【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記出願人が提案したフイルタープレスは多数並列すれば大容量処理が可能であり、広い設置スペースも必要とせず、ろ布などの消耗品も不用となるものであるが、間歇的に圧搾脱水するために、脱水ケーキと出口壁面との接触圧力によるケーキ排出時の滑り抵抗が大きくなり、ケーキの詰まりなどが発生してその部分に過大な負荷が生じていた。この発明は、ケーキの取出口に工夫を施すことにより上記の課題を解決する装置を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明の要旨は、回転自在な内環支持体に止着した2枚の円盤状のろ過板と、ろ過板の外周部に摺接させた外周環とでろ過室を形成し、ろ過室の下方部の外周環に逆止板を止着して、この逆止板の側縁をろ過板に近接させ、その先端部を内環支持体に摺設させると共に、逆止板で規制するろ過室の始端側に汚泥の供給口と、その終端側にケーキの取出口を外周環に開口した装置において、上記取出口の一端に開閉蓋を吊設し、開閉蓋の下端をアクチュエーターのピストンに連結して、開閉蓋を傾斜させて取出口を閉塞し、脱水ケーキの下端部を三角形状に形成させて排出させ、前記逆止板の内部に、ろ過板を洗浄するための洗浄水の供給管を配設したものである。そして、上記取出口の開閉装置が、開閉蓋上端を逆止板の先端部に吊設し、あるいは、取出口開閉蓋の下端をアクチュエーターのピストンに連結して、ピストンを収縮させて取出口を閉塞するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
この発明に係る装置は上記のように構成してあり、ケーキ取出口の開閉弁を閉塞し、ろ過室を微速回転させながら供給口から汚泥を圧入すると、汚泥は濃縮されながらろ過室の回転とともに移送されろ材の接触面との摩擦抵抗で汚泥が脱水される。やがて、ろ過面のケーキ層と中心部の比較的柔らかい汚泥との間にせん断摩擦抵抗力が発生し脱水が促進され、取出口からケーキに背圧を加えながらさらに脱水が行なわれる。そして、開閉蓋を開放すれば、開閉蓋の近傍の最も脱水されたケーキは、その下端部が取出口に三角形状に垂下されるので、脱水ケーキの断面積が徐々に増加する形状となり、排出されるケーキと出口壁面との接触圧力が徐々に増加されるので、排出初期の滑り抵抗が少なくなり、ろ過板の回転によるろ材の接触面との摩擦抵抗でろ過室のケーキを連続して取出口から排出することができる。

【実施例】
この発明に係るフイルタープレスを図面に基づき詳述すると、まず、図1及び図2において、符号1は多数の細孔を有する円盤状のろ過板であって、2枚の円盤状のろ過板1、1の内周縁が内環支持体2に止着してある。ろ過板1の周部には支持板3に固定した外周環4が配設してあり、2枚のろ過板1、1と外周環4とでその内部にろ過室5が形成してある。ろ過板1を止着した内環支持体2には駆動軸6が嵌入してあり、この駆動軸6が架台7に固定された軸受8に回転自在に軸支されている。そして、駆動軸6の端部に嵌着したスプロケット9が駆動機(図示せず)に連結してあり、2枚のろ過板1、1を回転させて、ろ過室5の汚泥を供回りさせるようにしてある。

ろ過室5の下方部の外周環4には、図2に示すように、逆止板10が止着してあり、この逆止板10の側縁部をろ過板1に近接させ、その先端部を内環支持体2に摺設させるようにしてある。この逆止板10でろ過室5を分断する前後の外周環4には、汚泥の供給管11を連結した供給口12と長方形の筒状に形成したケーキの取出口13が設けてあり、この取出口13の内部に長方形状の開閉蓋14が配設してある。図2及び図3に示すように、この開閉蓋14は、その上端を逆止板10の先端部10aに吊設し、開閉蓋14の下端をアクチュエーター15のピストン16に連結してある。そして、図2に示すように、ピストン16を収縮させて、開閉蓋14を取出口13の逆止板10の先端部10aから取出口13の外周環4側の下端部に向って傾斜させて取出口13を閉塞し、ピストン16を伸張させて取出口13を開放すれば、開閉蓋14の近傍の最も脱水されたケーキは、その下端部が取出口13に脱水ケーキの断面積が徐々に増加する三角形状に垂下され、排出するケーキと取出口13の壁面との接触圧力が徐々に増加するようにしてあり、排出初期の滑り抵抗を少なくしてある。符号17は開閉蓋14の周縁に設けたシール材である。

【発明の効果】
以上の説明で明らかなように、この発明のフイルタープレスにあっては、脱水ケーキの取出口の一端に開閉蓋を吊設し、開閉蓋の下端をアクチュエーターのピストンに連結して、開閉蓋を傾斜させて取出口を閉塞し、開閉蓋の近傍の最も脱水されたケーキは、その下端部が取出口に三角形状に垂下させるので、脱水ケーキの断面積が徐々に増加する形状となり、排出されるケーキと出口壁面との接触圧力が徐々に増加されるので、排出初期の滑り抵抗が少なくなり、ろ過室のケーキを連続して取出口から排出することができるものである。そして、逆止板の内部に、ろ過板を洗浄するための洗浄水の供給管を配設したことによりろ過板の目詰まりが解消されるものである。
