TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a molding apparatus and a molding method for molding a molded article having a precise surface, and particularly relates to a molding apparatus and a molding apparatus for molding a molded article that accurately expresses a surface gloss and a complicated surface shape. It relates to the molding method used.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When a molded product having a complicated surface shape or having a reverse taper is molded using a normal metal split mold, a device is required to remove the molded product from the mold. For this reason, moldings having a complicated surface shape or having a reverse taper have been conventionally performed using an elastic mold (JP-A-6-24941). For example, a flowable molding material is injected and filled into a cavity of an elastic molding die obtained by an immersion method, and the molding material is solidified by heating or cooling. After molding, the outer periphery of the molding die is surrounded by a release cup, and molding is performed. A molded article is released by providing a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the mold, and the molded article is moved to thereby remove the molded article from the mold.
However, in such a method, when the mold is expanded due to a pressure difference, the molded article rubs with the molded article, or when the mold is moved, the mold is shaken, or the center line of the mold is inclined. Or something. As a result, the surface of the molded product may be damaged, or the surface of the molded product may not be accurately patterned, or the obtained molded product may be stored in a case such as a lipstick. The center line between the case and the molded product is displaced, causing inconvenience such as contact between the product and the case, and the case where suitability as a product cannot be obtained.
Therefore, when a molded product is manufactured using a conventional elastic mold, the application of the elastic mold is naturally limited by the accuracy and surface condition required as a product.
[0003]
[Problem to be Explained by the Invention]
The inventor of the present invention has conducted various studies using an elastic mold to obtain a molded product with higher accuracy, surface gloss, and accurate reproduction of a design, etc., with a high yield. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a molding apparatus and a molding method for molding a molded product having high accuracy, high surface gloss, and accurately reproducing a pattern with good yield.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is a molding apparatus comprising an elastic mold and a release cup surrounding the mold, wherein the elastic mold has an opening at one end and the other end is sealed, The periphery is fixed by a ring-shaped support frame as a flange, and a convex portion or a concave portion is provided on the outer surface of the mold on a line connecting the center of the opening of the mold and the center of the tip surface of the other end. The release cup is provided with a concave portion or a protrusion, and at normal pressure, the convex or concave portion and the recess or the protrusion have a small gap, and at the time of release, the elastic mold is moved as little as possible. a molding apparatus and a recess or protrusion of the releasing cup with projections or recesses of the elastic mold, characterized in that the fitting, also more a release cup surrounding the elastic mold and forming die Molding method using a molding device The elastic molding die of the molding device has an opening at one end, the other end is sealed, and the periphery of the opening is fixed by a ring-shaped support frame as a flange, and the opening of the molding die is The fluid material is injected into the inside of an elastic mold having a convex or concave portion on the outer surface of the mold on a line connecting the center of the other end and the center of the tip surface of the other end, and after molding and solidification, a recess or a projection is provided. Surrounding the mold with the mold release cup, depressurizing the inside of the mold release cup, moving the elastic mold as small as possible, and fitting the convex or concave part on the outer surface of the mold into the concave part or protrusion of the mold release cup. This is a method of forming a molded product characterized by being released from the mold .
That is, after forming an elastic mold in the present invention, a molded product by fixing the elastic mold in a state where the fitting the recess portion or the protruding portion of the convex portion or concave portion and the releasing cup elastic mold Since it is moved, the mold can be released without the elastic mold being shaken or deviating from the center line, and as a result, the pattern can be formed without damaging the surface of the molded article or tilting the center line of the molded article. With respect to the molded product, a product having a desired shape in which a pattern is accurately reproduced on the surface of the molded product can be obtained with high yield.
[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Further, the present invention will be described in detail.
Materials constituting the elastic mold of the present invention include natural rubber, chloroprene rubber, nitrile-butadiene rubber, silicone rubber, fluorine rubber, urethane rubber and other elastomers, and the molding method is not particularly limited. In the case of rubber, nitrile-butadiene rubber, or the like, it can be obtained by an immersion molding method in which a prototype is immersed in these latexes for molding, and other elastomers can be obtained by any molding method such as a pressure molding method or an injection molding method. The shape of the elastic mold has an opening at one end into which a molded object can be injected, and a convex or concave portion is provided on the outer surface of the tip of the mold on a line connecting the center of the opening of the mold and the tip of the mold. Then, a pattern to be attached to the surface of the molded product may be provided on the inner surface of the molding die.
In the present invention, the release cup has a depression or a projection corresponding to the projection or the depression provided on the outer surface of the mold. It is sufficient that the size of the protrusions or recesses of the mold is such that it does not abnormally deform during mold release. Further, instead of the convex portion, the tip of the elastic molding die may have a conical shape. On the other hand, the release cup may be provided with a depression or a projection corresponding to the above-mentioned projection or depression, or a hole on a cylinder, so that the release cup can be fitted with the elastic molding die. It is only necessary that the cup moves as one.
[0006]
Regarding the gap between the protrusion of the mold and the recess of the mold cup or the recess of the mold and the protrusion of the mold cup, the gap in the height direction at normal pressure is This is the minimum interval required to avoid rubbing. As a result, the expansion of the mold in the circumferential direction is enhanced, and a sharp molding is obtained.
At the time of filling, the gap between the side surfaces of the mold and the mold release cup is sufficient to separate the mold and the mold, and the mold and the mold are moved when the mold is moved vertically in the mold release. If the gap is large, the mold may be excessively expanded, which may cause deterioration of the mold.

[0010]
Example 2
A lipstick was prepared in the same manner as in Example 1, using the apparatus shown in FIG. However, the gap between the projection provided on the outer periphery of the elastic mold and the depression of the release cup was 10 mm. The above-mentioned raw material is poured into this mold, and after molding, the inside of the release cup is depressurized to expand the elastic mold as in Example 1, and the projection of the elastic mold is fitted into the recess of the mold cup. Then, the elastic mold was pulled down to release the molded product. The appearance of the obtained lipstick was glossy on the whole surface, but some scratches were seen at the tip which seemed to have been rubbed with the molding die, but when stored in the lipstick storage container, the center of the lipstick was Thus, it was stably stored in the same manner as in Example 1.
[0011]
Comparative Example 1
In the same manner as in Example 1, a lipstick was prepared using the raw material prepared according to the lipstick prescription of Table 1 of Example 1 using the apparatus of FIG. However, there were no protrusions on the outer periphery of the elastic molding die, and the bottom surface of the release cup was flat and had no depressions, and the spacing was large. The obtained lipstick had scratches on the tip and side portions, and when stored in the lipstick case, it was blurred from the center of the case and was unstable.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the present invention, a convex portion or a concave portion is provided on the outer surface of the elastic mold, and a concave portion or a projecting portion is provided in a release cup surrounding the mold, and these are fitted and separated at the time of mold release. Since it is molded, it can prevent the elastic mold from scratching and rubbing at the time of release, and the pattern can be reproduced precisely. As a result, the surface of the obtained molded product is beautiful without scratches and stored in a container In such a molded article, the center line of the container and the center line of the molded article coincide with each other, and effects such as stable storage can be obtained.
