本発明は、照明器具を引っ掛けシーリングに取付けるための照明器具の取付け装置及びこれを備えた照明装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
照明器具を引っ掛けシーリングに取付けるための照明器具の取付け装置としては、例えば、実開平5ー90726号公報が知られいる。この実開平5ー90726号公報に示される従来例は、図15に示すように、取付け装置A′が、取付け装置A′の主体を構成する本体部1′の上面に引っ掛けシーリング2に係止自在とする係止爪を設け、この本体部1′の外周面部に係止部7′を横方向に移動自在で且つ本体部1′の外周面部から出没自在に設け、更に、本体部1′に係止部7′を引き込ませるための操作を行う上下方向に移動自在な操作釦50を設けて構成してある。そして、天井44に取付けた引っ掛けシーリング2に取付け装置A′に設けた係止爪を引っ掛け係止し、この状態で、取付け装置A′の本体部1′に照明器具本体4の挿入孔5を被嵌すると共に、照明器具本体4の係合部6′に本体部1′より突出した係止部7′を係止するようにしている。また、従来例にあっては、電気的接続手段53を本体部1′の外周面部に設けていた。

一方、照明器具本体4を取り外すに当たっては、操作釦50を上方に押して、係止部7′を係合部6′から抜き、その後、照明器具本体4を下方に引き下ろすことにより取り外すようにしていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、上記のような従来例にあっては、係止部7′は横方向に移動して本体部1′の周面から出没自在であるが、操作釦50は上下方向に移動するので、操作釦50の上下方向の移動を係止部7′の横方向の移動に変換する必要があり、構造が複雑になるという問題がある。また、操作釦50の操作が上下方向であり、該操作釦の操作ストロークも必要となるので、必然的に本体部1′の上下方向の厚みが厚くなってしまうという問題がある。更に、照明器具本体4を取り外す時、操作釦50を操作するには片手の一部の指で操作釦50を上方に押し上げ操作を行いながら、他の指で照明器具本体4を支えて照明器具本体4を引き下ろすような操作が必要であって、照明器具本体4の取り外しが行いにくいという問題がある。また、1つの操作釦50で2つの係止部7′が動作するようにしているので、1つの操作釦を操作するための解除操作力が高くなる可能性が大きく、また、一方の係止部7′が動作不良であっても、わかりにくく、照明器具本体4の中途半端な取付けが生じるという危険性があった。更に、電気的接続手段53を本体部1′の外周面部に設けているので、これが係止部7′と操作釦の係止以外に取付け装置A′の外形寸法が大きくなる要因となり、取付け装置A′の外形寸法が大きくなるという問題があった。

本発明は上記の従来例の問題点に鑑みて発明したものであって、構造が簡単で、本体部の厚みが薄くでき、また、照明器具本体の取り外しが容易に行え、また、本体部の外形寸法も小さくできる照明器具の取付け装置及びこれを備えた照明装置を提供することを課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題を解決するために、本発明の照明器具の取付け装置は、略円盤状をした外形の本体部1の上面に引っ掛けシーリング2に係止自在とする係止爪3を設け、本体部1の外周面部に本体部1を照明器具本体4の挿入孔5に挿入した状態で照明器具本体4の係合部6へ係止する横方向に移動自在で且つ本体部1の外周面部に対して出没自在な爪状の係止部7と、係止部7の照明器具本体4の係合部6への係止を解除するための操作方向が横方向である本体部1に設けられた解除操作部8と、を備えた照明器具の取付け装置であって、一端側に係止部7を他端側に解除操作部8を有すると共に解除操作部8を横方向に移動させたときに係止部7が横方向の同じ向きに移動する移動体18を一対設け、この一対の移動体18を解除操作部8の各々を互いに離れる方向に操作することにより係止部7の各々が略円盤状の本体部1の外周面部の互いに略対称となる位置で没して係止部7が係合部6より解除されるように配置したことを特徴とするものであって、このように、係止部7の移動方向と解除操作部8の移動方向とが同じ横方向であるから、構造が簡略化でき、また、本体部1の上下方向の厚みを薄くでき、さらに照明器具本体4を取り外す際には、両手48の親指48aを除く他の4本の指48bで照明器具本体4を支えた状態で、両手の親指48aをそれぞれ横方向に操作して解除操作部8の操作ができて、照明器具本体4を両手48でバランスよく支持しながら簡単に両係止部7の両係合部6に対する係合を解除できて解除操作が容易に行え、しかもこの場合、両手48で照明器具本体4を支えながら親指48aの自然な横方向の動きにより解除操作部8を操作できて解除操作がより容易に行えるものであり、また、係止部7及び解除操作部8がそれぞれ一対設けてあることで、各々の係止部7の動作の確認をそれぞれの係止部7に対応する別々の解除操作部8により確認することができ、一方の係合が不完全であった場合に容易に確認できることになる。

