Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cartridge-type refueling tank used for oil-burning equipment such as an oil fan heater and containing petroleum fuel such as kerosene therein.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in general, this type of cartridge type refueling tank is provided with a screw portion in a refueling port cylinder at the bottom of the tank body, and a refueling port cap provided with an opening / closing valve device is screwed to the refueling port cylinder to form a refueling port cap. Is removably attached to the fuel filler tube, so that when fueling, there is a disadvantage that petroleum fuel attached to the fuel filler cap arrives at the hand and gets dirty.
[0003]
In order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the cartridge type refueling tank, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 6-56259, it is necessary to cover the refueling port cap with a cap opening / closing device and to perform the mounting and dismounting operation of the refueling port cap. In this way, a hand is prevented from being stained with petroleum fuel at the time of refueling. For example, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Unexamined Publication No. 60-81455, a flange portion is provided at the end of a screw portion of a fuel filler cap. It is known that one operation handle is rotatably provided on a flange portion so that hands are not stained with petroleum fuel during refueling.

However, in the device disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 6-56259, the cap opening / closing device is separated from the fuel tank when the normal fuel tank is used or when the season is off when the fuel tank is used for an oil fan heater or the like. There is a concern that the operation handle may be lost due to being placed in a position where it is placed, and the operation handle disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. 60-81455 has only one operation handle. It is easy to swing and unstable, and when the tip handle of the operation handle does not protrude sideways from the tank body when falling, sufficient distance between the filler cap and the tip handle of the operation handle is secured. When the operation handle is grasped, there is a concern that the hand may come into contact with the filler cap when the operation handle is grasped, thereby damaging the hand or soiling the hand with petroleum fuel.
[0005]
Also, in the conventional type, since the filler cap and the filler cylinder are screw-connected, it is necessary to rotate the filler cap at least once when attaching or removing the filler cap. This cannot be done quickly, especially when the filler cap is provided with one operation handle. When the filler cap is rotated more than once, it is necessary to change the operation handle many times. However, the operation handle must be supported by another hand so as not to fall down to the flange portion side, so that simple operation with one hand cannot be performed.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and has a sufficient length of a distance between a fuel filler cap and a distal end grip portion of an operation handle in a limited space that does not protrude sideways from a tank body. It is another object of the present invention to eliminate the instability of the operation handle at the time of attaching / detaching the filler cap, and to enable quick attachment / detachment of the filler cap by simple operation.

Butt portions 18A and 19A are provided as limiting means for limiting the moving angle X within 90 degrees (about 85 degrees in the embodiment example). The lower portions of both side portions 16A, 16A, 17A, 17A of the first and second operation handles 16, 17 are pressed against the standing pieces 18, 18, 19, 19 by the spring force of the spring back. , The first and second operation handles 16 and 17 become independent. As shown in FIGS. 2, 6, 7 and 8, the locking member 3 is formed from an annular mounting wall 20 for mounting to the tank body 1, and is raised from an outer peripheral edge of the annular mounting wall 20. An annular standing wall 21, an upper surface wall 22 provided horizontally outward from an upper edge of the annular standing wall 21, and a hanging side wall 23 hanging down from an outer peripheral edge of the upper surface wall 22 are integrally formed.
[0019]
A pair of notches 24, 24 of a size through which the engaging pieces 15, 15 of the engaging piece forming ring 14 pass are provided at symmetrical positions on the upper surface wall 22 of the locking member 3. At a symmetrical position, a locking wall portion 23A formed above the hanging side wall 23 by removing a part of the hanging side wall 23 over a predetermined height and a predetermined width following the notch 24, A stopper groove 25 formed at one end of the portion 23A is provided.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 7, when the engagement piece 15 that has passed through the notch 24 and is pushed into the lower side of the upper surface wall 22 is rotated approximately 90 degrees clockwise from the position of the notch 24, a part of It stops by entering the stopper groove 25 and is securely locked to the locking wall 23A. That is, the engagement / disengagement rotation angle θ between the locking member 3 and the engagement piece 15 is set to approximately 90 degrees.
[0021]
In the above configuration, when refueling the tank main body 1 with petroleum fuel, the first and second operation handles 16 and 17 are erected as shown in FIG. The grippers 16B, 17B are gripped with one hand, and the operation handles 16, 17 are rotated counterclockwise approximately 90 degrees from the state shown in FIG. Then, with the rotation of the operation handles 16, 17, the substrate 13 rotates counterclockwise, and the engagement piece 15 of the engagement piece forming ring 14 that has entered the stopper groove 25 is cut out of the locking member 3. It moves to the position of 24 and becomes a state facing the notch 24. Then, when the operation handles 16 and 17 are lifted, the engagement piece 15 passes through the notch 24, and the substrate 13 and the fuel filler cap 6 are separated from the tank body 1, and as shown in FIG. The mouthpiece 2 is opened, and petroleum fuel may be supplied from the fueling mouthpiece 2 using a fueling pump or the like.
[0022]
When the refueling of the petroleum fuel into the tank main body 1 is completed, the grippers 16B and 17B of the operation handles 16 and 17 are gripped again, and the fuel filler cap 6 is fitted to the fuel filler cylinder 2 of the tank body 1. In this state, when the mark on the tank body 1 (not shown) is matched with the mark on the substrate 13, the engaging piece 15 passes through the notch 24 corresponding to the notch 24, and then the operation handles 16 and 17 are moved. Rotate clockwise approximately 90 degrees.
