【0001】

By rotating a pivotally mounted dial 76, a built-in firing device (not shown) is operated to play a game ball. Can be fired into the game area 74, and the firing force can be adjusted. In a position where the dial 76 is turned to the leftmost position, the game ball is not fired, and when the hand is released from the dial 76, a spring (not shown) built in the firing handle 75 is attached. The dial 76 is rotated to the leftmost position by the force.
[0021]
FIG. 15 shows a state in which the firing handle 75 is slightly turned to the right (FIG. 15A is a front view, and FIG. 15B is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 15A). Is shown). An eave-shaped portion 77 is provided above the dial 76, and covers an upper part of a fixed member 78 (a member that pivotally attaches the dial 76 and does not rotate) 78 disposed on the front surface of the dial 76. Has become. Under the eave-shaped portion 77, three coin fitting portions 79a, 79b, 79c are provided. Note that the gap between the coin fitting portion 79a at the left end (the gap between the lower surface of the eaves-like portion 77 and the upper surface of the fixing member 78) is substantially the same as the thickness of the 500 yen coin, and The gap is substantially the same as the thickness of a 50-yen coin or a 100-yen coin, and the gap at the right end coin fitting portion 79c is substantially the same as the thickness of a 1-yen coin, a 5-yen coin, and a 10-yen coin.
[0022]
In such a pachinko machine 73, the game balls stored in the game ball tank 7 flow down from the inclined portion 12 of the interior member 8 to the bottom plate portion 13, and from the game ball passage hole 16 of the bottom plate portion 13 to the exterior member 9. After that, as shown in FIG. 16, it flows down from the inner passage 18a and the outer passage 18b of the exterior member 9. The game ball tank 7 has a structure in which the interior member 8 is fitted without being bonded to the inside of the exterior member 9, and only the interior member 8 is fixed to the upper member 2, and the exterior member 9 is approximately Since the 1/3 portion is placed on the placing portion 23 but not fixed to the upper member 2, the game balls stored in the game ball tank 7 are transferred from the interior member 8 to the exterior member 9. When flowing down, the exterior member 9 slightly vibrates. Further, the game balls stored in the interior member 8 flow down from the inclined portion 12 to the bottom plate portion 13 and then change direction and flow down on the bottom plate 17 of the exterior member 9 from the left side to the right side. Since the ball is formed so as to flow down the gentle slope, the contact pressure between the game balls flowing down can be kept low. Therefore, although the game ball tank 7 is compactly formed at a low height (thickness), the game balls in the game ball tank 7 flow smoothly without stagnation. Further, since long dust removing holes 19 and 19 are formed in the inner passage 18a and the outer passage 18b of the outer member 9 of the game ball tank 7, dust and the like to the inner passage 18a and the outer passage 18b are formed. The situation where the game balls in the game ball tank 7 stagnate due to the accumulation does not occur.
[0023]
The game balls flowing down from the inner passage 18a and the outer passage 18b of the exterior member 9 flow down the first passage 38 and the second passage 39 of the communicating passage member 36, respectively, and further the first standby path of the game ball dispensing device 37. 42 and the second waiting path 43. Then, when a game ball wins the prize device installed in the game area 74, the game balls in the first standby path 42 and the second standby path 43 are reduced by the number corresponding to the winning. After being counted, the game balls are paid out intermittently from the game ball payout paths 91, 91 to the upper plate 94 below the game area 74 on the surface of the pachinko machine 73.
[0024]
When the number of the game balls on the interior member 8 of the game ball tank 7 is equal to or more than a predetermined amount, the movable member 15 pivotally attached to the interior member 8 is moved by the gravity of the game balls stored on the interior member 8. Since the contact member 21 is turned downward, the protruding body 93 of the contact member 21 is pushed in by the protruding piece 22, and an internal switch (not shown) is turned on. In such a case, the supply signal of the game balls to the game ball tank 7 is not transmitted to the replenishing device (not shown) of the installed island in which many pachinko machines 73 are installed. However, when the game balls on the interior member 8 of the game ball tank 7 decrease below a predetermined amount, the movable member 15 pivotally attached to the interior member 8 rotates upward due to the loss of gravity of the game ball, In the contact portion 21, the protruding body 93 protrudes by the elastic force, and the internal switch is turned off. When the switch inside the contact member 21 is turned off, a replenishment signal for the game balls is transmitted to the replenishing device on the installed island, and the replenishing device replenishes the game ball tank 7 with the game balls.
