【課題を解決するための手段】
上記従来の住宅用分電盤の取着具の問題点に鑑み、本発明の目的は、取着具を使用する際に住宅用分電盤の基台等に加工や細工を必要とせず、作業現場で半埋込取付、露出取付の何れかを選択したり、途中変更が支障なくでき、而も美感を損なうことがない住宅用分電盤の取着具を提供するもので、略四角形状に形成した底板の全周に段部を有する側板を設けて基台を形成し、該基台に主幹ブレーカ、分岐ブレーカなどの機器を電気的に接続して配置すると共に、前記基台を蓋体で施蓋して構成される住宅用分電盤を壁材に設けた開口部に取付固定するための取着具であって、前記基台底板の四隅近傍にはボルト挿通孔と固定片調整ネジ挿通孔を穿設し、断面略L字状に形成し一方の端部に第一の支軸を、他方の端部に第二の支軸を夫々形成すると共にボルト挿通孔を穿設した調整片と、該調整片の第一の支軸を挿通する挿通部を形成し該挿通部に連設して前記基台の裏面に当接する取付金具支持片を形成すると共にボルト挿通孔と固定片調整ネジ挿通孔を穿設した取付金具と、前記調整片の第二の支軸を挿通する挿通部を形成し該挿通部に連設して一端を前記基台の側板の段部とで挟持した壁材に当接すると共に他端を前記基台の底板に穿設した固定片調整ネジ挿通孔と前記取付金具の固定片調整ネジ挿通孔に挿通した固定片調整ネジに当接する固定片とから構成し、前記調整片に穿設したボルト挿通孔と、前記取付金具の取付支持片に穿設したボルト挿通孔と、前記基台底板の四隅近傍に穿設したボルト挿通孔とを一致させて順にボルトを挿通し、ナットで締付けて壁材の開口部に取付固定することである。

【発明の実施の形態】

取着具6は、断面略L字状に形成し一方の端部に第一の支軸9を、他方の端部に第二の支軸10を夫々形成すると共にボルト挿通孔11を穿設した調整片12と、この調整片12の第一の支軸9を挿通する挿通部13を形成しこの挿通部13に連設して基台5の裏面に当接する取付金具支持片14を形成すると共にボルト挿通孔15と固定片調整ネジ挿通孔16を穿設した取付金具17と、調整片12の第二の支軸10を挿通する挿通部18を形成しこの挿通部18に連設して一端を基台5の側板4の段部3とで挟持した壁材Wに当接すると共に他端を基台5の底板に穿設した固定片調整ネジ挿通孔8と前記取付金具17の固定片調整ネジ挿通孔16に挿通した固定片調整ネジ19に当接する固定片20とからなり、調整片12に穿設したボルト挿通孔11と、取付金具17に穿設したボルト挿通孔15と、基台5の底板四隅近傍に穿設したボルト挿通孔7とを一致させてボルト22を順に挿通し、スペーサ23を介して蝶ナット24で締付けて壁材の開口部に取付固定される。
