Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sewing machine with a thread reeling device mainly applied to a multi-needle flat stitch sewing machine. More specifically, a sewing machine arm for supporting a needle bar capable of reciprocating up and down and a drive spindle for reciprocatingly driving the needle bar up and down. A thread reeling device is provided outside the main body of the sewing machine frame including a sewing machine and a sewing machine bed portion accommodating parts constituting a sewing machine, and controls the feeding of the needle thread by operating in synchronization with the vertical reciprocation of the needle bar. A sewing machine with a thread reeling device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a sewing machine with a thread reeling device of this type, a needle thread whose tension has been adjusted by a thread tensioner, and which has been passed through a fixed needle thread path and whose movement path has been regulated, is reciprocated up and down to the outside of the sewing machine arm. A needle thread guide fixed to the upper end of the needle bar and a needle thread guide fixed to the lower end of the tip of the sewing machine arm after passing through the end thread hole of the movable needle thread reeling member in the swingable thread reeling device. The needle thread path is reciprocated in the vertical direction in synchronization with the vertical reciprocating drive movement of the needle bar, and the movable needle thread reeling member in the thread reeling device is moved vertically. It is generally well-known that the reciprocating rocking is performed so that the unwinding of a large number of needle yarns supplied to the needle by the synergistic action of these two movements is properly controlled without applying slack or excessive tension. ing
[0003]
In addition to the conventional sewing machine with a thread reeling device having the above-described structure, a needle thread path is provided at the upper end of a needle bar projecting upward from a sewing machine arm as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-155488. A vertical hole is formed in the side wall of the sewing machine arm, and the movable arm member with the needle thread control hole fixed to the intermediate portion of the needle bar is protruded to the side through this long hole. The needle thread path and the movable arm member are reciprocated up and down in synchronization with the needle bar so as to exhibit a thread reeling function, and the upper end of the needle bar does not protrude upward from the sewing machine arm portion. The needle thread path fixed to the intermediate part of the needle bar is projected laterally through the vertical slot formed in the side wall of the part, and the vertical reciprocating movement synchronized with the needle bar of the needle thread path protruding to the side Threading function Those to be exhibited are also known.
[0004]
However, in the above-described conventional sewing machines with a thread reeling device, the upper end of the needle bar is placed above the sewing machine arm for the thread reeling-out control necessary for maintaining good sewing condition, that is, the thread reeling function. A needle thread path which reciprocates up and down in synchronization with the needle bar is fixed to the upper end of the protruding needle bar by projecting upward through a hole penetrated through the wall, or a long length is provided on the side wall of the sewing machine arm. Since a hole is formed and a means for fixing the needle thread path in the middle of the needle bar is adopted, there is only a danger of oil leakage or dust intrusion from the upper wall through hole or the side wall long hole. However, there is a problem that the weight of the needle bar is increased by fixing the needle thread path to the needle bar, and there is naturally a limit in increasing the sewing speed.
[0005]
In order to solve the problems common to the conventional sewing machines with a thread reeling device, the present applicant has disclosed a needle which reciprocates up and down in synchronization with the needle bar at an upper end portion and an intermediate portion of the needle bar. Without fixing a thread reeling device such as a thread path, a sewing machine with a thread reeling device configured so that the thread reeling device itself disposed outside the sewing machine arm has an alternative function to the thread reeling device such as the needle thread device described above. A patent has been proposed and filed (Japanese Patent Application No. 8-126233: hereinafter referred to as prior application technology).
