【0001】

【0107】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a material stocking apparatus, and more particularly, to a material stocking apparatus that efficiently stocks materials by using a material transporting apparatus that transports materials while traveling straight and curved.
[0002]
BACKGROUND ART AND PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED BY THE INVENTION
In general, for example, in factories, warehouses, construction sites, and the like, it is necessary to stock a large amount of materials, so that a large space for stocking these materials is required, and a wide area is required.
[0003]
However, it is often difficult to secure a wide site for material stock depending on the installation location of factories and warehouses, construction site conditions, and the like.
[0004]
In particular, when trying to construct underground structures such as tunnels by shield method in urban areas, etc., it is difficult to secure enough land around the shaft because of the lack of vacant land, etc. It is becoming difficult to secure space for stock.
[0005]
The purpose of this conventional shaft is to mainly use it as a starting and reaching base for shield excavators. The starting base is used to transfer various materials such as segments, rails, sleepers, etc. from the ground into the tunnel during the excavation period. It is used as a passage to carry in.
[0006]
Further, such materials are generally temporarily placed in a plane in a stock yard provided on the ground of a shaft, and are generally carried into a tunnel as needed.
[0007]
Under such circumstances, in order to reduce the space of the shaft site, a tunnel shaft structure as disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 2524904 has been proposed.
[0008]
In this tunnel shaft structure, a wall of appropriate thickness made of concrete or the like is formed on the peripheral wall surface of the shaft, and ring-shaped horizontal partition walls are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the wall at appropriate intervals in the vertical direction. On the partition wall, a storage room for materials for tunnel construction is formed.
[0009]
Then, a stacker crane is arranged in the shaft, the material transported by the bogie to the supply port at the upper end of the shaft is received by the fork member of the stacker crane, and the stacker crane is moved in the circumferential direction along the rail in the shaft. By transporting the material to the target partition wall, storing the material in the target partition wall with the fork member of the stacker crane, and moving the stacker crane up and down while moving the stacker crane in the circumferential direction at the time of removal, The fork member is stretched at the wall to take out the material and supply it to the bottom of the shaft.
[0010]
However, in those in which materials are supplied to the partition wall of a shaft using such a stacker crane and a fork member, since the stacker crane moves in the circumferential direction in the shaft, facilities in the shaft, for example, It is not possible to secure a space for providing an elevator, an emergency stair, a path for carrying in and out of earth and sand, etc. for employees to enter and exit the shaft.
[0011]
Also, when transporting materials into the shaft, at the supply port at the upper end of the shaft, the materials are taken into the stacker crane using a fork member from the bogie, and then stored in each partition wall using the fork member from the stacker crane. However, it is necessary to take the material stored in the partition wall into the stacker crane with a fork member, transport the material to the bottom of the shaft, and deliver the material, which requires a lot of labor and time to transship the material. .
[0012]
Furthermore, in such a transport state, when the material is to be stocked by effectively utilizing the empty space on the ground or the like, it is necessary to further transfer the stock from the stock position to the bogie, which further increases the labor of the transfer. Become.
[0013]
Usually, when transporting materials, they are transported by a transport crane or by transporting the material transport device along a rail.In particular, when the material transport device is automatically traveled, a straight line is used. There is no particular problem in running, but when trying to run on a curve, it is necessary to change the rotation speed of the wheels on both sides or to forcibly bend along the rail.
[0014]
However, in order to change the rotation speed of the wheels on both sides, it is necessary to provide two driving devices corresponding to the wheels on both sides and control them separately, and the number of parts increases, and the cost increases. The weight is increased, the size of the device is increased, the operation is complicated, and the maintenance is troublesome.
[0015]
Further, in the case of forcibly bending the material along the rail, a large load is applied to the material transporting device, and there is a problem in that the material is not only durable but also capable of coping with only a slight bending.
[0016]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to enable straight running and curved running, and to reduce the number of parts, reduce costs, reduce weight, reduce size, facilitate maintenance, facilitate operation, and apply a large load during curved running. Therefore, even if it is difficult to secure sufficient land for stocking materials by using a durable material transport device, it is possible to secure a sufficient stock of material, and It is an object of the present invention to provide a material stock apparatus that can be carried in and out without performing.
[0017]
[0018]
Another object of the present invention is to efficiently store materials in a shaft while saving sufficient space required for other uses in the shaft, and to reduce the area of ground land. An object of the present invention is to provide a material stock apparatus.
