Description

【0001】

Alternatively, a rotor chamber having a rotor is provided in the middle of the subsequent water channel, and a baffle plate is attached to the outer periphery of the rotor so as to block part or all of the inlet or outlet of water flowing into or out of the rotor chamber. The present invention relates to an apparatus for cleaning a human body part in which a slit is provided in a plate along a rotation direction of a rotor, an amount of washing water is intermittently limited, and a pulsation is given to a water flow.
Also, the present invention provides a human body local cleaning device comprising a pressure adjusting means for reducing or increasing the pressure of water supplied from tap water and a cleaning nozzle for jetting the cleaning water adjusted by the pressure adjusting means to a human body local part. A rotor chamber having a rotor is provided in the middle of the water channel before or after the baffle, and a baffle plate is attached to the rotor so as to block part or all of an inlet or an outlet of water flowing into or out of the rotor chamber, and an outlet of the rotor chamber is provided. Two sides, a spout to the washing nozzle and a drain other than the washing nozzle, are provided on the side, and the amount of water discharged from the spout by the baffle plate is changed by the rotation force of the rotor generated by the water flow to the drain. Equipment related.
[0005]
The present invention is directed to a human body local cleaning device, in which water is spouted from tap water through a pressure adjusting means such as a pressure reducing means for reducing the supply pressure of the tap water or a pressurizing means such as a pump to wash the human body part. In the middle of the washing water channel leading to the washing nozzle, the amount of washing water is intermittently limited and the pressure loss of the water is dynamically changed to provide pulsation to the water flow to improve the washing performance. It is intended.
The basic form of this water amount pulsating means is to have a rotor, provide a rotor chamber through which washing water passes, attach a baffle plate to the rotor, and provide a water inlet for inflow water or a water outlet for outflow water provided in the rotor chamber. A part or the whole is covered with the baffle plate.
[0006]
The baffle plate is attached to the outer periphery of the rotor as in claims 1 to 4 , or attached to the end of the rotor rotation shaft as in claim 5 . When it is mounted on the outer circumference of the rotor, it is usually mounted on a part of the outer circumference, but can be mounted on the entire circumference. Also, a slit through which water passes along the rotation direction of the rotor can be provided on the baffle plate. When the baffle plate is attached to the outer periphery of the rotor, the inlet and outlet of the water in the rotor chamber are provided as a water supply port to a water discharge port or a water supply port to a water discharge port and a drain port at positions opposite to each other in the rotor chamber, and the baffle plate is connected to the rotor When attached to the lower end of the rotating shaft, a water supply port and a drain port are provided at positions opposite to each other in the rotor chamber, and a water discharge port is provided below the baffle plate.
The rotation of the rotor may be driven by a motor without depending on the water flow as in claim 2 , and the other water passage coupled to the rotor rotation shaft of one of the two branched water passages as in claim 3. It may be driven by a water wheel or the like.
[0007]
FIG. 7 shows an example of the flow of water in the human body local cleaning apparatus of the present invention.
FIG. 7 (a) shows the case of claims 1 and 2 , wherein the water supplied from the tap water is urged by the pump (P) 1 and guided to the water pulsation means 2, and the water pulsation means 2 changes the water flow. After that, it is jetted from the cleaning nozzle 3 through the hot water tank 36.
FIG. 7B shows a case according to the third aspect , in which the water urged by the pump 1 is branched at the branch portion 5 and guided to the water pulsation means 2 and the pulsation urging means 4 including a water wheel. The water guided to the pulsating urging means 4 provides the driving force of the water pulsating means 2 and is then drained as it is into the toilet. On the other hand, the aged water guided to the water amount pulsating means 2 is discharged from the washing nozzle 3 by pulsating the water amount by the power obtained by the pulsating urging means 4.
[0008]
FIG. 7C shows a case according to claims 4 and 5 , wherein the water urged by the pump 1 is guided to the water amount pulsating means 2. The water guided to the water amount pulsating means 2 is used as a power for pulsating the water branching to the cleaning nozzle 3 for rinsing a local part inside the water amount pulsating means 2 and the water branching to the cleaning nozzle 3. Later, the water is drained from the drain into the toilet bowl, and branches into two. The water drained into the toilet may be used for toilet cleaning or nozzle cleaning.
Various water pulsation means will be described in detail in the embodiments with reference to the drawings.
[0009]
【Example】
Next, examples of the present invention will be described.
Example 1
As shown in FIG. 1A, a rotor 21 is rotated by a water flow, and is supported by a rotating shaft (rotor shaft) 23 so as to rotate in a rotor chamber 22. As shown in FIG. 1C, a baffle plate 24 having a slit 25 is attached to a part of the outer periphery of the blade of the rotor 21, and the water supply port 33 or the water discharge port 32 of the rotor chamber 22 is rotated with the rotation of the rotor 21. Can be partially closed.
