Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a structure for mounting a fireproof plate laid on the inner surface of a tunnel lining as a fireproof measure for a tunnel.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent tunnels, fire prevention measures are required to prevent deterioration and damage of the tunnel lining due to fire, etc., and a fire-resistant plate such as a metal plate is placed on the inner surface of the tunnel lining consisting of lining concrete and lining segments. It has been proposed to establish
[0003]
As a method of mounting the above-mentioned fireproof plate on the inner surface of the tunnel lining, so-called straight tension is generally used, for example, in an anchor insertion hole formed on the inner surface of the tunnel lining corresponding to the mounting hole formed on the fireproof plate. Afterwards, cast an anchor for construction and attach a fireproof plate to the anchor with mounting bolts. Alternatively, inserts or studs are buried in advance in the inner surface of the tunnel lining, and a fireproof plate is attached to them by using mounting bolts.
[0004]
However, it is difficult to accurately provide the above-mentioned anchor insertion hole at a predetermined position, and since a non-flexible fire-resistant plate cannot follow unevenness or a curve on the inner surface of the lining, the mounting hole for the fire-resistant plate is not provided. Difficult to align with. In addition, since the inserts and studs are previously buried at predetermined positions of the lining, their positions cannot be changed. In particular, in shield tunnels, segments are used, and inserts and studs are buried when manufacturing segments at factories, so it is almost impossible to change the position on site, and it is very difficult to attach fireproof plates in place. In many cases, it is difficult or impossible to mount.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been proposed in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a fireproof plate mounting structure that can easily and reliably mount and support a fireproof plate on the inner surface of a tunnel lining.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, a structure for mounting a fireproof plate on the inner surface of a tunnel lining according to the present invention is as follows. That is, a retaining plate is engaged with and held by a support plate attached to the inner surface of the tunnel lining, and a fire-resistant plate is attached to and supported by the retaining hook with a mounting bolt and a nut. And a flammable or hot-melt packing is interposed between them.
[0007]
Note that the upper Symbol mounting bolts, provided part and paragraphs as necessary. Further, the fireproof plate may be formed with a through hole through which the locking hook and the bolt / nut can be inserted, and the through hole may be filled with a fire resistant filler. Further, a fire-resistant sealing material may be interposed as needed on the tunnel lining side between the adjacent fire-resistant plates.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described based on an embodiment shown in the drawings. FIG. 1A is a front view showing an embodiment of a structure for mounting a fireproof plate on the inner surface of a tunnel lining according to the present invention, FIG. 1B is a longitudinal sectional side view thereof, and FIG. FIG. 3 is an enlarged vertical sectional side view of a part thereof.
[0009]
In the drawing, reference numeral 1 denotes a support plate disposed on the inner surface of a tunnel lining F. The support plate 1 is formed by a metal plate or the like into a long strip shape having a bent portion 1a having a substantially U-shaped cross section at its upper part. The directions are arranged substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the tunnel, and a plurality of them are arranged at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction of the tunnel.
[0010]
Each of the support plates 1 has a plurality of longitudinal portions attached to the inner surface of the tunnel lining F with the fixtures 2, and in the present embodiment, as the fixtures 2, a cylindrical shape embedded in the lining F in advance. And a bolt 22 screwed into a female screw hole (not shown) of the insert 21. In addition, as the fixing tool 2, for example, a post-installed anchor is used, and the other appropriate.
[0011]
On the inner surface of the tunnel lining F on which the support plate 1 is installed as described above, a substantially flat plate is formed so as to straddle a plurality of (three in the figure) support plates 1 arranged in the circumferential direction. A refractory plate 3 made of ceramic is provided, and mounting bolts 5 and nuts are attached to locking hooks 4 which are engaged with the bent portions 1a of the support plate 1 corresponding to the mounting holes 3a formed in the refractory plate 3. 6, the fireproof plate 3 is attached and supported. The nut 6 is integrally fixed to the locking hook 4 by welding or the like, and the mounting bolt 5 is screwed into the nut 6.
[0012]
In the drawing, reference numeral 7 denotes a washer fitted to the mounting bolt 5, and the washer 7 is formed to have a larger diameter than the mounting hole 3a of the refractory plate 3, and the washer 7 has substantially the same diameter as the washer 7 on the refractory plate 3 side. A packing 8 made of a flammable or heat-meltable material is provided. The mounting hole 3a is filled with a refractory filler 9 such as mortar.
[0013]
The locking hook 4 may be provided with a spring plate 10 for retaining it as necessary. In the present embodiment, the spring plate 10 having a substantially L-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. The hook 4 is integrally attached to the hook 4 by welding or the like, and a corrugated plate-shaped curved portion 10a is formed in the lower bent portion of the spring plate 10 located in the U-shaped curved portion of the locking hook 4.
[0014]
When the locking hook 4 is engaged with the bent portion 1a of the support plate 1 as shown in FIG. 4B from the state of FIG. In this configuration, the bending portion 10a is held in a slightly compressed state, and the resilient force (elastic restoring force) locks the locking hook 4 against the support plate 1.
[0015]
In the present embodiment, a section 5c having a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the nut 6 is formed in the vicinity of the distal end of the external thread 5b of the mounting bolt 5, and the length of the paragraph 5c in the axial direction is equal to the nut. 6 is equal to or longer than the length in the axial direction. In FIG. 2, reference numeral 11 denotes a fire-resistant sealing material made of ceramic wool or the like interposed on the tunnel lining F side of the abutting end portion 3b of the adjacent fire-resistant plates 3, 3 which are adjacent when a fire occurs. To prevent flames and the like from entering the inner side of the lining from the gaps.