[0019]
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a material stocking apparatus that enables loading and unloading between ground equipment and a stock area and between a stock area and a shaft without transferring materials. .
[0020]
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a material stocking apparatus that enables stocking in a shaft of an arbitrary arrangement and that can effectively use empty space.
[0021]

[0035]
According to the present invention, the material is loaded on the horizontal transport device supported by the vertical transport device, and the vertical transport device is moved up and down along the vertical transport rail, and the material on the horizontal transport device is moved to the target stock shelf position. The horizontal transfer device moves from the lifting / lowering transfer device to the horizontal transfer rail on the stock shelf, moves on the horizontal transfer rail, and is supported on the stock table on the stock shelf. Can be transported and stocked efficiently without the need to perform the work. Moreover, since the stock is stored in multiple layers in the vertical direction, a large amount of material can be stocked with a small land area, and space can be saved. it can.
[0036]
In addition, the horizontal transport device raises and lowers the support table on which the material is placed by the table lifting mechanism, and transfers and removes the material to and from the material placing table. Therefore, the vertical distance required for transferring and removing the material can be shortened. The storage space for the stock shelves can be increased, and the stock capacity in the same space can be increased, so that more efficient stocking can be performed, which can contribute to space saving.
[0037]
In addition, since the horizontal transport device has at least one wheel having a large wheel portion and a small wheel portion and being able to travel in a curved line using a common drive source, parts can be reduced, costs can be reduced, and weight can be reduced. In addition to being able to reduce the size, the size can be reduced, and it is possible to easily cope with various transport states.
[0038]
In addition, there is no need to control the drive source for changing the rotation speed of the wheels on both sides, so that the operation is easy and the maintenance is also easy.
[0039]
[0040]
Furthermore, the stock shelf by stock efficiently materials for shield be provided within the vertical shaft, it is possible to save space in the vertical shaft site, even in a wide pit site ensuring difficult conditions, such as urban , Shield excavation can be enabled. In addition, in the above and the following, the shaft site is used in a wide concept including the inside of the starting shaft, the starting base, and the auxiliary shaft.
[0041]
[0042]
[0043]
Further, since the stock shelf is provided along the wall of the shaft, the elevating transport rail is arranged adjacent to the stock shelf, and other equipment such as an elevator for workers to enter and exit the shaft. , Emergency stairs, a space for carrying in and out of earth and sand, and the like can be secured.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, but can be modified into various forms within the scope of the present invention.
[0128]
For example, in the above-described embodiment, an example of a segment is shown as a material. However, the present invention is not limited to this example, and the present invention can be applied to stocks of various pipes and other various materials.
[0129]
[0130]
The number of stages and materials stand of stock shelf can also be various combinations not limited to the example described above.
[0131]
Also, the traveling mechanism of the horizontal transport device has been described as having four wheels on each side, but the number of wheels can be arbitrarily set.
[0132]
Further, in the above-described example, the case where the stock shelf is provided only in the shaft is described. However, the present invention is not limited to this example, and the stock shelf can be provided in both the shaft and the ground.
[0133]
It is also possible to provide a plurality of stock shelves on the ground at distant positions, or to form an auxiliary shaft in addition to the shaft to provide the stock shelves there.
[0134]
Furthermore, although the H-shaped steel is used for the horizontal transfer rail and the vertical transfer rail, it is not limited to this example, and various materials can be used as long as they have sufficient strength.
[0135]
Further, in the traveling mechanism of the horizontal transport device, the large wheel portion and the small wheel portion are formed only on one wheel, but the present invention is not limited to this example, and the large wheel portion and the small wheel portion may be formed on both wheels. Then, at the time of running on a curve, it is possible to perform S-shaped running and various curved runnings by running using the small wheel portion of the wheel inside the curve and the large wheel portion outside the curve.
[0136]
Further, the small wheel portion of one wheel and the other wheel have the same diameter, so that the small wheel portion is made to travel straight. However, the present invention is not limited to this example, and the large wheel portion of one wheel and the other wheel are used. It is also possible to make the wheels the same diameter and to run straight on the large wheel side.
[0137]
In the above-described embodiment, the vehicle runs straight using the auxiliary rail. However, similar results can be obtained by changing the shape of the rail without using the auxiliary rail.
[0138]
Further, by changing the shape of the auxiliary rail or the rail, it is also possible to cause the vehicle to run on a curve.
