本発明は上記の点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、隣り合う空間の床面を異なる高さとすることで、高い側の床面の床下に生じる空間を有効に活用できるようにすると共に、収納物の出し入れが容易であり、そのうえ建物内の美観を損なうことなく開口部を開閉することができ、且つ防犯上にも優れた床下収納装置を提供するにあり、また別の目的とするところは、広く且つ収納物の出し入れが容易にできる収納物の出し入れ口を備えた床下収納装置を提供するにあり、更に別の目的とするところは、家具を可動ベンチや踏み台として有効に活用できる床下収納装置を提供するにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために本発明は、建物内の床面に段差１を形成し、高い側の床面２の下方空間を収納空間４とすると共に、収納空間４を低い側の床面３の上方空間５と開口部６を介して連通させ、この開口部６を低い側の床面３上に載置される移動自在な家具７で開閉自在に被覆したことを特徴としており、このように構成することで、通常使用されていない床下空間を高さのある且つ広い収納空間４として有効に活用できるようになり、しかも、収納物の出し入れを低い側の床面３上から容易に行うことができ、さらに建物内の美観を損なうことなく、防犯上優れた収納空間４として利用できるようになる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を説明すると、図１、図２に示すように、建物内の床面に形成された段差１を利用して床下収納装置１０が設けられている。この床下収納装置１０は、高い側の床面２の下方に設けられる収納空間４と、収納空間４を低い側の床面３の上方空間５と連通させるための開口部６と、開口部６を開閉自在に被覆すると共に低い側の床面３上に載置される移動自在な家具７とで構成されている。図中の３０は障子である。

収納空間４の床下底面は、図４のように地盤面付近まで下げてあり、収納庫として容量を増すことができるようにしてある。そして地盤面ＧＬから低い側の床面３までの高さＨ１（例えば５００ｍｍ）と、低い側の床面３から高い側の床面２までの高さＨ２（例えば４００ｍｍ）とを加えた高さが収納空間４の高さＨとなっている。なお、地盤接地面はコンクリート打ちとし、衛生面、湿気に配慮したものとするのが望ましい。また、収納空間４内に容器類（図示せず）を設置し、その内部に収納物を収納してもよいのは勿論のことである。

また上記開口部６は、本実施形態では低い側の床面３（水平面）とこの床面と直立した段差面１ａ（垂直面）とに亘って連続して設けてある。この例では、図３に示すように、上方ロに開口した四角形状の水平開口部６ａと側方ハに開口した四角形状の垂直開口部６ｂとが連続して形成されており、水平開口部６ａの垂直開口部６ｂ側の１辺を除く他の３辺に沿って水平支持枠１１が設けられており、さらに、垂直開口部６ｂの上部には第１の水平支持桟１２が突設されていると共に、低い側の床面３の上部壁面４０には第１の水平支持桟１２と同じ高さで第２の水平支持桟１３が突設されている。

また上記開口部６は、低い側の床面３上に移動自在に配置される家具７によって被覆されている。本例では、家具７は、図１に示すように、平面視四角形状の座部１４と、座部１４の一側端部（或いは両側端部）から垂設された側板部１５と、座部１４の前端部から垂下した前板部１６とが一体化された可動ベンチで構成されており、開口部６を被覆する位置まで移動させたときには、図２のように側板部１５の下端部と前板部１６の下端部とがそれぞれ前記水平支持枠１１の上面にて支持されるようになり、さらに座部１４の後端部１４ａが前記第１の水平支持桟１２にて支持され且つ座部１４の壁側の側端部１４ｂが前記第２の水平支持桟１３にて支持されるようになっている。ここで、座部１４の上面７ａは高い側の床面２と略同じ高さとされ、これにより高い側の床面２と連続して配置できるようにしてある。なお、可動ベンチの幅及び奥行きサイズは開口部６の大きさに合わせて設定される。

