Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, when performing surface treatment of a work such as plating, thermal spraying, painting, or the like, the work to be subjected to the surface treatment is mounted, and the width of a pair of work hangers to be conveyed while being hung on a carrier is determined. The present invention relates to a tool connection structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, when plating on a printed circuit board, after attaching a width determining tool to a pair of work hangers that also serve as electrodes and setting the width of the printed circuit board to be mounted on this, set both sides of the printed circuit board in a supported state, By transporting the work hanger portion with a carrier, the workpiece is immersed in a plating tank, subjected to plating, washed in a washing tank, and dried.
Then, the connection between the width hanger and the work hanger for setting the width of the pair of work hangers is made by piercing through holes for inserting bolts respectively at both ends of the width hanger and the work hanger portion facing the width hanger, A nut is screwed onto a bolt inserted through both insertion holes.
[0003]
The width between the work hangers needs to be variously changed according to the width of the work to be mounted on the work hangers, and also needs to be replaced when the plating adheres to the work hangers or the width determining tool.
When separating the work hanger or the width-determining tool in order to replace the work hanger or the width-determining tool, first loosen the nut and remove it from the bolt, pull out the bolt from the insertion hole, and then move the work hanger and the width-determining tool together. I try to separate.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when replacing the work hanger or the width determining tool in the above-described conventional one, loosen the nut and remove the bolt from the insertion hole as described above, and then separate the work hanger and the width determining tool from the insertion hole, When this is to be reassembled, since it is assembled in the reverse order, there is a problem that it takes time and effort to separate and assemble.
In particular, when assembling, there is a problem that the bolt must be inserted in a state where the insertion holes formed in the work hanger and the width determining tool are aligned with each other, and the operation takes time and effort.
[0005]
Further, there is a problem that the bolts and nuts removed at the time of separating and assembling the work hanger and the width determining tool are easily lost.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been proposed in view of the above-described problems, and can separate and assemble a work hanger and a width-determining tool with a simple operation, thereby reducing labor and time required for separation and assembling, and losing parts. It is intended to be able to get rid of it.
[0006]
In order to achieve the above object, the connection structure of the work hanger width determining tool according to the present invention firstly includes a work hanger having a pair of hanger bodies which are conveyed while being mounted on a carrier and hung on a carrier. The width determining tool has a main body portion that can be expanded and contracted to the left and right, fitting portions provided at both ends of the main body portion, and fitting of the fitting portion to the hanger body. And a fitting holding member for holding the mating.
[0007]
Next, the fitting portion is formed of a fitting member for holding the work hanger and a hooking projection for hooking in a hooking hole formed in the hanger body, and the fitting holding member is engaged with the fitting portion. Are formed by an elastic member that urges and presses in a non-releasable direction, and the work hanger is a plating electrode formed of a conductive material.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An embodiment of a connection structure of a work hanger width determining tool according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a work hanger generally called a “rack”, and reference numeral 1 in the figure generally indicates the work hanger.
The work hanger 1 is used when performing electroplating on a printed circuit board. The work hanger 1 includes a pair of hanger main bodies 2 and a width determining tool 3.3 provided at a portion near the upper and lower ends of the hanger main bodies 2. Become.
The illustration of the width determining tool 3 near the lower end is omitted.
[0009]
The hanger bodies 2 also serve as one electrode in electroplating, and are formed by bending a narrow band-shaped copper plate to form a hook-shaped hooking portion 4 at an upper portion, and hanging down below the hooking portion 4. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a plurality of clips 7, 7, 7,... For holding a printed circuit board 6 are attached to each other.
A leaf spring 8 is provided on the inner surface of the front end of the hooking portion 4 to make the hooking of the hooking portion 4 dense and improve stability, and the portion 5 hanging downward from the hooking portion 4 is provided. At the portion where the width determining tools 3 are connected, there are formed holes 10 for engaging positioning projections 9 for positioning, which will be described later.
[0010]
The width determining members 3 are capable of expanding and contracting left and right, each including one plate-like member 11, a movable member 12 attached to the plate-like member 11, and a fixing member 13 for fixing the movable member 12 to the plate-like member. It comprises a main body portion 14, fitting portions 15 provided at both ends of the main body portion 14, and a fitting holding member 16 for holding the fitting portion 15 fitted to the hanger main bodies 2.
The fitting portion 15 includes a fitting member 17 formed in a U-shape in plan view so as to hold the portion 5 that is hung downward from the hooking portion 4 of the hanger body 2, and the hooking member 17 is attached to the fitting member 17. The projection 5 is formed so as to fit into a locking hole 10 formed in a portion 5 hanging downward from the stopping portion 4.
