Description

【0001】

The upper end surface 7a of the projection 7 is substantially flush with the rim surface 4. In the example of FIG. 1, the convex portion 7 is formed in an oval shape in plan view, and its long axis direction is directed to the width direction A of the toilet 1. On the other hand, the railing mounting base plate 6 is provided with a through-hole 8 having an oval shape in a plan view through which the projection 7 can penetrate in the thickness direction thereof. The projection 7 is accommodated in the through hole 8 when stored. Further, the height of the convex portion 7 is set to be substantially equal to the thickness of the handrail mounting base plate 6, so that even when the handrail mounting base plate 6 is stored in the concave portion 5, the toilet 7 is attached by the upper end surface 7 a of the convex portion 7. The lower surface of the outer shell 3a of the device 3 can be received.
[0013]
Next, when fixing the handrail mounting base plate 6 to the toilet 1, a plurality of screw insertion holes 20 are provided in the handrail mounting base plate 6 in addition to the through holes 8. A plurality of bosses 21 facing the holes 20 are provided. A boss hole 22 provided inside each boss 21 vertically penetrates a rear portion 1a of the toilet 1, and a screw 23 is inserted into the screw insertion hole 20 from above the handrail mounting base plate 6. The handrail mounting base plate 6 can be fixed to the toilet 1 by being screwed into a screw hole 26 a of a screwing plate 25 disposed below the edge of the recess 5 of the toilet 1. Here, the height of the boss 21 is made lower than the convex portion 7 for receiving the lower surface of the outer shell 3a of the toilet bowl attachment 3, and the handrail mounting base plate 6 is mounted on the upper surface of the boss 21 as shown in FIG. Can be placed. At this time, the height of the boss 21 is determined so that the upper surface of the handrail mounting base plate 6 and the rim surface 4 are flush with each other. The protrusion 3 does not protrude upward, and the lower surface of the outer shell 3a of the toilet accessory 3 can be reliably received by the upper end surface 7a of the projection 7.
[0014]
Next, when fixing the toilet accessory 3 to the toilet 1, as shown in FIG. 3, a bolt mounting hole having a T-shaped cross section opened downward and rearward on the lower surface side of the outer shell 3a of the toilet accessory 3. 2 are provided in the convex portion 7 provided in the concave portion 5 of the toilet 1 at a position facing the bolt insertion hole 30 provided at the tip of the bolt mounting hole 100 as shown in FIG. A plurality of bolt insertion holes 31 are formed. The bolt insertion hole 31 penetrates the protrusion 7 in the vertical direction and opens below the edge of the recess 5 of the toilet 1. Then, the head 35 a of the bolt 35 is fitted into the bolt mounting hole 100 of the toilet accessory 3, and the screw portion 35 b of the bolt 35 is inserted from the bolt insertion hole 30 into the bolt insertion hole 31 of the projection 7. By penetrating the opening 26b of the screwing plate 25 disposed below the edge of the recess 5 and projecting downward, and fastening the nut 60 (FIG. 1) from below, the toilet accessory 3 is attached to the rear of the toilet 1. The rim surface 1a can be fixed from the rim surface 4 to the concave portion 5 without looseness.
[0015]
Thus, even if the user purchases the toilet 1 without the handrail 2 first, the user can attach the handrail 2 later, and conversely, purchases the toilet 1 with the handrail 2 first. Even so, the toilet handrail 2 and the handrail mounting base plate 6 can be removed later. In any of these cases, it is possible to obtain the effect that the toilet auxiliary device 3 can be attached without the backlash by the convex portion 7 without attaching the gap filling base plate 9 (FIG. 7) in the concave portion 5 of the toilet 1 as in the related art. Can be That is, the convex portion 7 for receiving the lower surface of the outer shell 3a of the toilet accessory device 3 is provided in the concave portion 5 of the toilet bowl 1, and the handrail mounting base plate 6 is provided with the through-hole 8 through which the convex portion 7 penetrates. In either the state of FIG. 2A in which the housing 6 is housed in the recess 5 or the state of FIG. Can be received in a state without rattling, and the mounting accuracy of the toilet accessory 3 can be improved. In addition, since the conventional gap-filling base plate 9 (FIG. 7) is not required, the number of parts can be reduced as compared with the conventional case, and cost can be reduced. In addition, the number of types of base plates can be reduced. Management becomes easy and construction saving can be realized.
[0016]
Further, in this example, since the convex portion 7 is formed in an oval shape in plan view and its long axis direction is directed to the width direction A (FIG. 1) of the toilet 1, the convex portion 7 is widened inside the concave portion 5. Accordingly, the area of the lower surface of the outer shell 3a of the toilet accessory 3 that is received by the convex portion 7 increases, which is effective in preventing rattling of the toilet accessory 3. Moreover, by extending the convex portion 7 in the width direction A of the toilet 1, the shape of the through hole 8 provided in the handrail mounting base plate 6 also extends in the longitudinal direction of the handrail mounting base plate 6. In the width direction of the mounting base plate 6 (the same direction as the front-back direction B of the toilet in FIG. 1), the opening area of the through-hole 8 to be tightened can be reduced. There is no fear that the strength of the base plate 6 for use is reduced by the through holes 8, and the strength of the base plate 6 for handrail attachment can be sufficiently ensured.
