【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記出願人が提案したフイルタープレスは多数並列すれば大容量処理が可能であり、広い設置スペースも必要とせず、ろ布などの消耗品も不用となるものであるが、間歇的に圧搾脱水するために、脱水ケーキと出口壁面との接触圧力によるケーキ排出時の滑り抵抗が大きくなり、ケーキの詰まりなどが発生してその部分に過大な負荷が生じていた。この発明は、ケーキの取出口に工夫を施すことにより上記の課題を解決する装置を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明の要旨は、回転自在な内環支持体に止着した2枚の円盤状のろ過板と、ろ過板の外周部に摺接させた外周環とでろ過室を形成し、ろ過室の下方部の外周環に逆止板を止着して、この逆止板の側縁をろ過板に近接させ、その先端部を内環支持体に摺設させると共に、逆止板で規制するろ過室の始端側に汚泥の供給口と、その終端側にケーキの取出口を外周環に開口した装置において、上記逆止板をろ過板の回転方向に傾斜させ、取出口の排出通路をろ過室側から排出側に向って拡開して、排出口の断面積を徐々に増加していく形状として、ケーキの取出しを容易とし、前記逆止板の内部に、ろ過板を洗浄するための洗浄水の供給管を配設したものである。たものである。また、取出口の排出部をろ過板の回転方向に傾斜させれば、脱水ケーキと出口壁面との接触圧力をさらに少なくすることができるものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
この発明に係る装置は上記のように構成してあり、ケーキ取出口の開閉弁を閉塞し、ろ過室を微速回転させながら供給口から汚泥を圧入すると、汚泥は濃縮されながらろ過室の回転とともに移送されろ材の接触面との摩擦抵抗で汚泥が脱水される。やがて、ろ過面のケーキ層と中心部の比較的柔らかい汚泥との間にせん断摩擦抵抗力が発生し脱水が促進され、取出口からケーキに背圧を加えながらさらに脱水が行なわれる。そして、開閉蓋を開放すれば、開閉蓋の近傍の最も脱水されたケーキは、逆止板の傾斜面に沿って案内されて、排出口の断面積が徐々に増加され、排出初期の滑り抵抗が少なくなり、ろ過板の回転によるろ材の接触面との摩擦抵抗でろ過室のケーキを連続して取出口から排出することができる。

【実施例】
この発明に係るフイルタープレスを図面に基づき詳述すると、まず、図1及び図2において、符号1は多数の細孔を有する円盤状のろ過板であって、2枚の円盤状のろ過板1、1の内周縁が内環支持体2に止着してある。ろ過板1の周部には支持板3に固定した外周環4が配設してあり、2枚のろ過板1、1と外周環4とでその内部にろ過室5が形成してある。ろ過板1を止着した内環支持体2には駆動軸6が嵌入してあり、この駆動軸6が架台7に固定された軸受8に回転自在に軸支されている。そして、駆動軸6の端部に嵌着したスプロケット9が駆動機(図示せず)に連結してあり、2枚のろ過板1、1を回転させて、ろ過室5の汚泥を供回りさせるようにしてある。

ろ過室5の下方部の外周環4には、図1に示すように、逆止板10が止着してあり、この逆止板10は側縁部をろ過板1に近接させ、その先端部を内環支持体2に摺設させてある。この逆止板10でろ過室5を分断する前後の外周環4には、汚泥の供給管11を連結した供給口12と筒状に形成したケーキの取出口13が設けてある。この取出口13は外周環4の下端を垂下させ、逆止板10を先端部から下端部に向ってろ過板1の回転方向に下り勾配に傾斜させてこの逆止板10の下端を延設した形状となっており、取出口13の排出通路をろ過室側から排出側に向って拡開してある。そして、ケーキ排出通路の形状が排出口に近づくに従って連続して徐々に広がりを持ち、排出口の断面積を増加してゆく形状としてあり、脱水ケーキが逆止板10の傾斜面に沿って案内され、排出口の断面積の増加によりケーキの取出しを容易としてある。図3に示す取出口13は他の実施例であって、取出口13の排出部13aがろ過板1の回転方向に下り勾配に傾斜させてあり、脱水ケーキと取出口13との壁面との接触圧力を少なくし、滑り抵抗を少なくしてある。

取出口13の排出部13aには平板状の開閉蓋14が配設してあり、図2に示すように、この開閉蓋14はアクチュエーター15のピストン16に連結してあり、ピストン16を伸縮させて、開閉蓋14を摺動させて取出口13の排出部13aを開閉するようにしてある。
なお、符号17はろ過板1を覆うカバーであって、架台7に固定され、そのカバー17の周部に外周環4を固定した支持板3に止着してあり、ろ過板1とカバー17の間にろ液室18を形成してある。符号19はろ液の排出管、符号20は逆止板10の内部からろ過板1を洗浄するための洗浄水の供給管、符号21はろ過板1の補強板である。

【発明の効果】
以上のように、この発明のフイルタープレスにあっては、ろ過室を規制する逆止板をろ過板の回転方向に傾斜させ、取出口の排出通路をろ過室側から排出側に向って拡開して、排出口の断面積が徐々に増加してゆく形状としたので、排出口の断面積の増加によりケーキの取出しが容易となるものである。また、取出口の排出部をろ過板の回転方向に下り勾配に傾斜させておけば、脱水ケーキと取出口との壁面との接触圧力による滑り抵抗が少なくなり、従来装置のように、脱水ケーキと取出口の壁面との接触圧力が増大して取出口に大きな負荷が生じることもないものである。そして、逆止板の内部に、ろ過板を洗浄するための洗浄水の供給管を配設したのでろ過板の目詰まりが解消されるものである。