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to the above-mentioned prior application technology, the use of a thread reeling device such as a needle thread path is omitted, so that an upper wall through-hole or a needle thread path for projecting an upper end portion of a needle bar upward from a sewing machine arm portion is formed laterally. There is no need for a long side wall hole to protrude, so there is no danger of oil leakage or dust intrusion, and the needle bar itself can be shortened and lightened easily. While the problem common to the sewing machines with the sewing machine can be solved, the movable needle thread reeling member of the thread reeling device is reciprocatingly driven in the vertical direction, so that the movable needle thread reeling member is formed only at the distal end of the movable needle thread reeling member. A large inertia force acts on the needle thread passing through the needle thread threading hole, which is caused by the downward swing of the movable needle thread reeling member, and as a result, the needle thread is excessively paid out and tightened. Is difficult to do Room for improvement in cormorants point had been left behind.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and by eliminating the use of a thread reeling device such as a needle thread path, it is possible to prevent oil and dust from entering, and to increase the sewing speed by reducing the weight of the needle bar. It is an object of the present invention to provide a sewing machine with a thread reeling device that can easily cope with the above, and can perform sewing with good tightening while preventing excessive thread reeling out.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a sewing machine with a thread reeling device according to the first aspect of the present invention has a needle bar supported at a distal end thereof so as to be able to reciprocate up and down, and a needle at a horizontal portion. A sewing machine frame body including a sewing machine arm portion through which a drive spindle for reciprocatingly driving a rod up and down is inserted and supported, and a sewing machine bed portion in which a component constituting a sewing is housed at a tip portion; and the sewing machine in the sewing machine frame body. A needle which is arranged on the outer side of the arm portion and is supplied to a needle attached to the lower end of the needle bar through a thread tensioner and a stationary needle thread path by operating in synchronization with the vertical reciprocation of the needle bar. A sewing machine provided with a thread reeling-out device for controlling the reeling-out of a thread, wherein the needle bar is not provided with a thread reeling device at all, and the thread reeling device passes through the stationary needle thread path. The needle thread guide member which has a through hole for the needle thread immediately after the needle thread is moved up and down, and the needle thread guide member which can adjust the position of the needle thread up and down, and is reciprocatingly driven in the vertical direction in synchronization with the vertical reciprocating movement of the needle bar. A first needle thread reeling hole for guiding the needle thread passed through the through hole of the needle thread guide member downward toward the needle at the distal end of the movable needle thread reeling member. A second needle for bending an intermediate portion of a needle thread passed between the through hole of the needle thread guide member and the first needle thread thread hole at a longitudinally intermediate portion of the movable thread reeling member. The first threading hole and the second needle threading are formed at positions near the distal end of the movable needle threading member in the threading device where the threading hole is formed and the movable threading member swings downward. Thread that receives and supports the needle thread between the hole from below And it is characterized in that it is injured fixedly installed.
[0009]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the needle bar is not provided with any threading device such as a needle thread path, the upper end portion of the needle bar can be projected upward from the sewing machine arm, or the needle bar can be protruded upward. There is no need to form holes in the upper wall or side wall of the sewing machine arm to make the thread reeler fixed to the rod project sideways from the sewing machine arm. In addition to eliminating the possibility of intrusion of dust and dust, the length of the needle bar can be shortened, and the needle bar can be reduced in weight and the sewing speed can be easily increased. In addition, the movable needle thread reeling member of the thread reeling device disposed on the outer side of the sewing machine arm portion has first and second needle thread reeling holes formed at its distal end and intermediate portion, respectively. The needle thread passing through the needle thread guide member from the through hole of the needle thread guide member to the first needle thread threading hole at the tip of the movable needle thread reeling member is bent at an intermediate portion of the needle thread and rubbed against the needle thread portion. This prevents the needle thread from being unwound excessively even if a large inertia force is exerted by the downward swing of the movable needle thread reeling member, thereby always ensuring the proper tension. It is possible to supply the needle thread to the needle at appropriate intervals while maintaining the above conditions.
[0010]
In addition, the needle thread between the first needle thread threading hole and the second needle thread threading hole in accordance with the downward swing of the movable thread threading member is located at a position close to the tip of the movable thread threading member in the thread threading device. Since the thread catcher for receiving and supporting the portion from below is fixedly installed, the needle is fed out to the needle side through the needle thread portion received and supported by the fixed thread catcher when the movable thread reeling member swings downward. By applying a relative lifting force to the needle thread portion, the sewing thread can be tightened.
[0011]
In the sewing machine with a thread reeling device having the above-described configuration, when the position of the second needle thread reeling hole is configured to be vertically adjustable as described in claim 2 , the vertical position of the through hole of the needle thread guide member is adjusted. In combination with the above, it is possible to finely adjust the thread tension and the rubbing resistance in a wide range in accordance with the properties of the needle thread such as elongation and tensile strength.
