Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a connecting nail feeding mechanism for shortening an interval between a magazine for accommodating connecting nails and a nose portion for ejecting a leading nail of the connecting nail in a nail driver.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, a nail driving machine includes a magazine that stores connecting nails, a nose portion that slidably stores a driving driver, and a feed mechanism that feeds the connecting nails in the magazine to the nose along a feed path. After the leading nail of the connecting nail in the magazine is supplied to the nose portion by a mechanism, the driver for driving is driven to drive the leading nail in the nose portion toward the material to be driven. As shown in FIG. 5, a feed piston / cylinder device 21 is arranged along the feed passage 20 and reciprocates a feed claw 23 rotatably attached to the tip of the rod 22 together with a feed piston 21a. By doing so, the connecting nail 24 in the feed passage is fed into the nose portion 25.
[0003]
By the way, a compact nailing machine as a whole is easier to use and can be used for nailing work in a narrow place, so that further miniaturization is required.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the feed passage 20 is formed in the diameter direction of the magazine 26, and the feed piston / cylinder device 21 is arranged in parallel with the feed passage 20, and the feed mechanism constituted by the feed piston / cylinder device 21 and the feed claw is provided. Since the size of the portion was determined by the nail connection pitch of the connection nail, the distance between the magazine 26 and the nose portion 25 could not be reduced. Further, when the magazine 25 is made small, the connecting nails are inevitably shortened, so that it is difficult to continuously drive a large number of nails.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a nailing machine that can be made compact by shortening a space between a magazine and a nose portion.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, a nailing machine according to the present invention is provided with a cylindrical magazine that houses connecting nails, a nose portion for driving out the leading nail of the connecting nail in the magazine, and a magazine disposed between the magazine and the nose portion. A nail feeder having a feed passage for the connected nail and a feed mechanism for feeding the connected nail in the magazine to the nose portion along the feed passage, wherein the feed mechanism is a feed piston / cylinder device and a tip of the feed piston. And the piston disposed outside the feed passage, wherein the feed passage is arranged so as to face in a direction deviated laterally from the nose portion with respect to the center of the magazine from the nose portion. the cylinder device as well as arranged so as to be substantially parallel to the feed path, at least a portion opposed to the operating range of the feed pawl of the feed path along the feed piston-cylinder device I arranged to be characterized in that by shortening the distance between the magazine and the nose portion.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a side view of the nailing machine, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the nailing machine along the line XX. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a body of a nailing machine, 2 denotes a grip, 3 denotes a magazine, and 4 denotes a cylindrical nose portion.
[0008]
A striking mechanism (not shown) is arranged on the body 1, and a rod-shaped striking driver a is arranged to slide on the nose portion 4. Then, as shown in FIG. 2, after the leading nail 5 a of the connecting nail 5 loaded in a coil shape in the magazine 3 is supplied to the nose part 4, the air formed on the body 1 passes through the inside of the grip 2. The striking mechanism is operated by the compressed air in a chamber (not shown) to drive the striking driver 2, and the driver 2 strikes the leading nail 5a in the nose portion 4 and strikes the nail toward the material to be struck. .
[0009]
By the way, as shown in FIG. 2, the connecting nail 5 in the magazine 3 is supplied to the nose part 4 by the feed mechanism along the feed path 6. The feed passage 6 is provided between the magazine 3 and the nose portion 4. The feed mechanism includes a feed piston / cylinder device 7 and a feed claw 8 provided at a front portion thereof.
[0010]
The feed piston / cylinder device 7 slidably accommodates the feed piston 7b in the feed cylinder 7a, and constantly urges the feed piston 7b forward (toward the nose portion 4) by the spring 9 to move the feed piston 7b into the feed cylinder 7a. By supplying compressed air, the feed piston 7b moves backward against the spring 9 described above.
[0011]
The feed piston / feed cylinder device 7 is arranged in a tangential direction of the magazine 3. The feed passage 6 is arranged in parallel with the feed piston / cylinder device 7. The feed claw 8 is rotatably connected to the tip of the rod 10 of the feed piston 7b, and is constantly urged toward the feed passage 6 by a spring 11. For this reason, the feed claw 8 is configured to reciprocate along the feed passage 6 with respect to the feed piston 7b.
[0012]
In the above configuration, the operation of the nail feed mechanism after the leading nail 5a is driven will be described. First, compressed air is supplied from the air supply hole 12 at the end of the feed cylinder 7a. This causes the feed piston 7b to retreat to the second nail 5b from the head against the spring force of the spring 11, as shown in FIG. Thereafter, when the compressed air is exhausted, the feed piston 7b moves forward by the spring force of the spring 9. Along with this, the feed claw 8 also advances in parallel along the feed path 6 by the spring force of the spring 11, engages with the second nail 5b from the top, and feeds out the connecting nail 5 by one nail. The leading nail 5a is supplied to the nose part 4.
[0013]
The connecting nails 5 are not limited to those housed in the magazine 3 in the winding direction shown by the arrow A in FIG. As shown by the arrow B in FIG.
[0014]
As described above, the feed piston / cylinder device 7 is disposed tangentially to the magazine 3 and the staple feed passage 6 is disposed parallel to the feed piston / cylinder device 7, so that the nail shown in FIG. The distance L between the nose portion 4 and the magazine 3 is shorter than that of a driving machine, so that a nail driving machine which is more compact than a conventional nail driving machine, is easy to handle, and has good workability can be obtained.
[0015]
By the way, the feed piston / cylinder device 7 is preferably arranged in parallel with the staple feed passage 6. However, when it is difficult to connect members, it is not always necessary to be parallel. In this case, although not shown, for example, a part is rotatably interposed between the rod 10 of the feed piston 7b and the feed claw 8 within a certain range, and the displacement of the feed piston 7b approaching or separating from the feed passage 6 is changed. What is necessary is just to comprise so that the feed nail | claw 8 may reciprocate in the feed path 6 by absorbing by the said components.
[0016]
It is sufficient that at least a portion of the feed passage 6 facing the operation range P of the feed claw 8 is arranged along the feed piston / cylinder device 7 as shown in FIG. However, the portion 6a on the magazine 3 side excluding the above range may be curved. With this configuration, the supply of the connecting nails becomes smooth.
[Brief description of the drawings]