[0025]
On the other hand, the pachinko machine 73 is stored in the game ball tank 7 by using the ball stopping member 44 pivotally attached to the right member 4 when, for example, it is desired to replace the game ball payout device 37 due to a failure. The flow of the game ball can be blocked. FIG. 17 shows a state in which the flow of the game ball is blocked by using the ball stopping member 44. Normally, as shown in FIG. Although it is in a state of being immersed below the bottom plate 17, if it is desired to block the flow of the game ball, the ball stopping member 44 is rotated and, as shown in FIG. , 48 project above the bottom plate 17. When the ball stoppers 48 are projected to the upper portion of the bottom plate 17 in this manner, the game balls in the inner passage 18a and the outer passage 18b are positioned between the outer wall of each passage and the ball stoppers 48, 48. It becomes impossible to flow down by being pinched (see FIG. 9A). If the locking projection 49 is fitted into the locking recess 50 provided on the right side member 4 in a state where the ball stopping member 44 is rotated and the ball stopping bodies 48, 48 are most protruded, the ball flows downward. The game ball to be stopped is securely closed and the state is maintained (the state of FIG. 17 (a) and FIG. 11 (a)). Each of the ball stoppers 48, 48 has the thickest portion at the right end when viewed from the front side of the front plate 98, and pushes the flowing game balls against the outer wall surface of each passage. Since the ball is closed, the gravity of the flowing game ball is dispersed also on the wall surface side of each passage, and a large force is not applied to the ball stoppers 48, 48. Accordingly, the ball stopping member 44 does not suffer damage such as the ball stopping bodies 48 falling off, and can permanently exhibit the ball stopping function.
[0026]
Further, the pachinko machine 73 uses the ball removing mechanism 51 to play the game balls stored in the game ball tank 7 and the game balls in each passage of the passage member 36 and each standby path of the game ball payout device 37, Can be discharged outside. FIG. 18 shows a state in which the game balls are ejected from the cross-sectional direction of the mechanism plate 1 and the game ball payout device 37. When the game balls are not ejected, the hanging member 56 hangs in the vertical direction. The locking shaft 61 of the hanging member 56 is locked by the engaging projection 62 of the rotating member 57. For this reason, the first standby path 42 and the second standby path 43 of the game ball dispensing device 37 and the discharge paths 50, 50 are closed by the hanging member 56, and the game balls are transferred to the first standby path. 42 and in the second standby path 43 (the state of FIG. 18A).
[0027]
When ejecting the game ball, first, the tip of the pin-shaped ball pullout member 96 is inserted into the insertion small hole 72 on the back side of the mechanism plate 1, and the operating member 58 is pressed against the urging force of the spring member 68. It is moved to the engaging member 59 side. Since the rotation member 57 is configured to interlock with the operation member 58, the rotation member 57 rotates around the pivotal projection 63 as the operation member 58 moves. When the rotating member 57 rotates, the engagement between the rotating member 57 and the hanging member 56 is released, so that the game balls in each standby path of the game ball dispensing device 37 are discharged from the discharge passages 55, 55. (State of FIG. 18B).
[0028]
When the ball removing member 96 is inserted into the insertion small hole 72 and the engagement between the rotating member 57 and the hanging member 56 is once released, the ball removing member 96 as shown in FIGS. Even if 96 is pulled out, the game balls are continuously discharged from the discharge passages 55, 55. Then, after all the game balls stored in the game ball tank 7 and the game balls in each passage of the passage member 36 and each standby path of the game ball payout device 37 are discharged, the tip of the ball removing member 96 is inserted again. If the operating member 58 is moved to the engaging member 59 side by inserting it into the small hole 72, the rotating member 57 rotates in conjunction with the operating member 58 so as to position the engaging projection 62 downward. Then, the hanging member 56 is vertically hung by gravity (the state of FIG. 18E). After that, if the ball removing member 96 is pulled out from the insertion small hole 72, the hanging member 56 and the rotating member 57 are engaged again (the state of FIG. 18 (f)).