また、一対の係止部7及び解除操作部8が略円盤状をした外形の本体部1の中心を通り且つ略円盤状をした本体部1の外周面部を横断する直線に沿って設けられ、解除操作部8により操作される係止部7が略円盤状をした本体部1の外周面部の互いに対称となる位置から出没自在とすることが好ましい。このような構成とすることで、本体部1に対して係止部7及び解除操作部8を合理的な配置関係にできることになる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明を以下添付図面に示す実施形態に基づいて説明する。

本体部1は略円盤状をしており、本体部1の上面部には図2に示すように、下方に向けて凹設した凹部11が形成してあり、本体部1の下端部は図1に示すように全面が開口している。上記本体部1の上面部に凹設した凹部11の下面部から下方に水平断面長方形状をした角筒部9cが下方に向けて垂設してある。凹部11の底部の上面には係止爪3とコネクタ電極9aとを有する一対の端子板ブロック12が取付けねじ13により取付けてある。そして、一対の端子板ブロック12に設けた一対の係止爪3が本体部1の上面部から上方に突出している。また、一対の端子板ブロック12に設けた一対のコネクタ電極9aが角筒部9c内に挿入してあって、このように角筒部9c内に一対のコネクタ電極9aを内装することでコネクタ9が構成してある。平面視長方形状の角筒部9cの長辺方向と平行な方向の一側面にはロック溝部9dが設けてあり、このロック溝部9dの下端は角筒部9cの下端よりも上方に位置しており、また、ロック溝部9dの内部にはロック部9eが設けてある。

略円盤状をした本体部1の外周面部には図1、図7等に示すように一対の孔14が形成してあり、この一対の孔14の位置関係は略円盤状をした本体部1の中心を回転中心とする180°回転対称となる位置関係にある。

係止部7は水平板状をしており、この係止部7の先端部は本体部1の外周面部の円弧と同じ曲率半径の円弧となっている。水平板状をした係止部7の後端部の一側端部には下方又は斜め下方に向けて突出した下向き片15が突設してあり、下向き片15の下端部から背方に向けて略L字状をした連結片17が水平に連出してあり、連結片17の一片部に縦板状をした解除操作部8の上端部の一側部が連設してあって、移動体18が構成してある。したがって、連結片17及び解除操作部8の上端は水平板状をした係止部7よりも下方に位置している。移動体18の係止部7の後端部の中央部には2条のガイド部10が解除操作部8側に向けて突出してある。この2条のガイド部10の突出基部は下方又は斜め下方にむけて突出した段落ち片10aとなっており、ガイド部10の先端部は連結片17と同じレベルとなっている。上記2条のガイド部10間がばね材収納部20となっている。また、係止部7には2つの長孔19が設けてある。また、解除操作部8にはキャップ8aが被せられる。

本体部1の内部には2個で一組となった支持軸部21が2組設けてあり、一組の支持軸部21に一方の移動体18の2個の長孔19をスライド自在に嵌め込み、他の一組の支持軸部21に他方の移動体18の2個の長孔19をスライド自在に嵌め込んである。ここで、上記2個の移動体18は水平面で180°回転した状態となっている。そして、一方の移動体18の係止部7が本体部1の外周面部の対向部分に設けた一対の孔14のうちの一方の孔14から出没自在となっており、他方の移動体18の係止部7が他方の孔14から出没自在となっている。また、移動体18に設けた2条のガイド部10はコネクタ9の外殻を構成する平面視長方形状の角筒部9cの長辺側の側面にスライド自在に嵌まり込んでいて、ガイド部10が角筒部9cの長辺側の側面にガイドされながらスムーズに移動するようになっている。

そして、本発明においては、一対の係止部7及び解除操作部8が略円盤状をした外形の本体部1の中心を通り且つ略円盤状をした本体部1の外周面部を横断する直線に沿って設けてあり、解除操作部8により操作される係止部7が略円盤状をした本体部1の外周面部の互いに対称となる位置に設けた孔14から出没自在となっていて、全体の配置を合理的な配置にして全体のコンパクト化を図っている。

