【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
図1は実施形態の切羽水圧計測装置を備えた泥水式シールドの概略構成を示す側断面図である。図において、1はカッタヘッド、2は隔壁、3はシールド本体を示す。シールド本体3内には、切羽と隔壁2との間に加圧した泥水を循環させるための送泥管4と排泥管5とが設けられている。また、隔壁2の内側には、切羽の水圧を計測するための切羽水圧計測装置6が設けられている。図2に切羽水圧計測装置6の詳細を示す。

水圧計8によって切羽の水圧を計測する場合は、水圧計8側のボールバルブ9を開き、土砂除去装置10側のボールバルブ12を閉じる。これにより、切羽の水圧が押出棒17側へは漏れずに、T字配管7を介して確実に水圧計8に達するので、水圧計8で切羽の水圧を正確に計測できる。
