TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electric vehicle having a permanent magnet rotating electric machine as a part of a drive mechanism. And permanent magnet rotating electric machine used thereforIn particular, an electric vehicle having a permanent magnet rotating electric machine suitable for an internal magnet type rotating electric machine as a part of a driving mechanismAnd permanent magnet rotating electric machine used thereforAbout.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The drive motor used in an electric vehicle, particularly an electric vehicle, is limited in the amount of a battery loaded as the electric vehicle, and it is necessary to secure a sufficient one-charge traveling distance with the battery capacity. It is desired to be small, lightweight and highly efficient.
[0003]
In order to reduce the size and weight of the motor, it is required that the motor be suitable for high-speed rotation. As a high-efficiency motor, a permanent magnet motor can be recommended rather than a DC motor or an induction motor. In particular, a so-called internal magnet motor having a higher permeability than a permanent magnet, for example, having a permanent magnet holding portion in a silicon steel plate, is suitable as compared with a surface magnet motor in which a permanent magnet is arranged on the outer periphery of a rotor. I have. This is because the internal magnet permanent magnet motor can be operated at high speed by the field weakening control and can be made highly efficient by the field weakening control. Further, in order to reduce the size and weight of the electric motor, it is essential to use a high-performance permanent magnet. However, since high-performance permanent magnets are expensive, it is necessary to limit the amount of use. On the other hand, it is necessary to increase the number of poles in order to limit the usage of the permanent magnet. As a conventional example of this type of electric motor, for example, a motor in which an 8-pole permanent magnet is built in a rotor is known as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5-76146.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the device described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5-76146, the weight of the pole pieces located on the outer periphery of the permanent magnet subjected to centrifugal force is large, so that the radial thickness of the bridge portions located at both ends of the pole pieces is large. Must be increased, and no consideration has been given to high-speed rotation. Therefore, in the electric vehicle using such a rotating electric machine, there is a problem that the traveling distance per charge is short.
[0005]
An object of the present invention is to provide an electric vehicle having a long charge traveling distance by using a permanent magnet rotating electric machine capable of high-speed rotation as a part of a drive mechanism.
Another object of the present invention is to enable high-speed rotation.WhatProviding permanent magnet rotating electric machinesThisAnd there.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
(1) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a permanent magnet rotating electric machine for driving wheels, a control device for controlling a driving torque generated by the permanent magnet rotating electric machine, and a control device for controlling the driving torque. An electric vehicle having a battery that supplies power to the permanent magnet rotating electric machine through the stator, wherein the permanent magnet rotating electric machine has a stator having a stator core around which a multi-phase stator winding is wound; A rotor rotatably held on the inner periphery of the stator, wherein the rotor has a rotor core, and a shaft provided in a rotation axis direction of the rotor core;So that the polarities are in opposite directions along the circumference of the rotor core,A plurality of permanent magnets arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the rotor, wherein the same number of permanent magnet insertion holes as the number of the permanent magnets are provided inside the rotor core; The magnet has a ratio (R1 / R0) of 0.85 or moreBefore the permanent magnet is positioned at a position where the value becomes large,In the permanent magnet insertion holeInsertedWhere R0 is the radius of the rotor, and R1 is the distance from the center of the rotor to a position closest to the center of the rotor on the inner peripheral side of the permanent magnet. As a result, the rotating electric machine can be reduced in size and weight and can rotate at a high speed, so that the traveling distance per charge can be increased.
[0007]
(2) In the electric vehicle, preferably,The shape of the permanent magnet is a rectangular parallelepiped,The thickness of the permanent magnet is R3, and the boundary between the magnetic pole piece (32B1) and the auxiliary magnetic pole piece (32B2) disposed in the circumferential direction close to the magnetic pole piece (32B1).The bridge partWhen the thickness of the bridge portion (32B3) of the rotor core, which is the portion where the outer periphery of the permanent magnet insertion hole is closest to the outer periphery of the rotor core, is R2, R3 is R2. Is not more than twice as large as the above, and this configuration can cope with high speed.
[0008]

WhenTo generate a torque different from the torque by the permanent magnet by the magnetomotive force of the statorIt is configured to be the area of,A boundary portion between the magnetic pole piece portion and the auxiliary magnetic pole piece portion of the rotor core, in which the outer periphery of the permanent magnet insertion hole is close to the outer periphery of the rotor core, the magnetic pole piece portion and the A bridge section for reducing leakage of magnetic flux due to the permanent magnet between the auxiliary magnetic pole ( 32B3 ) Is formed,The rotor core has a plurality of air holes between the shaft and the permanent magnet insertion hole, and power is supplied from the battery to the permanent magnet rotating electric machine via the control device, and the permanent magnet rotation The wheels are driven by the driving torque generated by the electric machine. With this configuration, the rotating electric machine can be reduced in weight and the amount of magnetic flux can be increased. It will be.
[0009]
(4) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a permanent magnet rotating electric machine for driving wheels, a control device for controlling a driving torque generated by the permanent magnet rotating electric machine, and a control device for controlling the driving torque. An electric vehicle having a battery that supplies power to the permanent magnet rotating electric machine through the stator, wherein the permanent magnet rotating electric machine has a stator having a stator core around which a multi-phase stator winding is wound; A rotor rotatably held on the inner periphery of the stator, wherein the rotor has a rotor core, and a shaft provided in a rotation axis direction of the rotor core;So that the polarities are in opposite directions along the circumference of the rotor core,A plurality of permanent magnets arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the rotor, and inside the rotor core, as many permanent magnet insertion holes as the number of the permanent magnets are provided; The permanent magnet is inserted into the permanent magnet insertion hole, and is held at a position where the ratio (R1 / R0) is a value larger than 0.85;Here, R0 is the radius of the rotor, and R1 is the distance from the center of the rotor to a position closest to the center of the rotor on the inner peripheral side of the permanent magnet, and R1 is the radius of the rotor core. A rotor, a rotor core, a shaft provided in the direction of the rotation axis of the rotor core,So that the polarities are in opposite directions along the circumference of the rotor core,A plurality of permanent magnets arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the rotor, and inside the rotor core, as many permanent magnet insertion holes as the number of the permanent magnets are provided; The permanent magnet is inserted into the permanent magnet insertion hole, and is held at a position where the ratio (R1 / R0) is a value larger than 0.85;Here, R0 is the radius of the rotor, and R1 is the distance from the center of the rotor to a position closest to the center of the rotor on the inner peripheral side of the permanent magnet, and R1 is the radius of the rotor core. The outer peripheryAndA pole piece (32B1) is formed in a portion located on the outer peripheral side of the permanent magnet insertion hole,The pole piece creates a magnetic circuit for passing magnetic flux based on the permanent magnet,In the portion of the rotor core sandwiched between the pole piece portions,Auxiliary pole piece (32B2) Is formed, and the auxiliary magnetic pole piece portion is controlled such that a combined vector of the magnetomotive force of the stator generated by a current flowing through the stator winding is oriented in a rotational direction from a center position of the auxiliary magnetic pole piece portion.
