Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a hand-held massage machine that performs massage by applying vibration to a roller that is brought into contact with the surface of a human body.
[0002]
[Prior art]
There is a massage machine in which a roller rotatably supported at one end of a gripping part is provided, and a vibration generating part for providing vibration to the roller whose outer peripheral surface is a contact surface with a human body is provided. In this type of massage machine disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-84328 and the like, massage is performed by applying vibration to the roller while rolling the roller in a state in which the roller is in contact with the surface of the human body, thereby promoting blood circulation. .
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When a conventional roller is used by being rolled, there is a problem that it is difficult to obtain a uniform massage effect on the treatment section if the roller is a single roller.
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and has as its object to provide a massage machine capable of obtaining a uniform stimulation and a uniform massage effect on an affected part to be treated.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the massage machine according to the present invention rotatably supports a roller 5 having an outer peripheral portion serving as a contact portion with a human body at one end of a gripper 1, and a vibration generating unit that applies vibration to the roller 5. A head 2 having a built-in vibration generator is provided at one end of the gripper 1, and a plurality of rollers 5 protrude from the head 2 on the outer surface of the head 2 to which vibration is applied . An elastic mechanism is provided in which the lines connecting the protrusions are arranged in parallel so as to be curved, and only the roller 5 of the plurality of rollers 5 which is located at the curved protrusion has a height that can be changed by an external pressing force. It is characterized by the following. With such a configuration, it is possible to select a vibration massage in a state in which the roller 5 is in contact with the skin and a vibration massage in a state in which the outer surface of the head 2 is in direct contact with the skin. Moreover, by arranging the plurality of rollers 5 in parallel on the outer surface of the head 2 to which vibration is applied, a uniform massage effect can be given to the treatment section.
[0006]
In addition, since the plurality of rollers 5 arranged in parallel are arranged so that the line connecting the protruding portions protruding from the head 2 is curved, the rollers 5 are evenly applied to the treatment section having unevenness of the human body. it will be possible is that the roller 5 positioned on the projecting portion of the curved out of the plurality of rollers 5 arranged curved is provided outside of the elastic mechanism that can change the height by pushing force, the projection of the curved The roller 5 located at the portion is easily adapted to human skin whose height has been changed by the elastic mechanism.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an embodiment of the massage machine of the present invention. A disk-shaped head 2 is provided via a connecting portion 3 at the distal end of the gripping portion 1 having a rod-like shape and the distal end gently bent. A power cord 9 is led out from one end of the gripper 1, and a switch 10 is arranged on the surface of the gripper 1.
[0009]
The connecting portion 3 is composed of a rotary connecting portion 30 that enables the head 2 to be rotatable around the axis with respect to the grip portion 1 and a flexible portion 36 that is formed of a soft synthetic resin and has flexibility. As shown in FIG. 2 (b), the rotary connecting portion 30 is rotatable by covering a rotary cover 32 of the head 2 on the outer surface of a cylindrical shaft 31 protruding from the tip of the grip portion 1. In the rotation connecting portion 30 whose rotation range is set within 360 ° by the stopper 33, the spring-biased ball 34 and the concave portion 35 in which the ball 34 fits so that a click is generated at every predetermined rotation angle. I have.
[0010]
The vibration generating section 4 built in the head 2 is composed of a motor 40 and an eccentric weight 41 attached to an output shaft of the motor 40. The head 2 vibrates when the eccentric weight 41 is rotated by the motor 40. In the figure, reference numeral 42 denotes a balancer for the weight of the motor 40. A plurality of rollers 5 are arranged in parallel on the outer periphery of the disk-shaped head 2 so as to be rotatable around its axis.
[0011]
3 and 4, the head 2 is configured by joining a housing 2a and a cover 2b. A roller housing recess 2c is provided in a part of the outer peripheral portion of the head 2, and a plurality of pairs of roller shaft support portions 2d are provided on both sides of the roller housing recess 2c. The rear portions of the plurality of rollers 5 are respectively arranged in the roller storage recesses 2c, and the roller shafts 50 provided on the plurality of rollers 5 are rotatably supported by a plurality of pairs of roller shaft support portions 2d. The plurality of rollers 5 rotatably attached to the head 2 in this manner have a positional relationship such that the roller shafts 50 are parallel to each other, and the front portions of the plurality of rollers 5 are separated from the outer surface of the head 2. It is protruding.
[0012]
Here, the center of rotation of the eccentric weight 41 of the vibration generating unit 4, that is, the rotation axis of the motor 40 coincides with the center axis of the disk-shaped head 2, and the rotation of the eccentric weight 41 causes the head 2 to rotate around its axis. Oscillating vibrations occur. Therefore, a vibration massage can be obtained by applying the outer peripheral surface of the head 2 to the skin. If the roller 5 arranged on the outer peripheral portion of the head 2 is rolled against the skin and the eccentric weight 41 is rotated to generate vibration, the skin can be subjected to vibration massage via the roller 5. When applying the vibration massage by applying the roller 5 to the skin, a plurality of the rollers 5 are provided so as to be parallel to each other, so that the vibration massage can be given while rolling the plurality of the rollers 5. The treatment part can be uniformly massaged by the vibration massage by the roller 5.
