TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an underwater cleaning robot for cleaning an object to be cleaned such as a cultured fish net or a hull. In particular, the present invention relates to an improvement in a configuration for obtaining a force for pressing an underwater cleaning robot toward an object to be cleaned (hereinafter, this force is referred to as a propulsion force).
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, an underwater cleaning robot for removing algae and shellfish attached to a cultured fish net, removing dirt attached to a hull, and the like has been known.
[0003]
For example, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 8-116826 discloses an underwater cleaning robot in which a cleaning water jet nozzle and a propulsion generation water jet nozzle are provided on a robot body. That is, when this underwater cleaning robot is used for cleaning a cultured fish net, high-pressure water from a cleaning water jet nozzle is sprayed toward the cultured fish net to remove algae, shellfish, and the like attached to the cultured fish net. . Also, high-pressure water from the water jet nozzle for generating propulsion is jetted in a direction opposite to the direction toward the cultured fish net to generate a propulsion force for pressing the robot toward the cultured fish net. Thus, the aquaculture fish net can be cleaned while the robot is running stably on the aquaculture fish net (while avoiding the robot separating from the aquaculture fish net). This publication also discloses a configuration in which an electric motor or a hydraulic motor is mounted on a robot body, a propeller is mounted on a drive shaft thereof, and the propulsion is generated by rotation of the propeller.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The inventor of the present invention has considered providing an optimal mechanism for generating the propulsion force. The mechanism for generating the propulsive force was compared with the above-described mechanism using the high-pressure water injection and the mechanism using the rotation of the propeller.
[0005]
Tables 1 and 2 are design examples for obtaining a propulsion force of 200N. Table 1 shows the case where the propulsion is obtained by rotation of the propeller, and Table 2 shows the case where the propulsion is obtained by injection of high-pressure water.
[0006]
[Table 1]
[0007]
[Table 2]
[0008]
As can be seen from these tables, the above-described thrust is obtained with much less required power when the thrust is obtained by rotation of the propeller than when the thrust is obtained by injection of high-pressure water. In the case where the propeller is provided, as disclosed in the above-mentioned publication, it is common to equip a plurality of propellers in order to prevent the rotation of the apparatus main body due to the rotation reaction force of the propeller. . In addition, in the case of injection by high-pressure water, a large-sized high-pressure pump is required to obtain the required power, which causes an increase in size of the apparatus and an increase in manufacturing cost. From the above, it can be seen that it is preferable to employ a mechanism that rotates the propeller as the mechanism that generates the propulsive force.
[0009]
However, when a mechanism for obtaining a propulsion force by rotating the propeller is employed, there is a problem that the configuration of the entire robot becomes complicated. That is, in the case of a configuration in which propulsion is obtained by injection of high-pressure water, FIG. 11 (a cross-sectional view showing the internal structure of the underwater cleaning robot, showing a state in which the vertical surface of the cultured fish net N is being cleaned. (The direction of water injection is indicated by an arrow.) A part of the high pressure water hose b connected to the cleaning water jet nozzle a is branched, and the water jet nozzle c for generating thrust is attached to the tip of the water hose. A mechanism for generating a force can be realized. In this figure, d is an electric motor for rotating the cleaning water jet nozzle a, and e is a wheel for traveling on the surface of the cultured fish net N.
[0010]
On the other hand, in order to obtain the propulsive force by the rotation of the propeller, a dedicated electric motor or hydraulic motor for obtaining the rotational driving force of the propeller must be mounted on the robot, and a power supply cable or hydraulic It is also necessary to provide a hose or the like, which complicates the configuration of the entire robot. In addition, problems such as complicated robot assembly work, an increase in the number of locations where a failure occurs, and an increase in the manufacturing cost of the robot are also caused.
[0011]
The present invention has been made in view of such a point, and an object of the present invention is to provide a dedicated underwater cleaning robot that obtains a propulsive force by rotation of a propeller, for obtaining a rotational driving force of a propeller. No drive source is required, and the cleaning nozzle unit is attached to a rotatable shaft rotatably provided on the robot body so as to rotate integrally with this rotatable shaft. By installing a propeller that rotates and generates a propulsion force to press the robot body against the surface of the object to be cleaned, it is possible to reduce the reaction force of the propeller even with one propeller drive Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to obtain a favorable propulsion force while simplifying the configuration of the underwater cleaning robot.
