Description
【0001】

Vdco=k1・Ve (1)
【0044】
Vaco=k2・Vdco (2)
【0045】
Vac=k3・Vaco (3)
【0046】
Vac=K1・Ve (4)
【0047】
Va=K2・Vac (5)
【0048】
Vb=A(Va−Vr) (6)
【0049】
Ve=K3・Vb (7)
【0050】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an insulated power supply that supplies power to a plurality of loads and that can be downsized.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The insulated power supply device is configured to electrically insulate the main body from the main body to the measurement module to supply power. Examples of equipment using such an insulated power supply include equipment in which a signal having a voltage higher than that used in the main body is input to a signal input terminal provided in the measurement module.
[0003]
A more specific example of a device is a measuring instrument (oscilloscope, wattmeter, or the like) that can separate a main body and a measurement module that is electrically insulated from the main body. The main body is provided with a storage unit such as a hard disk and a memory for storing measurement waveforms, a CPU for performing signal processing, calculation, and control, a display unit for displaying calculation results and measurement results, a printer for printing measurement results, and the like. The measurement module is provided with a probe that electrically contacts the device under test, a signal processing unit that processes a signal under test, and the like.
[0004]
An excessive signal voltage or current exceeding the design may be input to the signal under measurement input to the measurement module. If the main body and the measurement module are not electrically insulated, the circuit of the main body may be broken by the excessive input.
[0005]
In addition, in order to drive the circuits of the measurement modules, power must be supplied from the main body, or a power supply is required for each measurement module.

Also, due to overseas safety standards, an insulating material is added to the primary winding side and the secondary winding side of the transformer rather than the basic insulation, or reinforced insulation is provided at a distance. Similarly, the photocoupler has reinforced insulation by adding an insulating material and maintaining a distance between elements. Therefore, there is a problem that the transformer and the photocoupler are large in shape, and the shape of the measurement module is also large.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to realize an insulated power supply device that can be reduced in size.

[0040]
The basic insulated photocoupler 15 has an input side electrically connected to the output side of the error amplifier 14C, and an output side electrically connected to the input side of the control driver 12C. The photocoupler 15 transmits a signal corresponding to the signal Vb input to the input side to the output side, and the input side and the output side are electrically basic-insulated.
[0041]
The power supply 27 includes a second transformer 28 and a rectifying / smoothing
[0042]
The operation of supplying power to the load circuits of the plurality of measurement modules 2a to 2c in such an apparatus will be described below. The
[0043]
Then, the DC / DC converter 12A outputs the DC voltage Vdco controlled by the control signal Ve input to the control signal input terminal. DC voltage Vdco control signal Ve and the output signal is expressed by using a coefficient k 1 and Equation (1).
Vdco = k 1 · Ve (1)
[0044]
The DC /
Vaco = k 2 · Vdco (2)
[0045]
The first transformer 13 receives the output voltage Vaco of the DC / AC inverter 12A on the primary winding side and induces a voltage on the secondary winding side in proportion to the turns ratio. In this case, the amplitude Vac amplitude Vaco an AC voltage which is the output signal of the secondary winding side of the AC voltage which is input signals of the primary winding side, when expressed using the coefficient k 3 determined by the turns ratio formula (3).
Vac = k 3 · Vaco (3 )
[0046]
From Equations (1) to (3), the relationship between Vac and Ve is given by Equation (4). Here, K 1 = k 1 · k 2 · k 3 .
Vac = K 1 · Ve (4)
[0047]
The AC amplitude detector 14A outputs a DC voltage Va according to the amplitude Vac of the AC voltage output from the first transformer 13. AC voltage Vac and a DC voltage Va becomes expressed using the coefficient K 2 and the equation (5).
Va = K 2 · Vac (5)
[0048]
The error amplifier 14C compares the DC voltage Va output from the AC amplitude detector 14A with the reference voltage Vr of the reference voltage unit 14B, amplifies the difference, and outputs an output voltage Vb. Assuming that the amplification degree of the error amplifying unit is A, the relationship among the DC voltage Va, the reference voltage Vr, and the output voltage Vb is represented by Expression (6).
Vb = A (Va−Vr) (6)
[0049]
The photocoupler 15 outputs an output corresponding to the output signal Vb from the error amplifier 14C to the control driver 12C. The control driver 12C generates a control signal Ve to be output to a control input terminal from the input signal. At this time, the control signal Ve and the output signal Vb becomes expressed by using the coefficient K 3 in the formula (7). Ve = K 3 · Vb (7 )
[0050]
As described above, the AC
[0051]
Here, if the amplification degree A of the error amplifier 14C is set to about 40 dB (100 times), the equation (8) can be regarded as the equation (9).
(Equation 1)
[0052]
That is, from equation (9), the output voltage Vac of the first transformer 13 is determined by the reference voltage Vr.
[0053]
In the second transformer 28, the output voltage Vac of the first transformer 13 is applied to the primary winding side, and an AC voltage corresponding to the turn ratio is induced on the secondary winding side. The rectifying and smoothing

Further, a feedback loop is formed by the
[0058]
Then, two first transformers 13 and two second transformers 28 are used to supply power to the loads of the measurement modules 2a to 2c. Thus, even in a system that requires double insulation between the power supply side and the power supply side, each of the transformers can be provided with basic insulation because two transformers are used. Therefore, the circuit can be reduced in size and can be manufactured at low cost.
[0059]
Further, an AC signal Vac output from the first transformer 13 is used as a signal used as a feedback signal of the

The present invention is not limited to this, and may be as follows.
Although the number of measurement modules is three in FIG. 1, any number may be used.
[0063]
Further, although a measuring instrument in which the main body and the measuring module are separable has been described, a measuring instrument in which the main body and the measuring module are integrated may be used.
[0064]
Although a plurality of second transformers are provided, one may be provided. That is, the number of primary side coils is one and the number of secondary side coils is plural. The secondary coil is provided for each rectifying and smoothing circuit that outputs a desired DC voltage.

[0069]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, since the insulating section feeds back a control signal based on the AC voltage output from the first transformer to the AC voltage generating section, it is not necessary to provide a feedback loop for each output of the rectifying / smoothing circuit. That is, since only one feedback loop is required, the size of the isolated power supply device can be reduced, and the cost can be reduced.
[0070]
Further, since insulation is ensured by the first and second transformers and the output of the first transformer is fed back, the insulation of the first and second transformers and the insulation unit can be reduced in size and inexpensive. Can be.
[0071]
The configuration provided for each of the plurality of desired DC voltages eliminates the need for the second transformer, the rectifying / smoothing circuit, and heat generation, allows the heat generation unit to be concentrated at one place of the AC voltage generation unit, and performs cooling efficiently. be able to.
[0072]
According to the seventh aspect , since only the AC voltage generating section performs switching, beat can be prevented.
