Description

【0001】

[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
1A is a front view of a work table according to the present invention, and FIG. 1B is a side view. The work table has legs that can be opened and closed between left and right end portions of the top plate 1 between a folding position that is folded substantially parallel to the lower surface of the top plate 1 and a leg position that is opened at a required angle to the lower surface of the top plate 1. The body 2 is attached to the body 2 via a rotary connection fitting 3. FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of a portion indicated by an arrow X in FIG. 1A and shows a state in which the leg 2 is in a split position, and FIG. 3 is a similar enlarged view, in which the leg 2 is folded and folded. This shows the state at the tatami mat position.
[0008]
The top plate 1 is formed by a top plate main body 4 and end frames (end side walls) 5 and 5 made of extruded members fixed to both left and right ends of the top plate main body 4. As the top plate main body 4 of the top plate 1, a scaffold plate is used, and a plurality of shape members along the top plate longitudinal direction are formed by joining in parallel in the width direction of the top plate. Each leg 2 is composed of a pair of side frames 6, 6 and a plurality of tread rods 7 suspended between the side frames 6, 6. The telescopic leg 8 is provided so as to be freely retractable, and can be fixed at a required position by a lock means. The operation section of the locking means is indicated by 9 in FIG. The rotation connection fitting 3 is configured by connecting a fixed connection plate 11 fixed to the top plate 1 and a movable connection plate 12 fixed to the leg 2 side by a pivot 10 so as to be rotatable. The leg 2 is fixed to the folding position and the open leg position by pins 13 respectively.
[0009]
The rotation connection fitting 3 will be described in detail. As shown in FIG. 2, a movable connection plate 12 fixed to the leg 2 is disposed outside a fixed connection plate 11 fixed to the top plate 1. In a partially overlapped state, the fixed connection plate 11 and the movable connection plate 12 are rotatably connected by the pivot 10. The fixed-side connecting plate 11 is attached by screws a and blind rivets b to the front and rear end surfaces of the left and right ends of the top plate 1 that extend over the end frame 5 and the top plate main body 4 adjacent thereto. The end frame-side mounting portion 11a and the top plate body-side mounting portion 11b, a contact surface 14 is formed on the lower edge of the end frame-side mounting portion 11a, and the lower edge of the end frame-side mounting portion 11a. A substantially V-shaped pivoting projection 11c through which the pivot 10 penetrates is formed to protrude downward at a portion where the and the lower end edge of the top plate body side attachment portion 11b merge.
[0010]
The movable connection plate 12 is attached to the outer surface of the upper end of the side frame 6 forming the leg 2 by a blind rivet b, and includes a side frame attachment portion 12a and a top plate 1 at the upper end of the side frame attachment portion 12a. A substantially fan-shaped connecting portion 12b projecting obliquely upward from one side of the central portion, the other end of the upper end of the side frame mounting portion 12a is bent in an L shape, and the leg 2 is opened. The contact surface 14 at the lower end of the fixed-side connecting plate 11 abuts to form a contact surface 15 for preventing further rotation, and the pivot shaft 10 passes through a main part of the sector-shaped connecting portion 12b. . In addition, the side frame attachment part 12a of the movable side connection plate 12 is slightly along the bending line 12c and the inclined connection part 12d with respect to the connection part 12b so as to follow the side frame 6 of the leg 2 formed to open outward. It is bent and connected. The pivot 10 is made of a bolt.
[0011]
A pin hole 16 is formed in a lower portion of the end frame side attachment portion 11a of the fixed side connection plate 11 at a position obliquely upward from the pivot shaft 10 at an appropriate distance. The lock pin 13 urged to protrude from the pin hole 16 toward the movable side connection plate 12 is disposed outside the end frame 5 of the top plate 1, and is connected to the connection portion of the movable side connection plate 12. Engagement holes 17 and 18 are formed in 12b at the open leg position and the folded position of the leg 2 so as to match with the pin holes 16 on the fixed-side connecting plate 11 side and into which the lock pin 13 enters and engages. .
[0012]
FIG. 4 is a reduced cross-sectional view taken along the line YY of FIG. 3, and shows the bottom side of the end of the top plate 1 together with the rotary connection fitting 3. FIG. 5 is an enlarged vertical sectional view of an end of the top plate 1, and FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing the end of the top plate 1 together with the rotary connection fitting 3. As can be seen from FIG. 5, the end frame (end side wall) 5 made of an extruded material and fixed to the left and right ends of the top plate body 4 has a hollow main frame portion 5a having a curved upper outer surface, It consists of a pair of upper and lower mounting plates 5b and 5c fitted into the end of the top plate body 4, and has a substantially triangular cross section between the lower surface of the main frame 5a and the base end of the lower mounting plate 5c. A concave ridge 19 is formed.
[0013]
