本発明は、スイッチやコンセントなどの配線器具を壁面などの造営面に埋込配設するために用いられる配線器具用取付枠に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、スイッチやコンセントのような配線器具を壁面等の造営面に埋込配設するために、図17及び図18に示すような金属製の配線器具用取付枠(以下、取付枠と言う。)Aが用いられている。この取付枠Aは、壁に埋設された埋込ボックス60の開口面側に取付ねじ(ボックスねじ)61,61によって取り付けられ、さらに合成樹脂製のプレー
ト枠62がねじ63,63により前面に取着されるとともに、プレート枠62の前面に化粧プレート64が被着されるようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述した配線器具用取付枠では、配線器具50を取付枠Aに取り付ける際に取付枠Aの開口窓4に一部を挿入した状態に配線器具50を作業者が手で位置決めし且つ保持しながらドライバ等の工具によって薄肉部66を突出変形させなければならず、作業性が悪いという問題があった。

本発明は上記事情に鑑みて為されたものであり、その目的とするところは、配線器具を容易に取り付けることができる配線器具用取付枠を提供することにある。

上記目的を達成するために、請求項1の発明では、対向する一対の側部並びに両側部を連結する連結部を有し側部と連結部とで囲まれた開口窓に単位寸法の配線器具の一部を挿入した形で配線器具を複数個並べて保持する枠本体と、枠本体を壁面のような造営面に固定する固定手段と、一方の側部から開口窓側へ突出し配線器具の側面にそれぞれ設けられた溝部に各々係合する複数の係合突起と、他方の側部に設けられ、各配線器具の側面にそれぞれ突出する突出部に各々係脱自在に係止する複数の係止片とを備え、複数の係止片は可撓性を有する材料により一体に形成され、他方の側部にかしめ固定される固定部と、突出部が係止する切欠部を有して固定部の背面から背面側に向かって突設された保持部と、保持部の先端側に設けられ、背面側に行くほど外側への突出量が大きくなるように傾斜する傾斜部とを具備することを特徴とし、複数の係止片は可撓性を有する材料で形成されているので、配線器具の溝部と係合突起とを係合させた状態で、配線器具の突出部と係止片とを係止片のばね力によって係止させることができ、従来の取付枠のように取付枠をこじて変形させることによって、配線器具を取付枠に保持させる場合に比べて、取付作業を容易に行うことができる。しかも複数の係止片は一体に形成されているので、複数の係止片を一度に枠本体に固定することができ、取付枠を組み立てる手間を少なくできる。

本参考例の配線器具用取付枠について図1(a)(b)を参照して説明する。この配線器具用取付枠(以下、取付枠と言う。)Aの枠本体1は金属製であって、対向する一対の側部2a,2bと、両側部2a,2bを連結する連結部3,3と、側部2a,2b及び連結部3,3で囲まれた開口窓4とを有する矩形枠状に形成されている。また、各連結部3,3には、枠本体1を埋込ボックス60に取り付けるための取付ねじ61(図18参照)が挿通される長孔状のねじ挿通孔3aと、壁面を形成する壁パネル等の壁材に枠本体1を取り付けるための挟み金具(図示せず)が係止される挟み金具係止溝3b,3bと、プレート枠62を取り付けるためのねじ63が螺合するねじ孔3cとが設けてある。ここに、ねじ挿通孔3aや挟み金具係止溝3bなどから、枠本体1を壁面のような造営面に固定する固定手段が構成される。

ここで、取付枠Aに配線器具50を取り付ける際は、配線器具50の一部(器具本体51の前面に突出するボス部51a)を枠本体1の背面側から開口窓4内に挿入するようにして、一方の組立枠52の溝部52aに一方の側部2aに設けた係合突起5を係合させ、さらにその状態から器具本体51を枠本体1の方へ押し付けていくと、他方の組立枠52が他方の側部2bに設けた係合突起5の傾斜面5cに当接し、係合突起5が組立枠52に押されて連結片7が外側に撓められ、係合突起5が外側(開口窓4と反対側)に後退する。そこからさらに器具本体51を枠本体1の方へ押し付けると、係合突起5が組立枠52を乗り越え、連結片7のばね復帰力によって係合突起5が内側(開口窓4側)へ移動し、係合突起5と組立枠52の溝部52aとが係合して、器具本体51が取付枠Aに取り付けられるのである。このように、係合突起5は連結片7のばね力によって内側に付勢されており、連結片7のばね力によって係合突起5が組立枠52の溝部52aと係合するので、従来の取付枠Aのように、溝孔65にドライバ等の工具を挿入してこじることにより薄肉部66を突出変形させ、係合突起5bを組立枠52の溝部52aと係合させる場合に比べて取り付けの手間を少なくできる。また、係合突起5は連結片7を介して枠本体1に一体に連結されており、取付枠Aは金属板に打ち抜き加工を施すことによって形成されるので、取付枠Aを容易に形成することができる。