The fitting holding member 16 for holding the fitting portion 15 fitted to the hanger main bodies 2 is formed by bending a spring plate (elastic member) into a clip shape, and is hooked on a front portion thereof. Fitting holes 19, 19, which are fitted to the tips of the projections 9, 9, are formed.
[0011]
When using the work hanger 1 formed as described above, first, the fixing member 13 is loosened and the movable member 11 is moved to adjust the distance between the hanger main bodies 2 to the printed circuit board (work) 6. After setting the distance between the hanger main bodies 2 with the fixing bracket 13, the printed circuit board 6 is sandwiched and held between the clips 7, 7, 7,... Of the hanger main bodies 2, 2.
Next, the work hanger 1 on which the printed circuit board 6 is mounted is carried to a plating step using a carrier (not shown) such as a hoist, and the hook-shaped hooking portions 4 of the hanger main bodies 2 are connected to electrodes (not shown). At the same time, the printed circuit board 6 is immersed in a plating solution in a plating tank (not shown) for plating.
[0012]
When the plating process is completed, the carrier is sequentially sent to the cleaning process and the drying process, and the respective processes are performed, thereby completing the surface treatment.
The width between the hanger bodies 2 needs to be variously changed in accordance with the width of the work to be mounted on the hanger main body 2. Also, even when the plating adheres to the work hanger 1 or the width determining tool 3, 3, the width is required. It is necessary to replace the fixing tool 3.3 and the hanger body 2.2.
A case where the width determining tools 3.3 are separated from the hanger main bodies 2.2 in order to replace the hanger main bodies 2.2 or the width determining tools 3.3 will be described next.
[0013]
First, as shown in FIG. 3, a fitting holding member 16 formed by bending a spring plate material holding the fitting portion 15 to the hanger main bodies 2 and 2 into a clip shape, as shown in FIG. From the state shown in the figure to the state shown in an imaginary diagram, the leading ends of the hooking projections 9.9 are removed from the fitting holes 19 formed in the front part, and then the fitting holding member 16 is pulled in the direction of arrow A. And remove it from the fitting portion 15.
After that, when the engaging portion 15 of the width determining tool 3 is pulled backward and the hooking projections 9.9 are pulled out from the locking holes 10, 10, the width determining tools 3.3 and the hanger body 2.2 can be easily separated. Can be separated.
[0014]
Then, in order to assemble by replacing the new width determining tool 3.3 or the hanger body 2.2, the procedure is reversed.
That is, the engaging projections 9 formed on the engaging portion 15 of the width determining tool 3 are aligned with the engaging holes 10 on the side of the hanger body 2, and are fitted to form the fitting holding portion 16. Fit to the hanger body 2.
Thereafter, a fitting holding member 16 formed by bending a spring plate material into a clip shape is inserted from the outside, and the tips of the locking projections 9 are fitted into fitting holes 19 formed on the front surface thereof. When they are combined, the work hanger 1 can be easily assembled.
[0015]
In the above embodiment, the fitting holding member 16 is formed by bending a spring plate material into a clip shape. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIGS. At the other end, an engaging portion (elastic member) 22 is formed at the other end to engage with a concave portion 21 formed on the side surface of the fitting member 17 to form the fitting holding member 16. It can also be formed.
Further, as shown in FIG. 6 , a leaf spring (elastic member) 23 and a retaining projection 24 are disposed to face each other on the fitting holding section 16, and the hanging projection 9 The engaging holes 10 for engaging the engaging projections 9 are formed on the side surfaces of the hanger body portions 2 to form engaging portions. You can also.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the connection structure of the work hanger width determining tool according to the present invention has a width for setting the width of the work hanger composed of a pair of hanger bodies which are conveyed while being mounted on a carrier and hung on a carrier. It is a connection structure of a fixing tool, wherein the width determining tool holds the main body portion which can be expanded and contracted to the left and right, the fitting portions provided at both ends of the main body portion, and the fitting of the fitting portion to the hanger body. The width determining device can be easily separated from the work hanger simply by releasing the fitting and holding of the fitting and holding portion because it is constituted by the fitting and holding member.
[0017]
In addition, when setting the width between the work hangers by attaching the width determining tool to the work hanger, the both ends of the width determining tool are fitted into the work hanger in a positioning manner, and then this is simply held by the fitting holding member. The width between the work hangers can be set.
As a result, the work hanger and the width determining tool can be separated and assembled with a simple operation, and the labor and time required for the separation and assembly can be reduced.
Further, even when the fitting and holding member can be separated from the work hanger and the width determining tool, the number of parts is reduced by half compared to bolts and nuts, so that there is an advantage that the management is easy and the parts are not lost.