[0012]
Further, the thread take-up device with a sewing machine having the above configuration, as described in claim 3, when forming the needle thread guide member from a rectangular cross section of the plate-like member, vertical position adjustment of the through hole of the needle thread guide member The needle thread can be easily and always guided properly and smoothly regardless of the vertical position of the through hole.
[0013]
Further, the present invention can be effectively applied to a multi-needle flat stitch sewing machine that handles a large number of needle threads as described in claim 4 , and particularly applied to the multi-needle flat stitch sewing machine. In this case, the number of needle thread guide members in the thread reeling device is correspondingly large, and the positions of the through holes can be individually adjusted up and down, so that the feeding movement path of each of the multiple needle threads can be adjusted. The settings can be individually changed, and the threading function for a large number of needle threads can be made appropriate.
[0014]

A movable needle thread reeling member 24 that reciprocates vertically in a reciprocating manner via a needle thread reeling table 25 by the reciprocal rotation of the thread reeling shaft 15.
[0018]
The three needle threads 9 passed through the through holes 21a at the upper ends of the three needle thread guide members 21 are attached to the distal bent plate portion 24a of the movable needle thread reeling member 24 at the distal end 1A of the sewing machine arm portion 1. Three first needle thread passing holes 24A are formed to guide downwardly toward the three through holes 17a of the needle thread guide member 17 fixed to the lower end, and are formed in the middle of the movable needle thread passing member 24 in the longitudinal direction. The protruding plate portion 24b protruding upward from above extends between the through hole 21a at the upper end of the three needle thread guide members 21 and the first needle thread threading hole 24A as shown by the phantom line in FIG. Three second needle thread passing holes 24B are formed so that the intermediate portions of the three needle threads 9 that are linearly bridged are bent downward as shown by the solid line in the figure and are bridged.
[0019]
Further, at the position close to the vertical reciprocating swing path of the distal bent plate portion 24a of the movable needle thread reeling member 24, the first needle thread reeling hole 24A is formed by the downward swing of the movable needle thread reeling member 24. A thread receiver 31 for receiving and supporting a needle thread portion between the second needle thread threading hole 24B from below is disposed. The thread receiver 31 is fixed to the front surface of the distal end 1A of the sewing machine arm 1 and fixed to the front surface. The movable needle thread reeling member 24 is fixedly supported by a cover member 32 that covers the front of the vertical reciprocating swing path of the distal bent plate portion 24a.
[0020]
According to the three-needle flat stitch sewing machine having the above-described configuration, the tension of the three needle threads 9 is adjusted by the thread tensioner 11, and then the three needle threads 9 are passed through the fixed needle thread path 13 to regulate the movement path thereof. After the lubricating oil is applied by the needle thread supplying device 28, the through-holes 21 a of the three needle thread guide members 21 in the thread reeling device 20 and the second needle thread reeling medium in the longitudinal direction of the movable needle thread reeling member 24. The three needles 8 are supplied through the hole 24B, the first needle thread reeling hole 24A at the tip, and the three through holes 17a of the needle thread guide member 17.
[0021]
In the state of supply of the needle thread 9 as described above, the three threads that are passed over from the through hole 21a at the upper end of the three needle thread guide members 21 to the first needle thread threading hole 24A at the tip of the movable needle thread threading member 24. The intermediate portion of the needle thread 9 is bent downward by the second needle thread passing hole 24B in the middle of the movable needle thread reeling member 24, whereby the intermediate portions of the three needle threads 9 are provided with rubbing resistance. Will be done. At this time, the three needle thread guide members 21 are individually moved vertically and fixed, and the upper and lower positions of the through holes 21a at their upper ends are adjusted, whereby the three needle thread guides 21 are given to the three needle thread 9. By individually adjusting the rub resistance, it is possible to appropriately change the setting of each thread tension.