[0012]
Also, if the removed material (algae and shellfish attached to the cultured fish net) from the object to be cleaned flows into the robot or the cage (the inside of the cultured fish net), the removed material becomes entangled with the water jet nozzle or propeller. There is a concern that the cleaning work may be adversely affected, and the water in the cage may become dirty and affect fish breeding. In particular, such a situation is likely to occur when a cleaning target that is very dirty is cleaned. In addition, if foreign matter (such as a rope used in a cultured fish net) other than the above-mentioned removal material flows into the robot and becomes entangled with the water jet nozzle or the propeller, the robot may be damaged. FIG. 12 shows a state in which algae W and rope R are entangled around the water jet nozzle a.
[0013]
Therefore, another object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning object in addition to the above-mentioned object (to obtain a good propulsive force without requiring a dedicated driving source for obtaining a rotational driving force of a propeller). To prevent inflow of removed matter from the robot into the robot.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
-Summary of the invention-
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention uses a jet reaction force when high-pressure water is jetted toward an object to be cleaned, rotates a cleaning nozzle using the jet reaction force, and uses this rotational force to rotate a propeller. The underwater cleaning robot is rotated to generate a propulsive force for pressing the underwater cleaning robot toward the object to be cleaned.
[0015]
-Solution-
Specifically, in the first solving means, the cleaning object is cleaned by spraying high-pressure water from the cleaning nozzle unit toward the surface of the cleaning object while moving along the surface of the cleaning object existing in the water. Assumes an underwater cleaning robot. For the underwater cleaning robot, the cleaning nozzle unit is attached to a rotating shaft rotatably provided on the robot body, and the cleaning nozzle unit is rotated by a reaction force of the high-pressure water jet on the surface of the object to be cleaned. Rotate integrally with the shaft. On the other hand, a propeller is attached to the rotating shaft to generate a propulsive force for rotating the robot body with the rotation of the rotating shaft and pressing the robot body against the surface of the object to be cleaned. The rotating shaft is rotatably supported by a bearing member provided on the robot body. An auxiliary nozzle unit for jetting high-pressure water for canceling a rotational force generated in the robot body due to sliding resistance between the bearing member and the bearing member caused by the rotation of the rotating shaft is provided.
[0016]
According to this specific matter, when high-pressure water is jetted from the cleaning nozzle unit toward the surface of the object to be cleaned, dirt and deposits on the surface of the object to be cleaned are removed by the jet. In addition, the cleaning nozzle unit, the rotating shaft, and the propeller rotate integrally by the reaction force of the injection. The rotation of the propeller generates a propulsive force, and the robot body is pressed against the surface of the object to be cleaned. That is, since the propulsion force is obtained by effectively using the injection reaction force, a dedicated drive source for obtaining the rotational driving force of the propeller is not required, and the configuration of the underwater cleaning robot can be simplified.
[0018]
The rotation reaction force generated in the robot body when the cleaning nozzle unit and the rotation shaft are rotated is canceled by the rotation of the propeller. However, due to the sliding resistance between the rotating shaft and the bearing member, a slight rotational reaction force is generated in the robot body. Therefore, the rotational reaction force is canceled by injecting high-pressure water from the auxiliary nozzle unit. Therefore, the cleaning operation is stably performed without the underwater cleaning robot rotating.
[0023]
A second solution is to provide an underwater cleaning robot that cleans an object to be cleaned by ejecting high-pressure water from a cleaning nozzle unit toward the surface of the object to be cleaned while moving along the surface of the object to be cleaned existing in water. It is assumed. In addition, the robot body is provided with an introduction path for introducing water for generating propulsion into the propeller, and the inflow side of the introduction path is provided around the outside of the robot body in a direction substantially orthogonal to the direction in which the rotation axis extends. It is open.
[0024]
A third solution is to clean the cleaning object by jetting high-pressure water from a cleaning nozzle unit toward the surface of the cleaning object while moving along the surface of the cleaning object existing in the water. Assume a robot. Further, the robot body includes a nozzle side body located on the cleaning nozzle unit side and a propeller side body located on the propeller side. An introduction space is formed between the nozzle-side main body and the propeller-side main body to introduce water for generating propulsion into the propeller.
[0025]
According to these specific items, the removed matter separated and removed from the object to be cleaned by the high-pressure water jetted from the cleaning nozzle unit is less likely to flow to the propeller introduction side. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the removal object from flowing into the inside of the robot and becoming entangled with the cleaning nozzle unit and the propeller and adversely affecting the cleaning operation. In addition, when used for cleaning aquaculture nets, the removed matter (algae, shellfish, etc.) does not flow back into the cage, and the water in the cage does not become dirty.