[0029]
The pachinko machine 73 is configured as described above, the game ball tank 7 is formed compactly with a low height (thickness), and the opening 6 of the mechanism plate 1 is formed extremely large. For this reason, unlike the conventional pachinko machine, a large winning device can be installed in a portion other than the central portion of the game area 24.
[0030]
Further, in the pachinko machine 73, the game ball tank 7 does not have a structure in which the main body portion and the inclined gutter are continuously provided as in the conventional pachinko machine, and the interior member 8 is fitted inside the exterior member 9 without bonding. Because of the double structure, it can be easily detached from the mechanism plate 1. For this reason, the disassembling operation at the time of repairing the inside of the pachinko machine 73 due to a failure or the like is very easy. Further, since the game ball tank 7 is fixed to the mechanism plate 1 by fastening using the fastening member 25, not by screwing, the game ball tank 7 can be more easily attached to and detached from the mechanism plate 1. It has become something.
[0031]
In addition, the pachinko machine 73 easily and short-plays the game balls stored in the game ball tank 7 and the game balls in each passage of the passage member 36 and each standby path of the game ball payout device 37 by the ball removal mechanism 51. It can be discharged outside in time. Since the ball removing mechanism 51 has a compact structure, the size and structure of the game ball payout device 37 are not limited.
[0032]
On the other hand, the pachinko machine 73 utilizes three coin fitting portions 79a, 79b, 79c provided on the dial 76 of the firing handle 75, and coins corresponding to each coin fitting portion (that is, 79a: a 500 yen coin, 79b: a 50-yen coin / 100-yen coin, and 79c: a 1-yen coin / 5-yen coin / 10-yen coin) can easily fix the dial 76 at a predetermined position. For this reason, the failure of the firing handle caused by the forcible insertion of coins between the dial and the fixing member is prevented very effectively.
[0033]
The configuration of the pachinko machine of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment at all, and includes a mechanism plate, a game ball tank, a passage member, a game ball dispensing device, a ball stopping mechanism, a ball ejection mechanism, a firing handle, The configuration such as the shape and mechanism of the fastening member can be appropriately changed as needed.
[0034]
For example, the mechanism plate does not necessarily have to have a combined structure, but may be formed integrally. In addition, in the case of a combination structure, even if one part is damaged, it is necessary to replace only the member with the damaged part and continue using it without discarding other members. There are advantages such as ease of molding and the need to mold a large member, so that the mold is inexpensive.
[0035]
Further, the number of coin fitting portions provided on the dial of the firing handle is not limited to three, and depending on the case, it is possible to attach an indication of the type of coin that can be fitted to those coin fitting portions.
[0036]
Further, the dust removing holes formed in each passage of the exterior member may not be long, and small ones may be provided at appropriate intervals.
[0037]
In addition, in the above embodiment, the passage member and the game ball dispensing device are separately formed so that the game ball flowing down from the game ball tank passes through the passage member and is guided to the standby path of the game ball dispensing device. However, the passage member and the game ball payout device are not separately formed, and it is also possible to integrate them. In addition, when the passage member and the game ball dispensing device are formed separately, small parts can be separately attached and detached, so that the disassembling operation at the time of repairing the mechanism plate or the like becomes easy. There is also an advantage that the other can be used as it is.
[0038]
【The invention's effect】
According to the pachinko machine of the present invention, although the game ball tank is low in height and compact, the stored game balls can smoothly flow down without stagnation, so that a large opening can be provided in the mechanism plate. In addition, it is possible to install a large winning device other than the central portion of the game area. Further, since the game ball tank can be easily attached to and detached from the mechanism plate, the disassembling operation in the event of a failure or the like becomes easy.