[0022]
In this state, when the needle bar 3 is reciprocated vertically, the movable needle thread reeling member 24 of the thread reeling device 20 reciprocates in the vertical direction in synchronism therewith, and the movable needle thread reeling member 24 moves below the movable needle thread reeling member 24. The needle thread 9 is fed to the needle thread guide member 17 when the drive swings to the side. At this time, a large inertia force acts on the needle thread 9 passed through the first needle thread threading hole 24A at the tip thereof in accordance with the downward drive swing of the movable needle thread reeling member 24. Since the rubbing resistance is given to the middle part by the second needle thread feeding hole 24B, excessive feeding of the needle thread 9 is prevented, and the needle thread 9 is always kept at an appropriate tension and the needle thread guide member 17 is moved. It is possible to pay out to the side.
[0023]
Here, the needle bar 3 is not provided with a thread reeling tool at all, and only reciprocates up and down within the distal end portion 1A of the sewing machine arm portion 1 so that its upper end portion projects upward from the sewing machine arm portion 1. You don't have to. Therefore, usually, the upper wall 1a of the distal end portion 1A of the sewing machine arm 1 is substantially closed by fitting the cap 19 into the opening 18 for assembling, and the sewing machine arm 1 is substantially sealed. The needle bar 3 has a short length and is light in weight, so that it can cope with high speed sewing. It is.
[0024]
Further, when the movable thread reeling member 24 swings downward, the portion of the needle thread 9 located in the vicinity of the first needle thread reeling hole 24A is received and supported by the fixed thread receiver 31 from below. A relative lifting force acts on the portion of the needle thread 9 which is fed out to the needle thread guide member 17 side through the portion, thereby tightening the previous sewing thread, and preventing excessive feeding of the needle thread 9. In combination with this, it becomes possible to perform sewing with good tightening.
[0025]
In the above-described embodiment, the vertical reciprocating range of the needle bar 3 is set to a range in which the needle bar 3 does not protrude upward from the upper wall 1a of the distal end 1A of the sewing machine arm 1, and the sewing machine arm 1 An opening 18 for incorporating the needle bar 3 is formed in the upper wall portion 1a of the distal end portion 1A, and the cap 19 is removably fitted into the opening 18 to substantially close the upper wall portion 1a. Instead of this configuration, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, in a state where the needle bar 3 has moved up to the top dead center, the upper end 3 a The upper and lower reciprocating motion ranges are set so as to protrude above the upper wall portion 1a of the needle bar 1A, and the upper end portion 2a of the upper bearing 2 also extends over the entire length of the vertical reciprocating motion range of the needle bar 3. The tip of the sewing machine arm 1 so as to support vertical reciprocation. A, which is made to protrude above the upper wall portion 1a of A and is provided with a dustproof cover 33 that covers the protruding upper end portion 2a of the upper bearing 2 and is substantially sealed, or as shown in FIG. Only the upper end portion 3a of the needle bar 3 reciprocates up and down with a position protruding upward from the upper wall portion 1a of the distal end portion 1A of the sewing machine arm portion 1 as an upper limit, so that the needle bar upper end portion 3a reciprocates up and down. A configuration in which a cover 34 surrounding the periphery of the movement path may be provided.
[0026]
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the description has been given of the case where the second needle thread winding hole 24B formed in the middle portion in the longitudinal direction of the movable needle thread reeling member 24 in the thread reeling device 20 is fixed at a fixed position. The projecting amount of the projecting plate portion 24b projecting upward from the middle in the longitudinal direction of the needle thread reeling member 24 can be freely changed and fixed by a slot and a bolt / nut (not shown) to adjust the position of the second needle thread reeling hole 24B up and down. You may comprise so that it is possible. In this case, in combination with the adjustment of the vertical position of the through hole 21a of the needle thread guide member 21, the thread tension and the rub resistance can be adjusted in a wide range in accordance with the properties of the needle thread 9 such as elongation and tensile strength. , Can be finely adjusted.
[0027]
Further, in the above-described embodiment, a case where the present invention is applied to the multi-needle flat stitch sewing machine is described. However, it is needless to say that the present invention may be applied to a double chain stitch sewing machine.
[0028]