[0026]
A fourth solution is to provide an underwater cleaning robot that cleans an object to be cleaned by ejecting high-pressure water from a cleaning nozzle unit toward the surface of the object to be cleaned while moving along the surface of the object to be cleaned existing in water. It is assumed. Further, the cleaning nozzle unit is provided with a flat rotating body, and the high-pressure water injection path is formed in the rotating body.
[0027]
According to this specific matter, at the time of cleaning the object to be cleaned by the underwater cleaning robot, high-pressure water is injected through the injection path, and the object to be cleaned is cleaned while the rotating body is rotated by the injection reaction force. At this time, since the removed matter removed from the object to be cleaned is less likely to be entangled with the rotating body, the cleaning operation of the object to be cleaned can be performed smoothly as compared with the case where the cleaning nozzle unit is constituted by a high-pressure water pipe as in the related art. .
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in any one of the first to fourth aspects, the jetting direction of the high-pressure water of the cleaning nozzle unit is directed toward the object to be cleaned in a direction parallel to the surface of the object to be cleaned. It is configured to incline by 5 to 45 degrees and to incline by 5 to 90 degrees in the direction perpendicular to the surface of the object to be cleaned in the direction opposite to the direction of rotation by the high pressure water jet reaction force.
According to this specific matter, the jetting direction of the high-pressure water that can satisfactorily obtain the cleaning operation of the object to be cleaned and the rotational force of the cleaning nozzle unit can be specified.
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in any one of the first to fifth aspects, a plurality of wheels are provided, and each wheel comes into contact with the surface of the object to be cleaned by a propulsive force generated by rotation of the propeller, It is configured to automatically travel on the surface of the object to be cleaned by rotating the wheels.
With this specific matter, the underwater cleaning robot can be realized as a self-propelled type. Therefore, the burden on the operator during the cleaning operation can be reduced.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the following effects are exhibited.
[0067]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the cleaning nozzle unit is rotated using the jet reaction force when high-pressure water is jetted toward the object to be cleaned, and the propeller is rotated using the rotational force. The rotation of the propeller generates a propulsive force for pressing the underwater cleaning robot toward the object to be cleaned. This eliminates the need for a dedicated electric motor or hydraulic motor for obtaining the rotational driving force of the propeller and the accompanying power supply cable and hydraulic hose. Therefore, the configuration of the entire underwater cleaning robot can be simplified. As a result, the assembling work of the robot can be simplified, the number of causes of failures can be reduced, and the manufacturing cost of the robot can be reduced, and a highly practical underwater cleaning robot can be provided. Further, since the driving force is not obtained by jetting the high-pressure water, the high-pressure pump for obtaining the high-pressure water for cleaning can be reduced in size, and the diameter of the high-pressure water hose can be reduced.
[0068]
In addition, an auxiliary nozzle unit for jetting high-pressure water for canceling a rotational force generated by sliding resistance between the rotating shaft and the bearing member is provided. For this reason, the underwater cleaning robot does not rotate during the cleaning operation, so that a stable cleaning operation can be performed, and the cleaning efficiency of the object to be cleaned can be improved.
[0071]
According to the second and third aspects of the present invention, the high-pressure water jetted from the cleaning nozzle unit is separated from the water for generating the propulsive force introduced into the propeller. That is, a dedicated introduction path (introduction space) for introducing water for generating propulsion into the propeller is provided. As a result, it is possible to prevent the removed material and other foreign substances peeled and removed from the object to be cleaned from flowing into the underwater cleaning robot and becoming entangled with the cleaning nozzle unit and the propeller, thereby adversely affecting the cleaning operation, and performing stable cleaning. Work can be done. Further, when the underwater cleaning robot according to the present invention is used for cleaning aquaculture fishing nets, it is possible to prevent the algae, shellfish, and the like, which are the above-described removed substances, from flowing back into the fish cage, and the water in the fish cage is not contaminated. However, it will not adversely affect fish breeding.
[0072]
According to the fourth aspect of the invention, the cleaning nozzle unit is provided with a flat rotating body, and the high-pressure water injection path is formed in the rotating body. When the cleaning nozzle unit is formed of a high-pressure water pipe as in the related art, there is a possibility that the removed matter removed from the object to be cleaned (such as algae removed from the culture net) may be entangled, but according to the present invention, Since the cleaning nozzle unit is formed in a flat plate shape, the removed object is hardly entangled, the cleaning operation of the object to be cleaned can be performed smoothly, and the reliability of the underwater cleaning robot can be improved.
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, it is possible to specifically specify the high-pressure water jetting direction capable of favorably obtaining the cleaning operation of the object to be cleaned and the rotational force of the cleaning nozzle unit. Performance can be improved.
