本発明は、自動車用シート（座席）のサイドフィニッシャー、詳しくは、シートクッション（座部）の側部に取付けられる合成樹脂製サイドフィニッシャーに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来のこの種のサイドフィニッシャーは、例えば、実開平４ー２４８２６号公報、実開平４ー６７１２９号公報に開示されているように、シートクッションの起立状ベースなどに、多数のビス、ネジなどの締結部材で締結することにより取付けている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従って、サイドフィニッシャーの取付後、締結部材の頭部がサイドフィニッシャーの外面に露出するため、締結部材によってサイドフィニッシャーの外観品質が損なわれていた。

また、サイドフィニッシャーをシートクッション側に締結する際、シートクッション側の被締結個所がサイドフィニッシャーによって被われるため、締結作業の作業性が悪い不具合があった。

そこで、本発明は斯様な従来品の不具合を除去することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
以上の目的を達成するための本発明は、シートクッションの側部に取付けられるサイドフィニッシャーであって、シートクッションの構成部材より外方に突出する突起に掛止される掛止部を内面に有する本体と、この本体の後端よりシートクッションの背部方向に折曲する後フィニッシャー部とからなり、該後フィニッシャー部に、シートクッションの後端に有する固定片を挟持する一対の挟持片と、前記固定片にねじ止めする通孔とを設けてなる構成である。

本体の掛止部をシートクッション側の突起に掛止して、後フィニッシャー部の挟持片でシートクッション側の固定片を挟持することにより、サイドフィニッシャーをシートクッション側に仮止でき、この仮止状態で後フィニッシャー部をねじ止めすることにより、サイドフィニッシャーはシートクッションに取付けられる。

そのため、シートクッションの側部側に位置する本体を締結部材で締結する必要がないため、サイドフィニッシャーの外観品質が向上し、また、仮止後にねじ止めするため、サイドフィニッシャーの取付作業も向上する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の一形態を、図面に基づいて説明する。
図１は本発明に係るサイドフィニッシャー（Ｃ）を備える自動車用シートを示し、シートクッション（ＳＣ）の下部外側面はサイドフィニッシャー（Ｃ）に被覆されている。図中（ＳＢ）は、シートバックを示す。

図１に示すサイドフィニッシャー（Ｃ）は、スライドレール（５）のアッパーレール（５０）と一体のベースプレート（５１）に取付けられている。図中（５２）はアッパーレール（５０）がスライド自在に嵌合するロアレールを示す。

サイドフィニッシャー（Ｃ）は、シートクッション（ＳＣ）の下部外側面を被覆する本体（Ｃ２）と、この本体（Ｃ２）よりシートクッション（ＳＣ）の後部側に折曲する後フィニッシャー部（Ｃ１）とから構成されている。

以上の本体（Ｃ２）は、図２、図３、図６に示すように、その内面に設けた倒Ｌ字状の掛止部（２）がベースプレート（５１）側に突設するＬ字状の突起（４）に掛止される。突起（４）には掛止した掛止部（２）の脱落を防止するための底片（４１）が一体に形成されている。
なお、突起（４）は、図示するものと逆方向に向けてベースプレート（５１）に取付けてもよい。

後フィニッシャー部（Ｃ１）は、図６乃至図８に示すように、固定部（１）が内面側に設けてあり、この固定部（１）は一対の挟持片（１０）（１０）と、この挟持片（１０）（１０）の内面に突設し中央にビス取付用の通孔（１２）を開孔する凹窪部（１１）とから構成されている。

一方、ベースプレート（５１）の後端面には、前記挟持片（１０）（１０）に挟持され、後フィニッシャー部（Ｃ１）がビス（６）止めされる固定片（３）が設けてある。

図示する固定片（３）は、図９に示すように、ベースプレート（５１）に溶接した平板状のプレート部（３１）と、このプレート部（３１）に一体に形成しネジ止め孔（３２）を有するコ字状の被挟持部（３０）とから構成されているが、挟持片（１０）（１０）に挟持されビス（６）止めされるものであれば、図示するものに限定されるものでない。

この固定片（３）に後フィニッシャー（Ｃ１）が、図３乃至図４に示すようにビス（６）によって締結される。即ち、本体（Ｃ２）の掛止部（２）を突起（４）に掛止した後、挟持片（１０）（１０）で固定片（３）の被挟持部（３０）を挟持することにより、サイドフィニッシャー（Ｃ）がベースプレート（５１）側に仮止される。

また、サイドフィニッシャーをシートクッション側に取付ける際に、本体の掛止部をシートクッション側に掛止し、シートクッション側の固定片を一対の挟持片で挟持することにより、サイドフィニッシャーをシートクッション側の所定位置に仮止できるため、サイドフィニッシャーのシートクッションに対する取付作業が容易になる。
