【0002】

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, when the mobile phone downloads the ring tone data from the ring tone providing site, the melody ID paired with the ring tone data is downloaded together, and the mobile phone receives the ring tone and receives the ring tone. Since the melody ID downloaded from the mobile phone is transmitted together with the ring tone when issuing the melody, the melody ID transmitted from the mobile phone at the time of receiving the incoming call and the melody ID transmitted from the mobile phone at the time of stopping the ring tone at the time of answering the incoming call are transmitted. Is received by the exchange device, and the reception interval of the preceding and following melody IDs is measured, so that the time during which the mobile phone uses the ring tone can be measured.
