Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electronic piano having a keyboard lid slidably supported so as to advance and retreat at an upper portion of a keyboard, and more particularly to a structure of a rooftop installed above upper arms on both sides of the keyboard.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In an electronic piano of this type having a keyboard cover for covering a keyboard and having a roof on top of a brace, for example, as shown in FIG. The rigidity of the rooftop 6 is ensured by attaching a front plate 6a which also serves as reinforcement.
[0003]
First, a configuration example of an electronic piano having a conventional roof structure will be described.
That is, the keyboards 1 arranged in the left and right directions (perpendicular to the paper surface) in FIG. Inside the pair of arms 3 located at both ends of the keyboard 1, slide guides (not shown), which extend in the front and rear directions in this example, are fixed. The keyboard cover 2 can be slid so as to advance and retreat at an upper portion of the keyboard 1 while being guided by the slide guide. A keyboard unit including the keyboard 1 is supported on a shelf 4, and legs 5 project downward from the shelf 4. A music stand 7 and the like are provided on the upper roof 6 and a speaker 8 and the like for generating a musical sound are arranged at a predetermined portion in the piano body.
[0004]
The keyboard 1 is covered by pulling out the keyboard cover 2 as shown by a solid line in FIG. The keyboard 1 is exposed by pushing the keyboard cover 2 backward (rearward) as shown by the two-dot chain line, and is stored under the roof 6.
[0005]
Now, as described above, the front plate 6a is attached to the top roof 6 in the vicinity of the front part in order to secure its rigidity (FIGS. 5A and 5B). Alternatively, when these front plates 6a are not attached, the thickness of the roof is increased so as to have its rigidity.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional electronic piano, when the front plate 6a is provided as in the example shown in FIG. 5, the rigidity can be ensured, but the height of the piano body must be increased due to the presence of the front plate 6a. There were problems such as not.
[0007]
In view of such circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a rooftop structure of an electronic piano that can effectively reduce the height while ensuring rigidity.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The roof structure of an electronic piano according to the present invention is a roof structure of an electronic piano having a roof installed above a pair of arms erected on both sides of a keyboard, along a front edge of the roof. A reinforcing member formed by bending and forming a metal plate is attached and fixed, and the reinforcing member has a substantially rectangular cross section projecting below the roof, and the rigidity of the roof is enhanced. .
[0009]
In the roof structure of the electronic piano according to the present invention, a blind member may be provided at an end of the reinforcing member.
[0010]
In the roof structure of the electronic piano of the present invention, a keyboard lid slidably supported so as to advance and retreat at an upper portion of the keyboard is provided, and the keyboard lid is stored under the roof. .
[0011]
According to the present invention, the reinforcing member is attached and fixed along the front edge of the roof. By enhancing the rigidity of the roof, the thickness of the roof, and thus the height of the piano body, can be reduced by reducing the thickness of the roof as much as possible. By reducing the thickness of the roof, material costs can be reduced, and costs can be substantially reduced.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of a rooftop structure of an electronic piano according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0013]
In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, the basic configuration of an electronic piano according to this embodiment is substantially the same as that of a conventional example. That is, the keyboards 1 arranged on the left and right are covered with the keyboard cover 2. Inside the pair of arms 3 located at both ends of the keyboard 1, slide guides extending forward and backward are fixed. The keyboard cover 2 can be slid so as to advance and retreat at an upper portion of the keyboard 1 while being guided by the slide guide.
[0014]
While being guided by the slide guide as described above, the keyboard cover 2 is slid at the upper portion of the keyboard 1 and pulled out as shown by a solid line in FIG. The keyboard 1 is exposed by pushing the keyboard cover 2 backward (rearward) as shown by a two-dot chain line, and is stored under the roof 10.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 1, a reinforcing member 11 is attached and fixed along the front edge of the roof 10, thereby increasing the rigidity of the roof 10. In this embodiment, the reinforcing member 11 is formed by bending a metal plate. Specifically, the reinforcing member 11 is preferably a PVC steel plate or a steel plate subjected to decorative painting.
[0016]
FIG. 2 shows a top view around the roof 10. As is clear from the figure, the roof 10 has substantially the same width as the upper part of the arm 3. In the case of the illustrated example, the reinforcing member 11 protrudes to the front side of the roof 10, and therefore, it is necessary to treat the end of the reinforcing member 11. In the present embodiment, the blind members 12 are attached to the ends of the reinforcing members 11, respectively. The blind member 12 may be a resin molded product. By fitting the blind member 12 to an end of the reinforcing member 11, the terminal portion of the reinforcing member 11 can be covered and processed effectively.
[0017]
Here, FIG. 3 shows a form example of the reinforcing member 11. In this embodiment, the reinforcing member 11 has a substantially rectangular cross section. As shown in FIG. 3A, the reinforcing member 11 is formed into a shape protruding downward as illustrated by bending and bending a metal plate a plurality of times. In this case, the projection can be made thicker by projecting it downward. The reinforcing member 11 is fixed to the roof 10 with screws 13 or the like.
[0018]
Further, as shown in FIG. 3B, the reinforcing member 11 can be formed in a simple rectangular shape by reducing the number of bending steps in comparison with the case of FIG. 3A. In any case shown in FIG. 3, by mounting and fixing the reinforcing member 11, it is possible to secure necessary and sufficient rigidity after substantially reducing the thickness of the roof 10. 3A and 3B, the blindfold members 12 matching the respective cross-sectional shapes are fitted to the respective ends.
[0019]
In the above configuration, the reinforcing member 11 is attached and fixed along the front edge of the roof 10 as described above. According to the present invention, in a piano of this type having a keyboard cover 2 that covers the keyboard 1 and a roof 10 installed on the upper part of the arm 3, the rigidity of the roof 10 is substantially increased without increasing the thickness. Can be strengthened. In this way, the thickness of the roof 10 can be made as thin as possible, and thus the height of the piano body can be reduced. As a result, the material cost can be reduced by making the roof 10 thinner, and the cost can be substantially reduced.
[0020]
Even when the reinforcing member 11 is provided, an excellent appearance configuration can be guaranteed by effectively treating the terminal portion with the blindfold member 12.
[0021]
Here, FIG. 4 shows a modification of the embodiment of the rooftop structure of the electronic piano according to the present invention.
In this example, the reinforcing member 14 is attached and fixed along the front edge of the roof 10. The reinforcing member 14 is formed of a metal material such as iron or aluminum, and has, for example, a “T” -shaped cross-sectional shape as illustrated. In this case, a groove 10a into which the T-shaped central leg portion 14a is inserted is formed in the front edge of the roof 10. The reinforcing member 14 is fixed to the roof 10 with screws or an adhesive.
[0022]
Also in this example, by attaching and fixing the reinforcing member 14 along the front edge of the roof 10, the height of the piano body can be substantially reduced while the roof 10 is made thinner.
[0023]
In the above-described embodiment, an example in which the reinforcing member 11 has a substantially rectangular cross section has been described. However, the cross sectional shape is not limited to the one illustrated in FIG. 3 and the like, and other shapes may be appropriately used as necessary. It is possible.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, in this type of piano in which the roof is installed above the arm bar, it is possible to enhance the rigidity of the roof while substantially reducing the thickness of the roof. As described above, it is possible to provide a roof structure of an electronic piano that can effectively reduce the height while securing the rigidity of the roof. As a result, there is an advantage that the material cost can be reduced by reducing the thickness of the roof, and the cost can be substantially reduced.