しかして、建物内の隣り合う空間の床面において、通常使用されていない床下空間に段差を形成することで、高い側の床面２の床下空間を高さのある且つ広い収納空間４として有効に活用することができる。しかも、収納空間４を低い側の床面３の上方空間５に開口部６を介して連通させたことによって、図４の矢印イで示すように、収納物の出し入れを低い側の床面３上から楽な姿勢で容易に行うことができる。このように、通常未利用である床下部分を床面を異なる高さとすることで床下高さを増し、収納庫として有効に活用することで、家庭内の収納量の不足に対する不満を解消できるという効果が得られる。また本例では、開口部６を低い側の床面３とこの床面３から直立した段差面１ａとに亘って連続して設けたので、開口部６の面積を大きくとることができるだけでなく、収納物の出し入れを上方及び側方、或いは斜め方向のいずれからでもできるようになるので、収納物の出し入れ口が広く、便利に使用できるものとなる。さらに、開口部６の周辺部に、家具７の側板部１５及び前板部１６の各下端部を支持する水平支持枠１１と、座部１４の後端部を支持する第１の水平支持桟１２と、座部１４の壁側の側端部を支持する第２の水平支持桟１３とをそれぞれ設けたので、家具７を開口部６を覆う位置で安定良く確実に支持できるものであり、そのうえ家具７を使用しているときの安定感が得られるにもかかわらず、家具７を横にスライドさせるだけで簡単に開口部６を開いて収納空間４を利用できるようになる。

さらに、上記開口部６を低い側の床面３上に移動自在な家具７で被覆できるようにしたので、開口部６の閉塞を家具７を利用して建物内の美観を損なうことなく行うことができ、そのうえ開口部６の位置は、一方の壁面４０側に寄せて設けられているので家具７が邪魔にならず、且つ家具７によって開口部６の存在がわからなくなるので、防犯上に優れたものとなり、貴重品の収納にも最適となる。そのうえ家具７の上面７ａを高い側の床面２と略同じ高さとし、高い側の床面２と連続して配置してあるので、家具７を高い側の床面２と連続する面として有効に利用することができる。従って、障子を開くことで、高い側の床面２が家具７の上面７ａの分だけ広がりを持つようになり、使い易くなる。さらに家具７は可動ベンチとしてだけでなく、低い側の床面３から高い側の床面２への移動の際の踏み台等としても有効に活用できるようになる。そのうえ、家具７のサイズを変えるだけで、開口部６のサイズを変えることができるという利点もある。なお、家具７の高さは高い側の床面２よりも低いものであってもよく、この場合でも、低い側の床面３から高い側の床面２への移動の際の踏み台として特に使い易くなる。

また、前記実施形態では、開口部６を低い側の床面３（水平面）とこの床面から直立した段差面１ａ（垂直面）とに亘って連続して設けるようにしたが、開口部６を低い側の床面３（水平面）のみに設けたり、或いは段差面１ａ（垂直面）のみに設けてもよいものであり、前者では収納物の出し入れを上方から行うことができ、後者では側方から行うことができる。

図５は高い側の床面２（水平面）に上方に開口した開口部２０を別に設け、この開口部２０を開閉蓋２２で開閉自在に覆うと共に、開口部２０が設けられる床面の下方に別の収納空間２１を設けたものである。この例では、前側の収納空間４のさらに奥に別の収納空間２１を設けることができ、収納量を一層増すことができる。なお、収納空間４と収納空間２１とに別個の容器類（図示せず）を設置し、収納物を別々に収納してもよいものである。

【発明の効果】
上記のように本発明のうち請求項１記載の発明は、建物内の床面に段差を形成し、高い側の床面の下方空間を収納空間とすると共に、収納空間を低い側の床面の上方空間と開口部を介して連通させ、この開口部を低い側の床面上に載置される移動自在な家具で開閉自在に被覆したので、通常使用されていない床下空間を床面に段差を形成することで、高い側の床面の床下を高さのある且つ広い収納空間として有効に活用することができる。しかも、上記収納空間を低い側の床面の上方空間に開口部を介して連通させたことによって、収納物の出し入れを低い側の床面上から容易に行うことができると共に、その開口部を移動自在な家具で被覆したことによって建物内の美観を損なうこともなく、且つ防犯上にも優れた収納空間として利用できるものである。

また請求項２記載の発明は、請求項１記載の効果に加えて、収納空間と低い側の床面の上方空間とを連通させる開口部が、低い側の床面とこの床面から直立した段差面とに亘って連続して設けられているので、開口部を広く確保でき、収納物の出し入れが容易にできる収納物の出し入れ口として便利に利用することができる。