[0016]
In the above configuration, when laying the refractory plate 3 on the inner surface of the tunnel lining F, the support plate 1 is attached to the inner surface of the lining F in advance by the fixing tool 2 as shown in FIG. First, as shown in FIGS. 5 (a) and 6, a nut 5 is inserted through the center holes 7a and 8a of the washer 7 and the packing 8, and the tip thereof is fixed to the locking hook 4. After the nut 6 and the locking hook 4 are inserted into the mounting holes 3a formed in the fire-resistant plate 3 in a state where the locking hook 4 is screwed into the support plate 1, as shown in FIGS. The hook is engaged with the bent portion 1a so as to be hooked.
At this time, if the mounting hole 3a formed in the refractory plate 3 is a through hole through which the locking hook 4 and the nut 6 can be inserted as shown in the drawing, the washer 7 and the packing 8 and the locking With the nut 6 screwed in advance via the hook 4, the locking hook 4 can be engaged and held on the support plate 1 only by working from the front side of the fireproof plate 3. If the retaining hook 4 is provided with the above-mentioned spring plate 10 for retaining, it is possible to prevent the retaining hook 4 from falling out of the bent portion 1a carelessly or rattling.
[0017]
Next, after filling a refractory filler such as mortar into a mounting hole 3a of the refractory plate 3 through a hose or the like omitted from the drawing, the mounting bolt 5 is further screwed into a nut 6, as shown in FIG. In addition, the washer 7 and the packing 8 are pressed against the inner surface of the refractory plate 3 and are fastened and fixed with the refractory plate 3 sandwiched between the head 5a of the mounting bolt 5 and the support plate 1.
[0018]
By using the locking hooks 4 to be engaged with the support plate 1 and the bolts 5 and the nuts 6 for attaching the fireproof plate 3 to the locking hooks 4 as described above, the conventional complicated position can be obtained. The alignment work can be omitted, and the refractory plate 3 can be easily and reliably attached and supported at a predetermined position. That is, the locking hook 4 can be slid with respect to the bent portion 1a of the support plate 1 fixed to the inner surface of the lining F, and the mounting bolt 5 is moved in the radial direction by the diameter of the mounting hole 3a. It can be moved, and the degree of tightening of the refractory plate 3 can be adjusted by adjusting the amount of screwing of the mounting bolt 5 into the nut 6, so that the fixing work while positioning can be performed easily and quickly. It is.
[0019]
The mounting bolt 5 may be provided with a section 5c as described above. In such a case, for example, even if the bolt 5 is loosened from the state where the refractory plate 3 is mounted as shown in FIG. As described above, the nut 6 is engaged with the portion 5c as described above, and the nut 6 is retained and locked in that state, and unless the mounting bolt 5 and the nut 6 are artificially centered and the bolt is turned, The bolt 5 and the refractory plate 3 are not accidentally dropped. The mounting bolt 5 can be easily and inexpensively manufactured by simply processing the existing portion into a paragraph and forming the portion 5c, and does not require any additional components.
[0020]
The refractory plate 3 is located between the head 5a of the mounting bolt 5 and the nut 6, and between the bolt head 5a and the nut 6, especially on the inner surface side (tunnel space side) of the refractory plate 3. A packing 8 made of a flammable or hot-melt material may be interposed. The packing is desirably paper or synthetic resin or rubber, especially organic one.
[0021]
In the present embodiment, the washer 7 is provided on the head 5a side of the mounting bolt 5 and the packing 8 is provided on the refractory plate 3 side of the washer 7, but the bolt head 5a is larger than the mounting hole 3a of the refractory plate 3. Alternatively, a packing 8 may be provided on the bolt head 5a or on the side of the refractory plate 3 on the bolt head 5a.
[0022]
In the above embodiment, the nut 6 is attached to the locking hook 4, and the mounting bolt 5 is screwed into the nut 6. However, the bolt 5 is attached to the locking hook 4, and the nut 6 is screwed into the bolt 5. You may. In that case, the packing 8 and, if necessary, the washer 7 may be provided on the nut side.
[0023]
When the packing 8 made of a flammable or hot-melt material is interposed between the bolt head 5a and the nut 6 as described above, the packing 8 melts or disappears in the event of a fire and plays in the mounting portion of the fireproof plate 3. Occurs. Thus, even if the fire-resistant plate 3, the support plate 1, or the bolts 5 and the nuts 6 are thermally expanded, no excessive force acts on the mounting portion of the fire-resistant plate 3 due to the difference in expansion and the like. Deformation or breakage can be prevented. In particular, when a ceramic material is used as the refractory plate 3, the refractory plate 3 can be prevented from being cracked by heat.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, the fire-resistant plate mounting structure on the inner surface of the tunnel lining according to the present invention has the above-described configuration, and therefore, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) It is not necessary to perform complicated positioning (hole alignment) as in the related art, and the fireproof plate can be easily and reliably attached even if the inner surface of the lining has irregularities or curves.
(2) Even if the inner surface of the tunnel lining is slightly deformed due to an earthquake, for example, the support plate 1 and the like are deformed and absorb the deformation, so that the followability is high and the earthquake resistance is excellent.
(3) The work efficiency is high because the mounting method is easy.
(4) It is possible to cope without limiting the material and type of the refractory plate.
