部と、を有する水栓器具の水路切替用のバルブ装置であって、前記弁体を内部に収容する弁ケース又は該弁ケースに固定の部材及び前記弁体の一方に板ばねを、他方に突起を設けるとともに該板ばねには該突起が乗り越えるための山形状部を形成し、且つそれら突起及び山形状部を、前記弁体が第一開口を閉鎖する位置から第二開口を閉鎖する位置若しくはその逆へと移動する途中で該突起が該山形状部を乗り越える位置に配置形成し、更に前記主水路を前記弁ケース内部の前記板ばねの内側であって前記弁体を収容した部分で開口させるとともに、該弁ケース内且つ該板ばねの外側の部分に、該主水路の水圧を導く連通孔を開口させたことを特徴とする。

【作用及び発明の効果】
上記のように請求項1のバルブ装置においては、弁ケース又は弁ケースに固定の部材及び弁体の一方に板ばねを、他方に突起を設けるとともに、その板ばねに突起が乗り越えるための山形状部を形成し且つそれら突起及び山形状部を、弁体が第一開口と第二開口との間を移動する途中で突起が山形状部を乗り越えるようになしたもので、このバルブ装置の場合、弁体を平形状の弁体とした場合においても、弁体を移動させて水路を切替操作する際の切替感、即ちクリック感が得られ、良好な操作性及び操作フィーリングが得られる。

Claims (1)

(イ)上流側の主水路と、(ロ)下流側の第一分岐水路及び第二分岐水路と、(ハ)該第一分岐水路を該主水路に連通させる第一開口及び該第二分岐水路を該主水路に連通させる第二開口と、(ニ)それら第一開口の閉鎖位置と第二開口の閉鎖位置との間で移動可能に設けられ、それら第一開口及び第二開口の何れか一方を択一的に開放、他方を閉鎖する弁体と、(ホ)該弁体を移動操作する操作部と、を有する水栓器具の水路切替用のバルブ装置であって、
前記弁体を内部に収容する弁ケース又は該弁ケースに固定の部材及び前記弁体の一方に板ばねを、他方に突起を設けるとともに該板ばねには該突起が乗り越えるための山形状部を形成し、且つそれら突起及び山形状部を、前記弁体が第一開口を閉鎖する位置から第二開口を閉鎖する位置若しくはその逆へと移動する途中で該突起が該山形状部を乗り越える位置に配置形成し、更に前記主水路を前記弁ケース内部の前記板ばねの内側であって前記弁体を収容した部分で開口させるとともに、該弁ケース内且つ該板ばねの外側の部分に、該主水路の水圧を導く連通孔を開口させたことを特徴とする水栓器具の水路切替用のバルブ装置。
