本発明は、人体臀部を温水で洗浄するための温水洗浄装置に係り、特に、ノズル本体を引張り出すための摘みを改良した温水洗浄装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
洋風便器などの便器に温水洗浄装置を設置し、用便後等に臀部を温水で洗浄可能としたトイレ設備が急速に普及しつつある。この温水洗浄装置は、多くの場合、シリンダ及び該シリンダの先端から突出自在なノズル本体を有した洗浄ノズルを備えている。このシリンダの後部に温水を供給すると、この水圧によってノズル本体が前進してシリンダから突出し、その先端から温水が噴出して臀部が洗浄される。

図３は従来例に係る温水洗浄装置の斜視図である。

この温水洗浄装置は、第１洗浄ノズル１０と第２洗浄ノズル２０とを備えている。各洗浄ノズル１０，２０は、シリンダ１２，２２と、該シリンダ１２，２２の先端から突出可能なノズル本体１４，２４とを備えており、ノズル本体１４，２４の先端部の上面に温水の噴出孔１４ａ，２４ａ（２４ａは図示略）が設けられている。また、ノズル本体１４，２４の先端面には摘み１４ｂ，２４ｂが設けられており、この摘み１４ｂ，２４ｂを摘んでノズル本体１４，２４を引張り出すことが可能となっている。シリンダ１２，２２内にはリターンスプリング（図示略）が設けられており、ノズル本体１４，２４をシリンダ１２，２２内に後退させるように付勢している。

シリンダ１２，２２の後部に第１フィードパイプ１６と第２フィードパイプ２６を介して切替装置３０が接続されている。この切替装置３０は、ステップモータ３２と弁機構３４とを備えており、フィードホース３８からの温水を第１フィードパイプ１６及び第２フィードパイプ２６のいずれかに分配するよう構成されている。フィードホース３８の上流端は温水タンクに接続されている。

切替装置３０によって温水が第１フィードパイプ１６から第１シリンダ１２に供給された場合、第１ノズル本体１４が前進し、噴出口１４ａから温水が噴出して臀部洗浄（所謂シャワー洗浄）が行われる。

このような温水洗浄装置において、ノズル本体１４，２４の掃除を行うときには摘み１４ｂ，２４ｂを摘んでノズル本体１４，２４を引張り出し、ブラシ等で擦って汚れを落すようにしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来のノズル本体の摘みは、図２に拡大して示す通り単に平板状あるいは棒状のものであり、摘みにくいという短所があった。特にビニールやゴムの手袋をはめて掃除することが通常であり、従来の摘みでは摘みにくかった。

また、さらに摘み上部に汚物が付着し、汚れることがあった。

本発明は、ノズル本体をきわめて容易に引張り出すことができ、かつ、汚れが付着しにくい摘みを有した温水洗浄装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の温水洗浄装置は、洋風便器に設置され、温水を人体に向けて噴出する温水洗浄装置であって、シリンダと、該シリンダから突出して温水を噴出するノズル本体とを備え、該ノズル本体の先端に摘みが設けられている温水洗浄装置において、該摘みは下方への垂下部を有していることを特徴とするものである。

かかる摘みを有したノズル本体であれば、摘みの垂下部に指先や、先端がＬ形、ループ形等の治具を引掛けてきわめて容易に引張り出すことができる。

この摘みは、ノズル本体の先端面から前方へ突出し、次いで下方に垂下する形状であることが好ましい。この形状の摘みとすることにより、ノズル本体の摘み以外の部分をすっぽりとシリンダ内に退行させることができる。

この摘みの上面は、先端ほど下位となるように傾斜していることが好ましい。この形状の摘みであれば、摘みの上面に付着した水や汚れが流れ落ち易い。

【発明の実施の形態】
図１は実施の形態に係る温水洗浄装置のノズル本体の先端部の斜視図である。このノズル本体４０は、図示はしないが前記図３の温水洗浄装置と同様にシリンダから突出可能となっており、このシリンダ内に水が供給されるとノズル本体４０が前進し、その先端部上面の温水噴出孔４２から温水が噴出する。

このノズル本体４０の先端面に摘み４４が設けられている。この摘み４４は、ノズル本体４０の先端面から前方に突出し、次いで下方に垂れ下る形状である。この摘み４４の上面は、先端ほど下位となるように傾斜している。この摘み４４の基端側の上面は、ノズル本体４０の先端部の上面と連続面をなしており、この基端側から前端にかけて緩く凸に湾曲している。

この摘み４４の下面は緩く凹に湾曲している。符号４４ａは、この摘み４４の先端側の下端側に形成された垂下部を示している。

このように構成された摘み４４付きのノズル本体を有した温水洗浄装置にあっては、ノズル本体４０を掃除するときには垂下部４４ａに指先や、先端がＬ形、ループ形等となっている引掛治具（図示略）を引掛けてノズル本体４０をシリンダから容易に引張り出すことができ、ノズル本体４０を十分に掃除することができる。なお、ビニールやゴム手袋を装着していても指先を垂下部４４ａに当てて確実かつスムーズにノズル本体４０を引張り出すことができ、引張り出している途中に指先が垂下部４４ａから外れてノズル本体４０が戻ってしまうことも確実に防止される。

この実施の形態にあっては、摘み４４の上面が前方に向って下り傾斜となっており、摘み４４の上面に汚れが付きにくい。また、この摘み４４の基端部の上面がノズル本体４０の先端部上面に連なっており、このノズル本体の基端側の上面に汚れの溜り易い隅角部が存在せず、摘み４４の基端部上面に汚れが付きにくい。

このノズル本体４０を掃除した後、垂下部４４ａから指先を離すと、ノズル本体４０の全体がシリンダ内にすっぽりと納まるように後退する。このノズル本体４０が後退した状態にあっては、摘み４４のみがシリンダ先端から突出しており、洋風便器の使用時にノズル本体４０の先端に汚れが付きにくい。

以上の通り、本発明によると、温水洗浄装置のノズル本体をきわめて容易に引張り出して十分に掃除を行うことができる。