[0023]
With the rotation of the operation handles 16 and 17 by approximately 90 degrees, a part of the engagement piece 15 enters the stopper groove 25 of the locking member 3 and, as shown in FIG. The filler cap 6 comes into close contact with the filler cylinder 2 via the packing 7, and the lower surface of the substrate 13 also comes into pressure contact with the first annular packing 5, thereby preventing fuel leakage twice. In addition, since the operation handles 16 and 17 can be attached and detached by the rotation operation of approximately one quarter turn in the clockwise and counterclockwise directions, the hand does not need to be held.
[0024]
When the attachment of the filler cap 6 is completed, the operation handle 16, 17 is used as a handle, the operation handle 16, 17 is held by hand, and the tank body 1 is carried to the oil-burning equipment. At this time, if the operation handles 16 and 17 are used as handles, the fuel filler cap 6 faces upward, so that the petroleum fuel attached to the fuel filler cap 6 can be prevented from dripping onto the floor or the like during transportation.
[0025]
The carried tank main body 1 is inverted and stored in a tank storage chamber (not shown) of the oil-fired equipment so that the filler cap 6 faces downward. At the time of storage in the tank storage chamber, as shown in FIG. 4, the operation handles 16 and 17 may be horizontally arranged along the substrate 13. At the time of storage in the tank storage chamber, only the tip of the filler cap 6 contacts the petroleum fuel, and the base plate 13 and the operation handles 16 and 17 do not contact the petroleum fuel. Further, the operation handles 16 and 17 have a height dimension such that the hands do not come into contact with the filler cap 6 in a state where the tip grip portions 16B and 17B are gripped with one hand. Therefore, the hand does not touch the petroleum fuel attached to the filler cap 6.
[0026]
According to the present embodiment, the substrate 13 is provided with the filler caps 6 and the engagement pieces 15, 15 to be engaged with the locking members 3 on the tank body 1 side, and is detachably engaged with the tank body 1. In addition, first and second operation handles 16 and 17 for serving as a handle for carrying and for performing attachment / detachment operation of the fuel filler cap 6 are provided so as to be able to move up and down only on the fuel filler cap 6 side. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, the operation handles 16 and 17 may be located in a narrow space on one end side of the tank body 1, but their tip portions may protrude to the side of the tank body 1 when falling. In addition, at the time of standing, as shown in FIG. 2, it is possible to ensure a sufficiently long distance between the front end gripping portions 16B, 17B and the filler cap 6. Therefore, there is no need to worry that the hand gripping the tip grips 16B, 17B may come into contact with the filler cap 6 when the filler cap 6 is attached or detached or when the tank body 1 is carried. In addition to preventing a situation in which the hand is in contact with the hand and scratching or fouling the hand with petroleum fuel, the first and second operating handles 16 and 17 intersect with each other when standing up, and the four-point support state is achieved. By simultaneously grasping the tip grips 16B, 17B of the first and second operation handles 16, 17 with one hand, the instability caused by one operation handle is eliminated. The stability of the operation handle at the time of the attachment / detachment operation can be secured.
[0027]
Further, the engagement piece 15 on the substrate 13 side provided with the filler cap 6 is engaged with or disengaged from the locking member 3 on the tank body 1 side provided with the filler cylinder 2, so that the screw connection is established. The filler cap 6 can be attached and detached without using it, so that the attachment and detachment operation of the filler cap 6 can be performed quickly.
[0028]
Further, since the first and second operation handles 16 and 17 are formed by bending a metal wire into a substantially U-shape, the first and second operation handles 16 and 17 have pivot portions 16C and 16C on both sides 16A, 16A, 17A and 17A. Can be integrally formed, and the pivotal structure can be simplified.
[0029]
In addition, the first and second operation handles 16 and 17 have the lengths 1S and 2S of the tip grasping portions 16B and 17B substantially equal to each other, and have a width 1T between both side portions 16A, 16A, 17A and 17A. 2T are different from each other, so that the crossing state at the time of standing is not released. Therefore, at the time of standing, the root portion A of the distal end gripping portion 16B of the first operating handle 16 and the side portions of the second operating handle 17 at the right side. 17A, 17A collides, and the collision can maintain a substantially constant distance between the distal end gripping portions 16B, 17B, so that the operating handles 16, 17 have an optimal grip width, and the attaching / detaching operation can be performed. The burden on the finger at the time of carrying or carrying can be reduced.
[0030]
Each of the standing pieces 18 and 19 erected on the base plate 13 has abutment portions 18A and 19A as limiting means for limiting the undulating rotation angle X of the first and second operation handles 16 and 17 to 90 degrees or less. Is provided, it is possible to minimize the swing range of the operation handles 16 and 17 in a state where the tip gripping portions 16B and 17B are gripped, and it is possible to suppress the swing of the tank at the time of carrying.
[0031]
In addition, the lower portions of both side portions 16A, 16A, 17A, 17A of the first and second operating handles 16, 17 are pressed against the respective standing pieces 18, 19 by the spring force of the spring back thereof, so that the first and second operating handles 16, 17 are pressed. Since the second operation handles 16 and 17 are self-standing, each of the raised operation handles 16 and 17 is maintained in an upright state without falling down. , The handle operation can be performed with one hand, and the usability can be enhanced.
[0032]
In addition, the engagement / disengagement rotation angle θ between the locking member 3 on the tank body 1 side and the engagement piece 15 on the substrate 13 is set to approximately 90 degrees, so that the hand can be rotated about one quarter turn without holding the hand. Thus, the filler cap 6 can be attached and detached, the attaching and detaching operation of the filler cap 6 is simplified, and the usability is improved.
