【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は、開口部が大きな容器の口頸部にヒンジ又は蝶番を介して蓋体を開閉可能に連結した蓋付きの密閉容器に関するもので、特に、容器の開口端部または蓋の内面に設けた密閉用のパッキン体に蓋または開口端の係合片を強固に密着させることができる密閉容器に係わるものである。

【従来の技術】
開閉可能な蓋付きの密閉容器としては、実開昭60−115853号や実開昭60−136949号公報に記載するように、ねじキャップを用いて密封するものが一般的であり、これ等の考案に見るように、円筒状をした容器の口頸部に形成した螺条溝に、蓋体の内面に環状または円板状のパッキン材を張設したねじ蓋を螺合せしめて密閉する容器が多用さている。
しかし、上記した考案のような構造をした容器では、蓋体を開閉する度に、指先に力を入れてねじ蓋を強く捻じる操作を繰り返さなければならず非常に面倒であり、また、蓋を外した時に蓋の置き場所に困ったり、蓋を不用意に落としたりする恐れもある。

そこで、上記したようなねじ蓋付きの容器に変わるものとして、容器本体に蝶番やヒンジを介して蓋体を開閉自在に組付けた容器が、蓋の開閉操作が容易であり、且つ、安全である等の理由から多用されるようになった。
しかし、このような形式の容器では、蝶番等による結合部分を気密状に保つことが非常に困難であるので、実開昭63−202651号公報に記載されるように、開口部の口径を小さくして、蓋の下面に容器の開口部内に密着して嵌入する栓片を垂設した構造にした、開口部が小さい液体注出容器に限定利用されており、クリームを収容する容器のように大きい開口部を必要とする容器には利用できなかった。

従って、このような形式の蓋体を大きな開口部を有する容器に適用するには、上記の蓋面に垂設した栓片に代わるものとして、蝶番を介して連結した蓋体とは別に容器本体の開口部を単独で密閉する中栓蓋を設けておいて、該中栓蓋により容器の大きな開口を密閉してから、蝶番蓋体で閉蓋するようにしたものがあるが、このような容器の蓋体を開閉するに際しては、中栓蓋を開けるという余分な操作をしなければならず不便であった。

そこで、このような不便さを解消するために、実公平2−29393号公報に記載する考案のように、有底の円筒容器の大きな開口部を密閉する中蓋に外蓋を結合した二重蓋を蝶番により開閉可能に連結した密閉容器がある。
上記の容器は、容器本体の口頸部に横方向に設けたピンに内蓋の一端に形成したスリットを嵌合枢着して、該内蓋に筒状の嵌合周壁を有する外蓋を回動可能に嵌合した二重蓋を容器口頸部に開閉可能に構成し、前記内蓋は内面に環状弾性材をパッキンとして設けて容器本体の口頸部に対して開閉自在となすと共に、外蓋を回動することによって蓋体を閉止または開放するようにして、蓋体を容器本体から分離することなく開閉可能としたものであるが、蓋体を二重としたので構造が複雑になり、生産コストが高くつくことになる欠点がある。

上記したような問題点をなくした蓋付きの密閉容器として、図8に示すような構造をしたものを、実公平2−4918号として本発明の出願人は先に提案している。
即ち、大きな開口部を有する筒形状をした容器本体2の口頸部2aに、筒状の周壁3aとその上端部が内向きの鍔状に形成した頂壁3bとを有する組付き体3を、前記口頸部上端面と頂壁との間にパッキン体4のリング板4aを挟着して螺合すると共に、前記組付き体3の上面後端部に蓋体5を開閉可能に蝶番により連結して、前記開口部を直接密閉できるようにして密封容器1を構成して、前記頂壁3bの下面に位置するパッキン体4をそのリング板4a内周縁から蓋板5a下面にに接するように筒形状をした口筒片4b立設して、該口筒片の上端縁全周を閉状態にある蓋板下面に密接するように形成して密封容器を構成する。

