Description
【0001】

[0003]
In the pressing apparatus (1), the mat M and the pressing surface of the upper stool (2) are often fixed during the press hardening step of the raw material mat M of the inorganic plate. Since it is difficult to release the pressurized surface from the mat M with the pressurizing surface, a mold release agent is applied to the pressurized surface of the upper stool (2) by spraying or brushing, and then pressed. However, the work of applying a release agent to the pressurized surface of the upper stool (2) involves dangers, and requires time and effort to apply the release agent every time pressing is performed. (2) An inorganic plate pressing device (1) has been provided in which an ethylene tetrafluoride resin layer (8) is interposed on the pressing surface (2A) to improve the releasability (Japanese Patent Application No. 7-63387). .
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, even in the above improvement, the interface between the upper surface plate (2) and the uppermost inorganic plate material mat M is brought into a vacuum state by cooling before the upper surface plate (2) is peeled off after the primary heating and curing. There is a possibility that the upper platen (2) cannot be peeled off from the mat M.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems by means of an upper surface plate (12), a lower surface plate (13), and a clamping means (14) for clamping the upper surface plate (12) and the lower surface plate (13). A fixing plate (12A) is attached below the upper surface plate (12) , and a contact plate (16) is arranged below the fixing plate (12A). nut the plate and (12A) and abutment plate (16) and a pair of contact rods having a threaded portion at the upper and lower ends (17A, 17B), is screwed to the upper and lower ends of the 該連絡杆 (17A, 17B) ( 18A, 18B) , and one connecting rod (17A) is set longer than the other connecting rod (17B) so that the contact plate (16) can be tilted. lower unit (11), or the upper surface plate (12), and the lower surface plate (13), and upper surface plate (12) It from the platen (13) clamping means (14), the lower side of the upper surface plate (12) is mounted fixed plate (12A) is, on the lower side of the fixing plate (12A) is contact plate (16) is arranged, one end of the abutting plate (16) and contact rod having a threaded portion at the upper and lower ends (17B), is screwed to the upper and lower ends of the 該連絡杆 (17B) nuts ( 18B) is fixed to the fixed plate (12A) , and the other end is connected to the fixed plate (12A) by a spring (27) so that the contact plate (16) can be inclined. clamping device (11), or the upper surface plate (12), becomes from a lower surface plate (13), said upper plate (12) lower surface plate (13) clamping means (14), 該上Jo below the panel (12) is mounted fixed plate (12A) is, the lower side of the fixing plate (12A) Abutment plate is arranged to, one end of the abutting plate (16) and contact rod having a threaded portion at the upper and lower ends (17B), a nut which is screwed to the upper and lower ends of 該連絡杆 (17B) (18B ) Is fixed to the fixing plate (12A) , and one end of an air cylinder (37) is pivotally connected to the other end so that the contact plate (16) can be inclined. (11) is provided.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The present invention will be described with reference to a specific example shown in FIGS. 1 to 3. The pressing device (11) includes an upper stool (12), a lower stool (13), and a hanging device (12). The clamp arm (14) is provided with a bolt through hole (14A), and the lower platen (13) also has a corresponding bolt through hole (13A). ) Is provided.
Further, a fixing plate (12A) is attached to the lower side of the upper platen (12), and a plywood (12 mm thick) (15), which is an insulating plate, is brought into contact with the lower side of the fixing plate (12A). An iron plate (16), which is a plate, is arranged, and the fixing plate (12A) and the iron plate (16) are connecting rods (17A, 17B) having screw portions at upper and lower ends, which are inclined means, and the connecting rod. (17A, 17B) and nuts (18A, 18B) screwed to the upper and lower ends. One connecting rod (17A) is set longer than the other connecting rod (17B). Further, a plywood (12 mm thick) (19) serving as a heat insulating plate is placed on the upper surface of the pressing surface (13B) of the lower platen (13).
[0007]
In order to produce an inorganic plate, a raw material mixture mainly composed of cement and a wood reinforcing material such as a piece of wood is sprayed on a template (20) to form a mat M, and the mat M is pressed into the pressing device (11). ), A semi-dry method or a dry method in which the material is cured and cured in a pressed state is applied.
[0008]
In the pressing step according to the above method, as shown in FIG. 2, a mat M formed on a template (20) is stacked on a plywood (19) of a plurality of lower platens (13) and pressed to form the mat M. It is clamped to a predetermined thickness, and the bolt (21) is passed through and fixed by aligning the bolt through hole (14A) of the clamp arm (14) with the bolt through hole (13A) of the lower platen (13).
In such a pressed state, the sheet is conveyed to a primary heat curing device, heated to, for example, a temperature of 50 to 85 ° C., and left at a humidity of about 90 to 95% RH for about 7 to 18 hours to perform primary curing to cure the mat M. The uppermost and lowermost mats of the mat M are insulated by the plywood (15) and the plywood (19) during curing, and are heated by the upper surface plate (12) and the lower surface plate ( The heat of the lower surface of 13) is not directly applied to the mat M, and thus the evaporation of moisture from the outer surface of the mat M is prevented. After the mat M is first hardened as described above, it is transported to the demolding device to release the clamp, the upper platen (12) is peeled upward, and the mat M is first hardened from the pressing device (11). At this time, the iron plate (16) in contact with the primary cured product of the mat M is fixed at the fixing plate (12) of the upper surface plate (12) by a connecting rod (17A) having one end set long. 12A), the other end of the iron plate (16) connected by the short connecting rod (17B) is lifted first as shown in FIG. 3, and the iron plate (16) is inclined, so that the iron plate (16) is inclined. The vacuum between (16) and the mat M primary cured product is easily broken, and as a result, the iron plate (16) is released from the mat M primary cured product very easily.
[0009]
4 and 5 show another embodiment of the present invention. In this specific example, one end of the iron plate (16) is connected to the fixed plate (12A) of the upper stool (12) by a spring (27). Therefore, when the upper platen (12) is peeled upward, the iron plate (16) is lifted from the other end as in the previous embodiment.
[0010]
FIG. 6 shows still another specific example. In this specific example, one end of a piston (37A) of an air cylinder (37) is pivotally connected to one end of an iron plate (16). When the upper platen (12) is peeled upward, the air cylinder (37) is operated to tilt the iron plate (16).
[0011]
In the above specific example, the tetrafluoroethylene resin layer is not provided on the lower surface of the iron plate (16). However, in the present invention, of course, the tetrafluoroethylene resin layer may be provided on the lower surface of the iron plate (16).
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
Therefore, in the present invention, the upper platen can be easily peeled off from the inorganic material hardened material primary cured material without the need to apply a release agent to the pressurized surface of the upper platen of the pressing device, The production process of the inorganic plate is greatly streamlined.
