上記目的を達成するための本発明の技術的手段は、電子機器の小窓側の両側面に対向して形成された第1および第2の軸穴と、上記小窓の開閉蓋の両側に対向して形成された第1および第2の軸穴と、上記小窓側と開閉蓋の第1および第2の軸穴に両側部が挿通されるヒンジ用軸と、上記小窓側の第1の軸穴の外方に設けられ、上記ヒンジ用軸を挿通させることができ、挿通後に変形されることによりヒンジ用軸を挿入方向の後方に対して抜止めし得る二股状の第1の抜け止め部材と、上記小窓側の第2の軸穴の外方に設けられ、この第2の軸穴に挿通される上記ヒンジ用軸を挿入方向の前方に対して抜け止めする第の抜け止め部材とを備えたものである。

上記のように構成された本発明によれば、ヒンジ用軸を二股状の抜け止め部材から小窓側と開閉蓋の第1の軸穴および開閉蓋と小窓側の第2の軸穴に挿通し、ヒンジ用軸の一端を第2の抜け止め部材で抜け止めした状態で第1の抜け止め部材を変形させることにより、ヒンジ用軸の他端を第1の抜け止め部材により抜け止めし、ヒンジ用軸を中心として開閉蓋を回動可能に支持することができる。このようにヒンジ用軸に対する難しい加工を不要とし、しかも、開閉蓋を容易に組立ることができて開閉蓋の損傷を防止することができる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように本発明によれば、ヒンジ用軸を二股状の抜け止め部材から小窓側と開閉蓋の第1の軸穴および開閉蓋と小窓側の第2の軸穴に挿通し、ヒンジ用軸の一端を第2の抜け止め部材で抜け止めした状態で第1の抜け止め部材を変形させることにより、ヒンジ用軸の他端を第1の抜け止め部材により抜け止めし、ヒンジ用軸を中心として開閉蓋を回動可能に支持することができる。このようにヒンジ用軸に対する難しい加工を不要とし、しかも、開閉蓋を容易に組立ることができて開閉蓋の損傷を防止することができる。したがって、組立作業性の向上および低コスト化を図ることができる。 また、第1および第2の軸穴を電子機器のケースに取付ける小ケースの両側面に形成し、第1および第2の抜け止め部材を上記小ケースに一体に連設することにより、構成を簡素化して更に一層低コスト化を図ることができる。
