Description
【0001】

[Industrial applications]
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a tube container for storing cosmetics, a detergent, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional tube container of this kind, an opening / closing function portion provided on a lower surface of a squeezable container body having a top plate with a pouring tube provided on the top plate, and a stopper tube for opening and closing the spout by being fitted to and detached from the pouring tube. 2. Description of the Related Art There is known a container provided with a relatively hard synthetic resin lid body in which a functional portion assembled to a housing is integrally connected by a hinge portion (see Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 63-67451).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned prior art, since the entire container body is an integrally molded product of a soft synthetic resin, the head including the top plate is easily elastically deformed by the action of an external force such as a content liquid pouring operation force. There has been a problem that the hermetic sealing of the spout is likely to be unstable.
[0004]
Similarly, since the shape stability of the head of the container body is inferior, the closed state of the opening / closing function portion of the lid body engaged with the head becomes unstable, which tends to be unstable. There has been a problem that the tube container may be illegally opened due to the pressing force during transportation or the like.
[0005]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems in the prior art, and aims to improve the shape stability of a portion with a lid assembly provided with a spout at the head of the squeeze tube container body. It is an object of the present invention to provide a stable and high sealing performance, and to stably assemble a lid with respect to a container body.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Means of the present invention for solving the above technical problems include:
An engaging projection having a recess formed in the head in a direction crossing in the front-rear direction, a through hole in the top plate on a bottom surface of the recess, and a pair of locking ridges provided on at least a part of the outer surface of the peripheral wall. Having a container body having a squeezing property projecting from
It is formed in a short-cylinder shape having substantially the same width as the concave portion of the container main body and capable of undercut coupling by being externally fitted to the engaging convex portion of the container main body, and the upper and lower portions of the top plate penetrating through the top plate. An assembling body that protrudes from the upper and lower surfaces and has a pouring cylinder whose lower part fits into a through hole of the container body when assembled to the container body, and has a width substantially the same as the recess of the container body, and A lid body formed in a short cylindrical shape with a height that is housed in the concave portion, and a lower surface of the top wall, on the lower surface of the top wall, a downwardly extending closed cylinder that closely fits into the discharge cylinder of the assembled body when the lid is closed, and Having a relatively hard synthetic resin lid member consisting of an assembled body and a hinge portion connecting each rear edge of the lid body,
It is in.
[0007]
The hinge part of the lid member is preferably formed by a three-point hinge. In particular, the three-point hinge is formed by one hinge piece that connects the assembled body and the center of the rear end edge of the lid body, and both sides of the hinge piece. And a pair of bellows-shaped elastic pieces for self-holding the closed position and the open position of the lid by elastic reversal, which connects the assembled body and the rear end of the lid. is there.
[0008]
[Action]
The lid member is inserted into the concave portion of the head of the container main body, and is forcibly pressed from above, so that the lid member is externally fitted to the engagement convex portion and is undercut-coupled, and is mounted on the container main body.
[0009]
Since the lid member is formed of a relatively hard synthetic resin, the lid member exerts an aggregate-like effect on the relatively soft container body head, and can stabilize the shape of the head.
[0010]
Therefore, there is no danger of the head being elastically deformed by the body pressing operation or the like at the time of pouring out the content liquid, and the lid member, that is, the assembled state of the assembled body with respect to the container main body becomes strong and stable, and the container main body is The tight fitting of the spout cylinder of the assembly into the through hole is stably maintained.
[0011]
In addition, when the lid is closed, sealing is achieved by tightly fitting the closed cylinder with the assembly of the lid member formed of a relatively hard synthetic resin material and the injection cylinder provided on the lid. Therefore, the tight fitting state is firmly and stably held, and there is no possibility that the tight fitting state is unnecessarily deteriorated by the action of an external force.
[0012]
Furthermore, by the forcible fitting of the assembly of the lid member to the engagement projection of the container body, the engagement projection of the container body is strongly sandwiched from the front-back direction by the assembly of the lid member. By virtue of the strong pinching of the container body in the front-rear direction with respect to the engaging projection, the upper portions of the inner side surfaces of the concave portion of the container body are held in a position of being slightly displaced in a direction approaching each other. Therefore, the upper portions of both inner side surfaces of the recess are lightly pressed against both side surfaces of the lid at the time of closing the lid, so that the lid is prevented from being unnecessarily opened due to catching during transportation.
[0013]

【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, the following effects can be obtained.
Since the lid member attached to the concave portion that traverses the container body head is formed of a relatively hard synthetic resin material, it exerts an aggregate-like effect on the relatively soft container body head. Thus, the shape of the head of the container body is stabilized, whereby the assembly of the lid member to the container body is made strong and stable.
[0023]
At the time of closing the lid, in a state where the assembled body of the lid member is tightly assembled to the container body, a spout cylinder of the assembled body formed of a relatively hard synthetic resin material and a closed cylinder of the lid body Since the close fitting of the tube container achieves and maintains the hermetic seal, the hermetic seal of the tube container is firmly and stably achieved and maintained without being affected by the action of the external force.
[0024]
By the strong fitting assembly of the assembly of the lid member to the engaging projection of the container main body, the upper portions of both inner side surfaces of the concave portion of the container main body are slightly displaced in a direction approaching each other. The upper portion of the inner side surface is lightly pressed against both side surfaces of the lid when the lid is closed, whereby it is possible to prevent the lid from being opened unnecessarily due to being caught during transportation, and high safety can be obtained.
