Description

【0001】
[0001]
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is an art flower potted in a vase using a colorless and transparent potting material that is curable at room temperature, and even after curing, pulls out the art flower from the cured potting material or crushes the cured material. The present invention relates to a potted art flower that facilitates collecting molds and containers. For example, a plastic artificial flower (hereinafter, referred to as "art flower") is fixed in a transparent glass vase and watched for a long time, and then the cured potting material is crushed to collect the art flower or vase. These are potted art flowers that can be reused.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a potting material used in this field, a reactive liquid resin such as an epoxy resin, a urethane resin, and a silicone resin is used. Required properties of these potting materials include low reaction heat, low shrinkage, adhesive strength to an object to be fixed, and the like.
[0003]
Further, silicone rubber or silicone gel is often used as a potting material for applications requiring flexibility, transparency, and durability. Such a silicone potting material for this purpose is disclosed in JP-A-7-304956 and JP-A-8-269331.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The epoxy resin potting material is characterized by a small cure shrinkage and room temperature curing because it undergoes reductive polymerization. However, the reductive polymerization involves cleavage of a carbon-oxygen covalent bond, so that the heat of reaction is large, and as a result, there is a disadvantage that the heat generated during curing is large. For example, in potting of 500 ml or more, the internal temperature may rise to 100 ° C. or more due to reaction heat. For example, when the art flower is fixed in a vase, the flower and leaves of the art flower are discolored due to the heat of the reaction, and when severe, the stem is thermally deformed. If the reaction rate is reduced , the problem of the reaction heat can be solved, but if it takes more than one day until the curing reaction is completed, there is a new disadvantage that the workability is reduced.
[0005]
Urethane resin potting materials cure gently and quickly, have low reaction heat, and have low cure shrinkage. However, isocyanate compounds or polyamino compounds, which are one of the raw materials, are irritating to the skin, and some people may fog just by touching them, which is not preferable from the viewpoint of work hygiene. In addition, since carbon dioxide may be by-produced in a secondary reaction in the curing reaction, there is a disadvantage that bubbles are contained in the cured product. Therefore, it is not preferable for potting for decorative purposes.
[0006]
Silicone resin potting materials cure gently and quickly, have low heat of reaction, and have low cure shrinkage. In addition, there is no problem in work hygiene and no side reaction occurs. Silicone resin can be said to be a preferable material as a potting material as compared with the two resins. However, potting used for aesthetic purposes involves trial and error as a creative process, so even after the potting material has hardened, the hardened material can be crushed and removed from the container, or a part of the fixed object can be removed from the hardened material. May be extracted. However, since the silicone resin is a tough and flexible rubber elastic body, it is difficult to cut, tear or crush the cured product.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to satisfy all the properties required as a potted art flower for the purpose of aesthetic decoration, the present invention provides (a) an organopolysiloxane compound having two or more hydrogensilenyl groups in one molecule, and (b) a molecule in one molecule. organopolysiloxane compound having a vinyl silyl group two or more, the non-reactive organopolysiloxane compound having a trialkylsilyl group (c) end, consists (d) a platinum catalyst, the amount of (c) is (A) a composition comprising 15 to 40 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the total amount of (b), and a cured product produced by addition polymerization of the composition having a tensile strength of 50 kPa to 600 kPa; There Ri 5% to 100% der, and a hardness of 10 to 40 Shore a potting silicone composition as a potting material And use, is a potted Art flower in a vase or the like.
[0008]
(A) an organopolysiloxane compound having two or more hydrogensilyl groups in one molecule, (b) an organopolysiloxane compound having two or more vinylsilyl groups in one molecule, (c) trialkylsilyl at a terminal The non-reactive organopolysiloxane compound having a group, (d) the platinum catalyst is the same as the conventional silicone rubber component.
[0009]
Potting cured product of the silicone composition used in the present invention, a tensile strength 50KPa~600kPa, since elongation physical properties of 5% to 100%, the Art Flower tearing through the potting cured product even after curing of the potting material It is easy to withdraw from the cured product or to collect the container by crushing the cured product.