[0017]
Further, since the handrail mounting base plate 6 is placed on the upper surface of the boss 21 protruding from the bottom surface 5a of the concave portion 5, even when the handrail mounting base plate 6 is thin, the handrail mounting device 3 has a lower surface on the lower surface of the outer shell 3a. On the other hand, the entire upper surface of the handrail mounting base plate 6 can be brought into close contact, so that not only the rattling of the toilet attachment 3 but also the handrail mounting base plate 6 can be prevented at the same time. In addition, there is an advantage that the mounting accuracy of the toilet handrail 2 can be improved, and further, there is an advantage that the strength of the rear portion 1a of the toilet 1 can be secured by the boss 21.
[0018]
Further, a bolt 35 protruding from the lower surface of the outer shell 3a of the toilet accessory 3 is inserted into a bolt insertion hole 31 provided in the convex portion 7 of the toilet 1 so as to be fastened below the edge of the recess 5 of the toilet 1. Therefore, the handrail mounting base plate 6 does not hinder the mounting of the bolt 35, and the fastening position of the bolt 35 is determined by the contact position between the lower surface of the outer shell 3a of the toilet accessory 3 and the projection 7. Therefore, there is also an advantage that an excessive tightening force can be prevented from being applied to the lower surface of the outer shell 3a of the toilet attachment 3 and the toilet 1.
[0019]
In the present embodiment, the convex portion 7 is formed integrally with the concave portion 5 of the toilet 1. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the convex portion 7 is formed as a separate component from the toilet 1. It is also possible to mount it inside.
[0020]
4 to 6 show another embodiment of the present invention. In this example, a convex portion 7 that can be brought into contact with the bottom surface 5a of the concave portion 5 is provided vertically downward from the lower surface of the outer shell 3a of the toilet accessory device 3, and the convex portion 7 is provided on the handrail mounting base plate 6 in the thickness direction. A through hole 8 penetrating therethrough is provided, and the convex portion 7 of the toilet accessory 3 is supported by the bottom surface 5 a of the concave portion 5. Other configurations are the same as those of the embodiment of FIG. 1, and only different points will be described. The convex portion 7 is not provided in the concave portion 5 of the toilet 1, and the entire bottom surface 5 a of the concave portion 5 is formed flat. On the other hand, a convex portion 7 supported by the bottom surface 5a of the concave portion 5 is vertically provided on the lower surface of the outer shell 3a of the toilet accessory device 3. As shown in FIG. 6, the convex portion 7 is formed in an oval shape when viewed from the lower surface, and its long axis direction is oriented in the width direction A of the toilet 1 (FIG. 4). A step-down space portion 30a communicating with the bolt mounting hole 100 is provided inside the convex portion 7, and the screw portion of the bolt 35 is inserted through the bolt insertion hole 30 provided at the bottom of the step-down space portion 30a. The structure allows the protrusion 35b to protrude downward from the lower end surface 7b of the convex portion 7. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, the handrail mounting base plate 6 is provided with a through hole 8 having an oval shape in a plan view through which the projection 7 can penetrate in the thickness direction thereof. The projection 7 is accommodated in the through hole 8 when the projection 6 is stored in the recess 5. Further, the hanging length of the convex portion 7 is set to be thicker than the thickness of the handrail mounting base plate 6, whereby even when the handrail mounting base plate 6 is housed in the concave portion 5, the lower end surface 7 b of the convex portion 7 is formed in the concave portion 5. As shown in FIG. 1, even when the toilet handrail 2 is not installed, the toilet accessory 3 can be attached without rattling as in the embodiment shown in FIG. In addition, there is an advantage that the convex portion 7 protrudes from the lower surface of the outer shell 3a of the toilet accessory device 3 so that the outer shell of the toilet accessory device 3 can be reinforced by the convex portion 7. Since it is not necessary to protrude the convex portion 7 in the concave portion 5, the whole bottom surface 5a of the concave portion 5 can be flattened, and the structure of the toilet 1 can be simplified. The method of attaching the handrail attachment base plate 6 and the method of attaching the toilet accessory 3 are the same as those in the above embodiment.
[0021]
In addition, in the embodiment of FIGS. 4 to 6, the convex portion 7 is formed integrally with the lower surface of the outer shell 3 a of the toilet accessory device 3. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the convex portion 7 is a separate component from the toilet accessory device 3. It is also possible to configure and attach this convex portion 7 to the lower surface of the outer shell 3a of the toilet accessory device 3.
[0022]
Further, in each of the above-described embodiments, the toilet accessory device 3 with the toilet seat 12 having a built-in hot water washing device is illustrated as the toilet accessory device 3, but a toilet seat case to which only the toilet seat 12 without the hot water washing device may be attached. Things.
[0023]
