Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a flexible cable duct used when binding and wiring a large number of cords and cables (hereinafter, referred to as cables) connecting a power supply and an electric device or electric devices .
[0002]
[Prior art]
A large number of cables for power supply and signal transmission are often arranged in a flexible duct such as a vinyl pipe so as not to obstruct the surroundings and to prevent the cables from being damaged.
[0003]
Since the cable is inserted into this duct from the end, the operation is troublesome, especially when the duct is long and there are many cables, the operation is difficult.
[0004]
An electric wire binding and fixing component that solves this problem is described in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 61-38987.
This invention is a short rectangular tube, with a slit for cable insertion on one side, and a large number of flexible plastic binding parts, which are slightly The cables are connected in a line at intervals, and a larger number of cables are inserted through the slits.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described invention, since the connecting portion is a band plate, the bending has directionality. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare various types of the connecting portion in the binding portion and different bending directions.
[0006]
Further , if the width of the slit is increased or the flexibility of the binding portion is increased so that the cable can be easily inserted, the cable is easily pulled out. However, if the flexibility is reduced , it becomes difficult to insert a large-diameter cable, and the cable cannot be inserted from any surface other than the one provided with the slit of the binding portion.
[0007]
The present invention is freely direction can be easily bent, and a large diameter cable, from any direction can be easily inserted, moreover inserted cables, so as not to get out easily The purpose is to provide an improved cable duct.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, the above-mentioned problem is solved as follows.
(1) A gripping piece that curves inward from both ends of a rectangular plate-shaped partition having an insertion hole that faces in the axial direction at the center, and near the opposite side end on the side of the partition. as well as the outer surface center portion of the gripping piece, a substantially cylindrical multiple grip tube forming the flexible grooves facing the axial direction, across the annular spacer therebetween, and inserted into the insertion hole and the annular spacer They are connected by cords .
[0009]
(2) (1) in the section, and made the grip tube of a flexible elastic material.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment in which the duct of the present invention is used for wiring electrical equipment on a desk, and a holding tube (1) constituting the duct is formed by molding a flexible synthetic resin.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 2, an axial insertion hole (4) is formed through a shaft cylinder (3) provided in the center of a vertical rectangular plate-shaped partition piece (2).
[0012]
From the west end of the partition piece (2), on both sides of the partition piece (2), a gripping piece (5) that curves in a semicircular shape near the opposite side end is continuously provided. The central portion of the outer surface of the gripping piece (5) is flexible groove (6) is formed which extends parallel with the shaft tube (3), and side edges of the free end and the partition piece of the gripping piece (5) (2) in between (2) with an insertion groove (7) is formed.
[0013]
The gripping piece (5) may be an inward U-shaped or an inward V-shaped.
[0014]
A large number of gripping cylinders (1) are arranged on the same axis with a flat annular spacer (8) having substantially the same diameter as the shaft cylinder (3) as shown in FIG. 3 interposed between the shaft cylinders (3). The cable (10) is inserted into the through holes (4) and the through holes (9) of the spacers (8) and connected to each other.
A disk-shaped base (11) is fixed to the lower end of the cable (10), and the upper end is also a horizontal U-shaped hanging support fixed to the rear end of the lower surface of the table top (12). It is suspended from the fixture (13).
[0015]
The plurality of cables (14) are formed by slightly resiliently expanding the insertion groove (7) and inserting the holding tube (1) in each holding tube (1), and then slightly rotating each holding tube (1) in the same direction around the axis. Are housed so as to be lightly wound around the shaft cylinder (3).
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
Since the cable duct of the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects are obtained.
[0017]
In the duct according to claim (1), since the gripping cylinder can be rotated around the axis, the cable can be easily inserted with the insertion groove oriented in a direction in which the cable can be easily inserted.
[0018]
Further, since the adjacent gripping cylinders are separated by the small-diameter spacer, the duct can be easily and largely bent in any direction until the gripping pieces come into contact with each other.
[0019]
Since the plurality of cables inserted into the duct are lightly wound around the holding piece around the shaft cylinder, they do not escape from the insertion groove.
[0020]
Further, since the gripping piece is largely elastically bent in the flexible groove, the insertion of the cable is easy.
[0021]
According to the duct of the second aspect, the gripping piece is largely elastically bent and the insertion groove is widened, so that a large-diameter cable can be easily inserted into the cable.