As can be seen from FIGS. 4 to 6, the lock pin 13 is formed in a substantially L-shape by a long pin body 13a and an operating handle 13b shorter than the pin body 13a. A pair of the pin frames 13a are disposed on the lower surface of the main frame portion 5a of the end frame 5 at the symmetrical positions on both sides of the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the end frame 5 (see FIG. 4). The frame 5 is arranged along the concave ridge 19 between the lower surface of the main frame portion 5a and the lower mounting plate portion 5c, and is rotatable by a pin receiver 20 attached to the lower surface of the main frame portion 5a with a blind rivet b. The pin body 13a is supported by the pin body 13a and the pin receiver 20 so as to be freely movable in the axial direction, and the distal end 13o of the pin body 13a is moved out of the pin hole 16 of the fixed side connection plate 11 by the compression coil spring 21 interposed between the pin body 13a and the pin receiver 20. It is urged to protrude in the direction.
[0014]
When the lock pin 13 is inserted into the engagement hole 17 or 18 of the movable connection plate 12 from the pin hole 16 of the fixed connection plate 11, the handle portions 13b, 13b of the lock pins 13, 3 are simultaneously grasped. Then, the pin tip 13o is retracted from the pin hole 17 or 18 of the movable-side connecting plate 12 into the pin hole 16 of the fixed-side connecting plate 11 as shown by the phantom line in FIG. After the side connecting plate 12 is rotated to align the pin hole 16 of the fixed side connecting plate 11 with the engaging hole 17 or 18 of the movable side connecting plate 12, the gripping force of the grips 13b, 13b is released. Then, due to the urging force of the compression coil spring 21, the distal end portion 13o of each lock pin 13 rushes into the engagement hole 17 or 18 of the movable connection plate 12 from the pin hole 16 of the fixed connection plate 11 to engage the leg. 2 is fixed to the open or folded position
[0015]
In the workbench having the above-described configuration, at the folding position where the leg 2 is folded substantially parallel to the lower surface of the top plate 1, as shown in FIG. The lock pin 13 is urged by the compression coil spring 21 so as to project into and engage with the engagement hole 18 of the movable-side connecting plate 12, and the leg 2 is locked in this state. The leg 2 does not fluctuate, and handling becomes easy.
[0016]
When the work table is used, as shown in FIG. 4, the grip portions 13b, 13b of the lock pins 13, 3 are simultaneously grasped and pulled in the direction indicated by the arrow h to bring the lock pins 13, 3 into a state as shown by a virtual line. 13 is disengaged from the engagement hole 18 of the movable side connection plate 12 to release the lock, and the leg 2 can be opened. When the legs are opened, the contact surfaces 14 and 15 of the fixed-side connecting plate 11 and the movable-side connecting plate 12 come into contact with each other, and the distal end portion 13o of the protruded and biased lock pin 13 moves as shown in FIG. It engages with the engaging hole 17 of the side connecting plate 12 and is locked at its open leg position.
[0017]
In the work table according to the present invention described above, the lock pins 13 for locking the leg 2 at the folding position and the open position are provided with the end frames (ends) fixed to the left and right ends of the top plate body 4. Since each of the lock pins 13 is disposed outside the side wall 5, even if foreign matter such as earth and sand gets into the place where the lock pins 13 are provided and adheres to and remains on the lock pins 13 and its surroundings during use of the work table. It is easy to clean, can be easily and easily removed, and can be discharged to the outside. In addition, since the lock pin 13 is disposed outside the end frame 5, the operation position of the lock pin 13 can be easily confirmed, and the operation state and the broken state of the lock pin 13 can be easily confirmed. Replacement and repair in the event of damage are facilitated.
[0018]
In particular, in this worktable, the lock pins 13 are provided on the lower surface of the hollow main frame portion 5a of the end frames (end side walls) 5 provided at the left and right ends of the top plate body 4. In addition, it is possible to minimize the intrusion of foreign matter such as earth and sand into the lock pin arrangement portion, and it is difficult for external force to act on the lock pin 13 and its mounting member, so that breakage thereof can be avoided as much as possible. In addition, since the lock pin 13 is disposed on the lower surface of the end frame 5, it is difficult to expose a protruding portion that may hinder an operator, and safety of the operation can be achieved.
[0019]
Regarding the above-mentioned safety, a recess 19 having a substantially triangular cross section is formed between the lower surface of the main frame 5a of the end frame (end side wall) 5 and the base end of the lower mounting plate 5c. Since the lock pin 13 is provided in the concave ridge portion 19, the projecting portion which may hinder the worker is hardly exposed, so that the work safety can be further improved.

According to the work table of the first aspect of the present invention, since the lock pins are disposed on the outer sides of both side walls of the top plate, foreign matter such as earth and sand may be disposed on the work table while the work table is in use. Even if it is mixed with and remains on the lock pin and its surroundings, it can be easily cleaned, foreign matter can be easily removed and discharged to the outside, and the operating position of the lock pin can be easily checked. It is easy to confirm the operation state and the broken state of the pin, and it is easy to replace and repair the lock pin when it is broken.
[0021]
Further , according to the workbench of the present invention , the lock pins are arranged on the lower surfaces of the hollow main frame portions on both side walls of the top plate , so that entry of foreign matter such as earth and sand into the lock pin arrangement portion is minimized. And the external force is less likely to act on the lock pin and its mounting member, so that their breakage can be avoided as much as possible. Safety can be achieved.
