Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a data carrier configured to operate by obtaining power from an electromotive force induced in an antenna coil by receiving a radio signal.
[0002]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As a moving object identification system, for example, there is a remote ID system using high-frequency radio waves. In this method, radio communication is performed between a reader / writer and an ID tag (data carrier) to read data of an ID tag at a remote position or write data to the ID tag.
[0003]
Such a remote ID system is considered to be applied to various systems such as a delivery system, an inventory management system, and a sales system. As an example, there is a tallying system for a rotating sushi shop. The summary of the tallying system is as follows. An ID tag is embedded in a dish on which sushi is placed, and data such as the type of sushi, the time of creation, and the selling price are recorded in the ID tag. Then, when the customer has finished the meal, the eaten sushi plates are gathered in one place, the reader / writer for tallying communicates with the ID tags of those plates, and the data should be obtained from the ID tags and the customer should pay. It is to calculate the amount of money.
[0004]
In such a remote ID system, a type external to a power supply that does not mainly include a battery is used as an ID tag. A radio signal for operating power is transmitted from the reader / writer to the external power supply-dependent ID tag, and the ID tag operates by receiving the radio signal. That is, the antenna of the ID tag is formed of a coil, and when magnetic flux, which is a radio signal emitted from a reader / writer, is interlinked (received) to the antenna coil, an electromotive force is induced in the antenna coil. The AC generated by the induced electromotive force is rectified and smoothed to form a DC power supply for operation, and data read / write operation is performed.
[0005]
By the way, in the tallying system of a revolving sushi shop, when tallying the payment amount of a customer, a reader / writer is held above the stacked dishes and a radio signal is transmitted from above. However, since the radio signal transmitted from the reader / writer is not so strong, if the number of stacked dishes is large, the radio signal does not reach the lower dish, and the ID tag of the lower dish cannot operate. There are cases.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and has as its object the necessity for operation even when articles provided with data carriers are stacked, even if the article is located away from the transmission source of the radio signal. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a data carrier capable of obtaining high power.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, in a state in which the articles are stacked, for example, if the data carrier of the upper article receives a radio signal and obtains sufficient power for operation, the power is reduced by the power transmission means. Since the data carrier is sent to the data carrier of the other product, if the number of stacked products is appropriate, it is possible to eliminate a data carrier that becomes inoperable due to insufficient power.
In this case, the power transmission means is composed of two pairs of conductors arranged on both sides in the stacking direction of the articles. When the articles are stacked, the pair of conductors of the adjacent articles constitute a capacitor, and the electric power is transmitted. Since transmission and reception are performed, power can be transmitted while the conductors are not in contact with each other.
[0008]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since a substance having a high dielectric constant exists between the conductors constituting the capacitor, the conductor can be miniaturized and electric power can be transmitted efficiently.
According to the third aspect of the present invention, when the dishes are stacked, the conductor is provided on the surface portion of the inner bottom surface of the dish and provided on the surface portion of the lower end surface of the thread bottom of another dish placed thereon. Since the conductor and the capacitor constitute a capacitor, it can be easily applied to a counting system in a rotating sushi shop.
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, since the data carrier is formed as a card, the card is attached to a desired object from which data is to be obtained, and the card is finally removed from the object and a number of cards are stacked. Then, data can be obtained at a time from these cards, and data can be easily obtained.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
First, a rotating sushi shop is a shop with the following system. Inside the store, a loop-shaped conveyor is provided, and the seats are provided along the conveyor. Sushi is placed on a plate and transported to the audience by a conveyor. The customer picks up the dish on which the favorite sushi is placed from among the dishes carried by the conveyor, and stacks the dishes that have been eaten on the table. The shop places the sushi on a plate of a color or pattern corresponding to the selling price, so that the customer can know the approximate amount to be paid to the store from the type and the number of the stacked plates. After the meal, the clerk counts the number of dishes by color or pattern, and calculates the amount to be paid to the store.