ここで、本発明においては解除操作部8の操作方向は横方向(水平方向)で、また、係止部7の移動方向も横方向であって、このように解除操作部8の操作方向と係止部7の移動方向とを同じ横方向としたから、上記のように、横方向(水平方向)に移動自在な移動体18に解除操作部8と係止部7とを一体に設けた簡単な構造で、解除操作部8を横方向に移動させることにより係止部7を横方向に移動させる構造とすることができるものである。また、このように解除操作部8の操作方向と係止部7の移動方向とを同じ横方向とすることで、解除操作部を上下方向に移動する場合に比べて、上下方向のストロークが必要でないのみならず、従来例のように、上下方向の運動を横方向の運動に変換する変換機構も必要でなく、本体部1の上下方向の厚みを薄くできると共に、構造を簡略化できることになる。

そして、移動体18の2条のガイド部10間に形成されたばね材収納部20にコイルスプリング23が配設してあり、該コイルスプリング23の両端部がそれぞれ移動体18と角筒部9cの短辺側の面とに弾接してあって、コイルスプリング23のばね力により係止部7が孔14から外側に突出している。この状態が図3、図4、図6、図7、図8、図10等に示す状態であって、図3に示すように、ガイド部10の先端部が平面視長方形状の角筒部9cの長辺側の側面の両端部近くまで移動し、両移動体18のガイド部10間にロック溝部9dが露出した状態となっている。また、下方に突出している両側の解除操作部8をコイルスプリング23に抗して互いに離れる方向に移動させるとガイド部10の先端部同士が突き当たるようになっており、この状態で係止部7は本体部1の外周面部から内側に引き込むものである。また、ガイド部10の先端部同士が突き当たった状態では上記ロック溝部9dが図11(a)に示すようにガイド部10により塞がれることになる。

本体部1の下面開口部には補強板を兼用した蓋30が取付けねじ31により取付けてあり、該蓋30には一対の孔32が設けてあって、一対の移動体18にそれぞれ設けた下方に垂下した一対の解除操作部8が上記一対の孔32にスライド自在に挿通してある。また、蓋30の中央部には中央孔33が設けてあって、該中央孔33にコネクタ9の下端部及びロック溝部9dの下端部が対向している。ここで、コネクタ9の下端部は中央孔33にはまり込んでいる。ここで、係止部7が本体部1の外周面部から内側に引き込んだ状態では両ガイド部10の先端部がロック溝部9dの下方開口を塞いでいて中央孔33から両ガイド部10の先端部が見えるようになっている。したがって、仮に、両係止部7がいずれも本体部1の外周面部から突出していない場合には、両ガイド部10の先端部がいずれも中央孔33に露出して見え、また、両係止部7のうち一方の係止部7が本体部1の外周面部から突出していない場合には、両ガイド部10のうち一方のガイド部10の先端部が中央孔33に露出して見え、当該係止部7が外方に突出していないことが確認できることになる。

ここで、コネクタ9の角筒部9cに設けた2極のコネクタ電極9aは、断面長方形状をした角筒部9cの長辺と平行に2極のコネクタ電極9aを配置してあり、更に、角筒部9cの長辺に沿った方向と、一対の解除操作部8を結ぶ直線(つまり移動体18の移動方向)とが略同じ方向となっているので、角筒部9cの長辺の長さを有効利用して、ガイド部10をガイドとしながら移動体18を移動して、両ガイド部10の先端部が離れた状態では上記のように、ロック溝部9dをオープンにしてコネクタ9への接続のためのスペースが十分確保できるようになっている。

本体部1には更にロック部材25が本体部1の上面部より出没自在に取付けてある。該ロック部材25はばね26により上方に突出するばね力が付与してあり、該ばね力によりロック部材25が本体部1の上面部より上方に突出している。

本体部1の周面部の下端部には操作窓部34が設けてあり、蓋30には操作窓部34に対向して切欠部35が設けてある。切欠部35内には操作釦27の操作部36が移動自在に配置してあり、操作部36の先端部の溝部37が蓋30の切欠部35の奥の部位にスライド自在に嵌まり込んでいる。操作釦27には傾斜したカム部38が設けてあり、カム部38にロック部材25の下端部の当たり部39がばね26のばね力により弾接している。したがって、通常はばね26のばね力により当たり部39が上方に押し上げられ、これにより操作部36が図13(a)のように本体部1の周面部の内面に当接している。この状態はロック部材25の上端部が本体部1の上面部よりも上方に突出した状態に設定してある。一方、操作窓34から指を入れて操作部36を押すと、図13(b)のように当たり部39がばね26に抗してカム部38により下方に押し下げられ、これによりロック部材25の上端部が本体部1の上面部よりも下方に引き込むように設定してある。