[0010]
Further, the silicone composition used in the present invention comprises an organopolysiloxane compound having a hydrdienesilyl group involved in an addition reaction, an organopolysiloxane compound having a vinyl group, a platinum catalyst, and a trialkylsilyl not involved in this reaction. And a non-reactive organopolysiloxane compound having a group. The non-reactive organopolysiloxane compound functions to suppress temperature rise and curing shrinkage during curing by the heat of addition reaction. For example, 1000 ml of the silicone composition of the present invention cures in about 2 to 8 hours at room temperature, has a volume shrinkage of 1% or less, and has a slight rise in temperature due to heat of reaction, but a rise of about 50 to a maximum. It is below ° C.
[0011]
The compounding amount of this (c) organopolysiloxane compound having a trialkylsilyl group at the terminal is as follows when the total of the two organopolysiloxane compounds (a) and (b) involved in the addition reaction is 100 parts by weight. It is blended 15-40 parts by weight. If the amount is 15 parts by weight or less, the cured physical properties described below are not exhibited, and if it is 40 parts by weight, the non-reactive organopolysiloxane compound oozes out of the cured product with the passage of time.
[0012]
Since the cured product of the silicone composition used in the present invention contains the (c) non-reactive organopolysiloxane compound having a trialkylsilyl group, the cured product has a tensile strength of 50 kPa to 600 kPa and an elongation of 5%. 100100% physical properties. The hardness is 10 to 40 for Shore A in a durometer hardness test according to JIS K6253. The cured product having such physical properties behaves like a flexible rubber elastic body when a small external stress is applied, and behaves as a brittle rigid body when a sudden and large stress is applied. In other words, the cured product of the potting material of the present invention exhibits strong resistance to external forces such as vibration and thermal expansion, but can easily be cut with a blade or crushed with a sharp object.
[0013]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Organopolysiloxane compound 500g of a viscosity at 20 ° C. with a hydro-diene silyl group two or more in one molecule of 1 Pa · s, more than a vinyl silyl group in one molecule of the viscosity of 1 Pa · s at 20 ° C. 500 g of an organopolysiloxane compound having a viscosity of 0.5 Pa · s at 20 ° C. , 350 g of a non-reactive organopolysiloxane compound having a trialkylsilyl group at a terminal, and 1 g of chloroplatinic acid as a platinum catalyst A silicone composition used in the present invention was prepared. The composition was allowed to stand at room temperature for 6 hours to obtain a cured product which was colorless, transparent, free of air bubbles and free of cracks. Physical properties of the cured product were a tensile strength of 400 kPa, an elongation of 70%, and a Shore A of 29 in a durometer hardness test according to JIS K6253.
[0014]
200 g of the silicone composition was poured into a glass vase containing an art flower and left at room temperature for 6 hours to fix the art flower. Since the cured silicone composition was colorless and transparent, it mimicked water, and the art flower itself had a lively flower-like appearance. After one month of appreciation, the cured silicone composition was crushed with chopsticks to recover the art flower and remove the silicone composition from the vase.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
The potting material used in the present invention has a rapid curing property such that the curing reaction is completed at room temperature for 1 to 6 hours, but the temperature rise due to the reaction heat is small, the curing hardly shrinks, and the colorless and transparent brittleness is obtained. To produce a cured product having a certainty. Such physical properties are suitable for potting fixed art flowers for decorative purposes. For example, when used in potting to secure the art flower vase, art flour without discoloration or deformation by heat of reaction can be maintained Art Flower original esthetics. Further, since the potting material used in the present invention is a transparent cured product without yellowing due to aging, a pseudo form such as clean water poured into a vase occurs.
[0016]
Since the cured product of the silicone composition used in the present invention has a property of being brittle and broken when an external stress is applied, the potting material is cured by trial and error as a creation usually performed for aesthetic decoration purposes. Even afterwards, the cured product can be easily removed from the potted container by crushing the cured product with a blade or a pointed object.