[0013]
In addition, since the grip portion 1 is bent, it is necessary to change the holding method between when the roller 5 is applied to the skin and when the outer periphery of the head 2 is applied to the skin. By rotating the head 2 with respect to the section 1, either the roller 5 or the outer periphery of the head 2 can be brought into contact with the skin without changing the holding method.
[0014]
FIG. 5 shows another embodiment of the present invention. In the present embodiment, the stimulating balls 8 are provided on a plurality of rollers 5 arranged in parallel, and the axial position of the stimulating balls 8 of one roller 5 and the axial position of the stimulating balls 8 of another roller 5 are arranged. Are shown alternately, and other configurations are the same as those of the embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 3, and thus description of other configurations will be omitted. In the present embodiment, the stimulating balls 8 are provided on a plurality of rollers 5 arranged in parallel, and the axial position of the stimulating balls 8 of one roller 5 and the axis of the stimulating balls 8 of another roller 5 are different. When the vibration massage is performed by applying the plurality of rollers 5 to the skin, the stimulation balls 8 of the plurality of rollers 5 arranged in parallel are alternately arranged. Is stimulated to uniformly massage the treatment section.
[0015]
FIG. 6 shows still another embodiment of the present invention. In the present embodiment, an example is shown in which the shape of the plurality of rollers 5 arranged in parallel is different, and the other configuration is the same as the embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 3. Is omitted. By changing the shape of the plurality of rollers 5 arranged in parallel as in the present embodiment, various stimuli can be applied to the treatment section. FIG. 6 shows an example in which a drum-shaped roller 5a having an uneven portion 55 on the outer peripheral surface and a roughly gourd-shaped roller 5b having an outer peripheral surface in a mountain-valley shape are provided in parallel. However, the rollers 5 may have other shapes, and the shape is not particularly limited as long as the plurality of rollers 5 arranged in parallel have different shapes. Further, if the roller 5 can be replaced with the head 2 so that the roller 5 can be replaced with a roller 5 having another shape, more various stimuli can be given to the treatment section.
[0016]
FIG. 7 shows still another embodiment of the present invention. In the present embodiment, an example in which a plurality of rollers 5 are arranged such that a virtual line M connecting the protruding portions of the plurality of rollers 5 arranged in parallel from the head 2 is curved as shown in FIG. Since the other configuration is the same as that of the embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 3, the description of the other configuration is omitted. Thus, in the present embodiment, the plurality of rollers 5 are arranged such that a line (virtual line M) connecting the protrusions of the plurality of rollers 5 arranged in parallel from the head 2 is curved. Therefore, the plurality of rollers 5 can be evenly applied along the treatment section having the unevenness of the human body.
[0017]
8 and 9 show still another embodiment of the present invention. In the present embodiment, an elastic mechanism is provided so that the roller 5 located at the curved protruding portion of the plurality of rollers 5 arranged in a curved manner as described above can change its height by an external pressing force. Other configurations are the same as those of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 and FIG. In the present embodiment, the roller shaft supporting portion 2d 'supporting the roller shaft 50 of the roller 5 positioned at the curved protruding portion of the plurality of pairs of roller shaft supporting portions 2d provided on the head 2 has a long groove in the front-rear direction. A bearing 2e is slidably provided in the long groove-shaped roller shaft support 2d 'in the front-rear direction, and a spring force for moving the bearing 2e forward is applied to the bearing 2e by a spring material 2f. The roller shaft 50 of the roller 5 located at the curved protruding portion is rotatably supported on a bearing portion 2e slidably provided in the roller shaft support portion 2d 'in the front-rear direction. The supporting portion 2d merely supports the roller shaft 50 of the roller 5 rotatably, and prevents the roller 5 from moving in the front-rear direction. In this manner, the roller 5 located at the curved protruding portion of the plurality of rollers 5 arranged in a curved manner is elastic so that the sinking amount can be changed by an external pressing force (that is, the height can be changed). By providing the mechanism, the height (projection length) of the roller 5 is set to the outside as shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B according to the condition of the skin where the roller 5 located at the curved projecting portion is the treatment section S. , The massage can be performed evenly on the treatment section S. In particular, the roller having the elastic mechanism is massaged while rolling, so that the affected area to be treated can be massaged uniformly. You can do it.
[0018]
In any of the above-described embodiments, the holding method must be changed between when the roller 5 is applied to the skin and when the outer periphery of the head 2 is applied to the skin, because the grip portion 1 is bent. By rotating the head 2 with respect to the gripping portion 1 in the rotary connection portion 30, either the roller 5 or the outer periphery of the head 2 can be brought into contact with the skin without changing the holding method.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, as described above, one end of the grip portion rotatably supports the roller whose outer peripheral portion is in contact with the human body, and applies vibration to the roller.