そして、前記パッキン体4は、口頸部の上端面に上方から対向するリング板部の周端縁部分を肉厚となしてシール部4cとなして、容器本体2への蓋体の組付き体3を螺合することにより、シール部4cが口頸端部2bと頂壁部3bとの間で強く押し潰されて、パッキン体4は容器口部に密着される。
また、前記パッキン体4は、その口筒片4bの外周面には起立状態に維持するための係止周条が周設され、且つ、上端の全周縁部分には上方に縮径した肉薄の先端筒片4dが周設されて蓋板5a下面に密着している。
しかし、上記した密封容器は、容器の実質的な開口部がパッキン体により形成されるので、蓋体の蝶番連結部分を容器の密閉機能部分から完全に分離することができて、容器の開口部の大きさを自由に設定することができるので、蓋体の蝶番連結部分に係わりなく容器の密閉を行うことはできるが、パッキン体の口筒片を起立状態の形状を維持するために、ある程度の硬さを持った材質によりパッキン体を形成しなければならず、開口端部と蓋板面との密着性を犠牲にしなければならないという欠点があった。

そこで、本発明の出願人は上記の点を改良すべく、容器の密閉度を更に向上させるために、実質的に容器の開口部を形成しているパッキン体を、柔軟性に富んだ材質、即ち柔軟な弾性材、特にエラストマーを用いて構成して、容器の開口端部と蓋体内面との密封性を高めたものとして、図9に示すような構造の密閉容器を提案している。
即ち、容器本体2の円筒状の口頸部2aに円筒部3aと内鍔状の頂壁部3bとからなる組付け体3を螺合して、環状板部4aとその内周縁に口筒片4bを立設した弾性エラストマーからなるパッキン体4を挟着し、前記組付け体3の上面後端部に設けた凹部に蓋板5aの後端部に突設した蝶番片を連結軸6を介して開閉可能に連結して蓋付き密封容器1を構成し、該蓋板5aの内面に前記口筒片4の上端周縁に設けた接触片4dと密着する環状の係合隔壁5dを設けてなる蓋体5を、容器本体の開口部に密着させて密閉するようにして密封容器を構成する。
そして、上記パッキン体の組付け体に接する部分の環状板部分から口筒片部にわたる面に、パッキン体の形状を保持するための断面L字状のパッキン支持体が接合して設けることにより、容器の開口部を形成する前記口筒片部の上端周縁に設けた接触片と蓋体内面に設けた係合隔壁との密着性をより良く保持するようにしたものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のように組付け体と共に開口部を形成するパッキン体の口筒片に接触片を設けて構成した密封容器は、通常の状態に於いては密閉性は良好ではあるが、蓋体に思わない横向きの強い力が作用すると、係合隔壁が一条であるので蓋面が僅かではあるが容器本体に対する蓋板の結合部分で横方向にずれて、接触片と係合隔壁との間の密閉性が損なわれる恐れがあり、特に、容器本体に蓋体をヒンジ結合しものは蝶番結合したものに比べて横ずれを生じ易い欠点がある。
そこで、蓋体が閉じられている時に、横向きの力を受けても蓋体が横方向にずれるのを防止するための構成を設けることにより、蓋体と開口端部との間の密着性を強固なものとすることが望まれる。

【課題が解決するための手段】
上記したような種々の問題点を解決すべく本発明は、容器本体の口頸部に螺合されて、蝶番やヒンジを介して蓋体を開閉可能に連結した組付き体と口頸部上端面との間に挟着されるパッキン体を、従来のポリエチレン製等よりも柔軟な弾性材料、特に、エラストマーを用いた弾性材料により構成して、容器の開口部と蓋体との密封性を改善し、更には、柔軟なパッキン体を所定形状に維持させるために、前記パッキン体の環状板部と口筒片部との表面部にパッキン押さえを設けて補強する。
また、蓋体の内面にパッキン体の口筒片先端部または組付き体の開口周壁先端部と係合する環状の係合凹溝を設けて二条の隔壁となして、蓋体に横方向の力を受けた場合には該係合凹溝内に組付き体の開口周壁先端部を係合保持して蓋体の横ずれを防ぐようにして、容器本体の開口端部と蓋体の内面との密着状態を強固に保持せしめて、容器の密閉度を向上させるようにする。

