本願発明は、一例として複数個のコーヒーパックを収納保管し、それらを取り出した後に再封可能なカートンに係る。

最近、インスタントでなく豆を挽いたコーヒーをサイフォンなどの器具を使用しないで簡単に飲めるようにしたパックあるいはカートリッジ式のレギュラーコーヒーが販売されている。例えば、コーヒーカップの上にパック又はカートリッジを置いて湯を注ぐだけで本格的なコーヒーが手軽につくれるようになっている。

ちなみに、その多くの事例は、風味を保つために個々のパック又はカートリッジをアルミシートなどで包装して防湿性を保持している。さらに、それらを複数個単位としてカートンなどの外装容器に収納して販売されている。

【作用】
本願発明は、蓋板に施したミシン刃によって区画された舌片を押すと、ミシン刃に沿って破断され、舌片と相似した孔が開口し、この孔の開口端に指を当てて手前に蓋板を引いて開閉するか、舌片を摘んで開閉する。その際、同時に蓋板の接合片に引っ張られて内側板がミシン刃から破断され開封可能となる。また、上記舌片は、ミシン刃の破断によって初めて開封されたことが分かり、そのバージン性を容易に確認できる。