[0010]
Water that has entered the rotor chamber 22 from the water supply port 33 exits the water discharge port 32 with almost no pressure loss after rotating the rotor 21. Next, when the rotor 21 rotates to reach the position shown in FIG. 1B, the water entered from the water supply port 33 enters the rotor chamber 22 through the slit 25, and after rotating the rotor 21, the water outlet 32 Get out of. At this time, the passage of water is suppressed by the baffle plate 24 and the slit 25, and a large pressure loss occurs here, and the amount of water is significantly reduced. Since the slit 25 continuously changes in accordance with the angle at which the slit is provided, the water amount changes smoothly. As described above, the baffle plate 24 with slits periodically closes a part of the water supply port and the water discharge port with the rotation of the rotor 21, so that the water flow periodically and smoothly pulsates.
[0011]
Example 2
In FIG. 2, the water flow is pulsated by rotating the rotor 21 by a motor 26 provided outside the rotor chamber 22. In the case of the device shown in FIG. 2, since the water flow can be pulsated irrespective of the amount of water, it is easy to obtain a frequency according to the user's preference. Further, even when the baffle plate 27 reaches the water discharge port 32 or the water supply port 33, since the rotor 21 can be rotated, the slit provided in the baffle plate 27 of the rotor 21 as shown in FIG. 25 can be narrowed down until the water discharge port 32 or the water supply port 33 is completely closed, so that the fluctuation amount of the water amount can be widened and the entire circumference is obstructed so that the water amount can be continuously changed. It can also be a plate. Further, the water pressure can be increased like a pump.
[0012]
Example 3
FIG. 3 shows an example in which a water wheel is provided to turn the rotor 21 instead of the motor 26 in FIG. The rotor 21 for pulsating the amount of water is closely connected to a water wheel 28 having the same rotation axis. The water supply is branched into two before entering the rotor chamber, and is guided to the rotor chamber 22 and the water turbine chamber 30, respectively. The water guided to the water turbine chamber 30 as the pulsating urging means is rotated from the water turbine 28 and discharged from the drain port 31. At this time, the rotating shaft 29 of the water wheel 28 transmits a rotating force to the rotating shaft 23 of the closely connected rotor 21. The rotor 21 changes the pressure loss of the water guided to the rotor chamber 22 by this force, and can pulsate the water discharged from the water discharge port 32 of the rotor chamber 22. In this embodiment, as in the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the frequency of pulsation can be made variable by the amount of water drained from the water turbine room regardless of the amount of water guided to the rotor room. Further, the fluctuation range of the amount of water discharged from the rotor chamber can be made large.
[0013]
Example 4
FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which the rotor 21 and the water wheel 28 shown in FIG. 3 are combined. In FIG. 4, the rotor chamber 22 is provided with a water supply port 33 and a water discharge port 32 and a water discharge port 31 on the opposite side of the water supply port 33. The water that has entered through the water supply port 33 rotates the rotor 21 and exits through the drain port 31 and the water discharge port 32, respectively. The rotor 21 has a baffle plate 27 capable of closing part or all of the water outlet 32 when rotated, and the rotation of the rotor 21 can greatly pulsate the water coming out of the water outlet 32. Further, even when the water outlet 32 is completely blocked by the baffle plate, the water that has entered through the water supply port 33 is discharged from the drain port 31, so that the rotor 21 can always keep rotating. The water spouted from the spout 32 can be greatly pulsated. Further, by changing the diameter of the drain port 31, the pulsation frequency can be easily changed.
[0014]
Example 5
FIG. 5 shows still another embodiment, in which a disk-shaped baffle plate 27 is provided on the entire bottom (lower end in the axial direction) of the rotor 21, and the baffle plate 27 has one or more orifices having different sizes. 34 are provided on substantially the same circumference. On the other hand, a water supply port 33 and a drain port 31 are mounted on the rotor chamber 22 at opposite positions so as to rotate the rotor 21, and a water discharge port 32 is mounted below the baffle plate 27 so as to collide with the baffle plate 27 at right angles. Have been. Here, the water entering through the water supply port 33 is discharged from the drain port 31 by rotating the rotor 21, but a part of the water passes through the orifice 34 provided in the baffle plate 27 immediately above the water discharge port 32 and is discharged from the water discharge port. Water is discharged from 32. Therefore, the opening degree immediately above the water outlet changes dynamically with the rotation of the rotor 21, so that the water discharged from the water outlet 32 can be pulsated. By adjusting the amount of water spouted from the spout, the pulsation frequency can be freely changed.
[0015]
Example 6
This embodiment is a modification of the fifth embodiment. As shown in FIG. 6, a baffle plate 27 for closing the water outlet 32 is not a circular plate having an orifice as in the fifth embodiment, but a continuous outer shape. The orifice closing the water discharge port 32 changes continuously, and an arbitrary pulsation pattern can be obtained.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, since washing | cleaning water in a human body local cleaning apparatus and the water used for driving the water amount fluctuation | variation mechanism can be made into another path | route, it becomes unnecessary to throw away hot water also in a hot water storage type local cleaning apparatus. Also, the pulsation pattern is not a discrete variation, and a continuous arbitrary water flow variation pattern can be selected.