【発明の実施の形態】
容器本体の円筒状口頸部の上端面と蓋体を開閉可能に連結してなる組付け体の頂壁との間に環状のパッキンを挟着して、前記組付け体を容器本体の口頸部に螺合して密封容器を構成して、前記組付け体の頂壁の内周縁に立設した開口周壁の先端部を、蓋体内面に形成した環状係合溝に設けた弾性材料からなるパッキン体に密着係合するようにして密封容器が構成されるか、もしくは、弾性材料、中でもエラストマーで形成したパッキン体の環状板部を容器本体の開口部上端面と組付き体の頂壁との間に挟着した状態で、蓋体を蝶番により開閉可能に連結した組付き体を螺合せしめると、前記パッキン体の環状板部は組付き体の頂壁により容器本体の開口端部に強く押圧、圧縮されて、容器本体に蓋体が強固な密着状態に結合されて密封容器が構成される。
前記蓋体の内面には、パッキン体の口筒片先端部または組付き体の開口周壁先端部を係合する環状係合溝を設けているので、容器の蓋体が閉じられると、パッキン体の環状板部の内周縁から立設した口筒片の上端部が、容器の開口部を形成する組付き体の開口周壁から突出した状態に形成されており、該口筒片の上端部周縁に設けた接触片は柔軟なエラストマーできているので、蓋板の内面に密着した状態で蓋体の環状係合溝内に押圧されて弾性変形して、蓋体の係合溝と容器本体の開口端部とは、蓋体が蝶番で連結された位置には関係なしに全周面で均一に密着させることができる。

以下、本発明を好適な実施例にもとづいて、添付した図面を参照しつつ説明する。
本願発明の第一実施例である蓋付きの密封容器1は、図1乃至3に示すように、有底の筒形状をした容器本体2と、該容器本体の口頸部2aに環状の弾性パッキン8を介して螺合した組付け体3と、該組付け体の上面後端部に開閉可能に蝶番片5bにより連結した蓋板5aとから構成される。
前記容器本体2は、大きな開口部を備えた有底の円筒形状をなしており、該容器本体2の口頸部2aの外周には、蓋体5を接合するための組付け体3を螺合するねじ部が形成されている。

そして、蓋体5の内面には、組付き体3の開口周壁先端部3fを係合密着する環状係合溝5jが2条の突壁5g,5hにより凹状に形成されており、該係合凹溝内にはエラストマーを用いて断面が凹状に形成された環状のパッキン体4が嵌合固定して設けられている。

上記のような構成をしてなる本発明の蓋付き密封容器1は、以下のような構造をしたものに形成される。
即ち、有底の円筒形状をした開口部の大きな容器本体2の口頸部2a端面に環状のパッキン8を接して設け、該環状パッキン板の上から組付け体3の鍔状の頂壁3b面で押圧して、組付け体3の円筒部3aの螺合ねじを容器本体2の口頸部2aの外周面に設けたねじ部に螺合して固定することにより、組付け体の上面後端部に開閉可能に蝶番片5bにより蓋板5aを連結した蓋体5が容器本体2の口頸端部2bに密接に組付けられて密閉容器1に構成される。

このような構成をした容器1内にクリーム等の化粧料やその他の粘稠材を充填した後、前記蓋体5の組付け体を口頸部2aに螺合してから、開口部に対して蓋体5を押圧して閉じると、組付き体の開口周壁3cの先端係合片3fが蓋板(天板)5aの内面に形成した環状の係合溝5j内のパッキン体4に密着係合すると共に、蓋板5aの先端部内面に設けた係止片5cが組付き体の開口周壁3cの係合突起3eに係合して蓋体5を密閉係止して、容器本体2の口頸部の上端部2bと蓋体の内面とが強固に密着状態に保持される。
そして、上記のようにして閉蓋された容器の蓋体5を開くには、蓋板5aの先端部に揺動可能に連結した押圧片7を指先で内側へ押圧することにより、押圧片7の下端部7aが組付け体3の頂壁3bの上面に形成された斜面3d上を滑動して、係止片5cに上向きの力が働くので、係止突起3eとの係合状態が解除されて、蓋体5は開口部の上方へ開放される。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明は、容器の開口部を実質的に形成するパッキン体を、柔軟なエラストマーにより形成したので、蓋体を連結する蝶番部分は容器開口部を密閉する機能部分から分離することができて、開口部の大きな容器の密封も完全に行うことが可能である。
また、開口周壁に設けられた係合片および係合突起は、蓋体の内周面と環状係合溝の壁面に強固に密接していてるので、蓋体に横向きの衝撃力が働いたとしても、蓋体が横ずれして密閉状態が損なわれる恐れもない。
従って、本発明のような構造のパッキン体と組付け体及び蓋体を備えた容器にすれば、いろんな大きさの開口面積を有する容器の開口部を密封できると共に、蝶番やヒンジ連結された蓋体は開閉操作が容易であるので、内容物の取り出しを円滑に行うことができる。
