8. Use of the body-sensing multi-mode shower device of claim 1, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
the power supply (9) is switched on, the ultrasonic sensor (5) detects a human body and transmits a signal to the microprocessor (8), the microprocessor (8) calculates the actual height distance between the current shower head (1) and the human body, the difference value between the height distance and the preset height value is judged, and the height of the shower head (1) is adjusted through the expansion and contraction of the electric telescopic rod (7) until the actual height distance between the shower head (1) and the human body is consistent with the preset height value;
the electromagnetic valve (4) is opened, and water in the water pipe (3) flows to the shower head (1) through the valve group (11) and then is sprayed downwards through the water outlet;
the valve group (11) is used for adjusting the opening and closing of each side channel of the shower head (1) to determine whether water is discharged from the water outlet holes communicated with the side channels or not, so that the shower mode is switched;
the ultrasonic sensor (5) continuously detects and transmits signals to the microprocessor (8); when a person leaves, the microprocessor (8) receives a signal of the ultrasonic sensor (5), so that the electromagnetic valve (4) is closed, water outlet is suspended, and after the person returns, the electromagnetic valve (4) is opened again, so that the shower head (1) continues to discharge water downwards;
and (3) after the shower is finished, the power supply (9) is turned off, the electromagnetic valve (4) is turned off, and the electric telescopic rod (7) is reset.