次に、照明器具40は図9に示すように、照明器具本体4にランプ41、器具点灯ブロック42を装備して構成してあり、照明器具本体4の上面部中央部には挿入孔5が設けてあり、該挿入孔5の縁部に円筒状をしたホルダー43が設けてあり、ホルダー43の内周面部に溝が設けてあって、該溝が係合部6を構成している。

天井44には引っ掛けシーリング2が取付けてあり、引っ掛けシーリング2の下面部には一対の円弧状をした係止孔2aが設けてあり、係止孔2aの一端部は巾広孔部2bとなっている。

しかして、照明器具40を天井44に取付けるには、まず、天井44に取付けた引っ掛けシーリング2に前述の取付け装置Aを取付けるものである。取付け装置Aの取付けに当たっては、まず、本体部1に設けた一対の端子板ブロック12の係止爪3を係止孔2aに挿入係止する。この場合、係止爪3は巾広孔部2bから挿入して円弧状をした係止孔2aの他端部まで移動させて機械的、電気的に引っ掛けシーリング2に取付け装置Aを取付けるのであるが、この状態で、係止爪3が巾広孔部2bに位置している状態では引っ掛けシーリング2の下面に押しつけられて弾接していたロック部材25の先端部が、係止爪3が円弧状をした係止孔2aの他端部に到った状態で、係止孔2aの一部(実施形態では巾広孔部2b)内に嵌め込まれて、ロック部材25を下降させない限り、つまり、操作釦27を操作しない限り、取付け装置Aが引っ掛けシーリング2から取り外せないようになっている。

次に、照明器具本体4を手に持って挿入孔5(つまり円筒状のホルダー43)を取付け装置Aの円盤状をした本体部1に下方より嵌め込むものである。ここで、本体部1の周面部の対向する位置から一対の移動体18の係止部7がそれぞれコイルスプリング23のばね力により外側方に突出しているので、ホルダー43の嵌め込みにより係止部7がコイルスプリング23のばね力に抗して内側に押し込まれ、係合部6と係止部7とが対向した時点で、コイルスプリング23のばね力により係止部7が係合部6に弾性的に係止し、これにより図11(b)に示すように、照明器具本体4が引っ掛けシーリング2に取付けた取付け装置Aに取付けられることになる。

このように取付け装置Aに照明器具40が取付けられた状態では、取付け装置Aの本体部1に設けた係止部7がコイルスプリング23のばね力により外側に飛び出す方向に移動体18が移動しているので、既に述べたように、ロック溝部9dが両移動体18のガイド部10により塞がれないで開放した状態となっている。したがって、取付け装置Aに照明器具40を取付けた状態では、移動体18のガイド部10に邪魔されることなく、照明器具40に設けたコネクタ49を中央孔33に位置するコネクタ9に嵌め込むと共にコネクタ49に設けたロック受け49aをロック溝部9dに嵌め込んでロック部9eに係止するようになっている。このようにして、照明器具40が電気的に接続されるものである。図11(a)、図14(b)にコネクタ49を接続した状態を示している。

ところで、両係止部7のうち一方の係止部7のみが係合部6に係合している状態でも、一応照明器具本体4は取付け装置Aに取付けられるので、作業者は両方とも正常に取付けられていると勘違いして、取付け作業を完了してしまうことがあるが、本発明においては、すでに述べたように、一方の係止部7が仮に何らかの理由で外方に突出していない状態(つまり係止部7が係合部6に係合していない状態)ではガイド部10が中央孔33に露出して見えるため、一方の係止部7が係合部6に係合していない不完全な取付け状態であることが確認できるものである。また、各々の係止部7の動作の確認をそれぞれの係止部7に対応する別々の解除操作部の位置を確認することによっても、一方の係合が不完全であった場合に容易に確認できるものである。また、仮に、この一方の係止部7が係合部6に係合していない不完全な取付け状態のままコネクタ49をコネクタ9に接続しようとしても、中央孔33にガイド部10が位置していてロック溝部9dの開口部の半分が塞がれることになるので、図14(a)のようにロック受け49aをロック溝部9dに嵌め込むことができず、この段階でも、一方の係止部7が係合部6に係合していない不完全な取付け状態であることが確認できることになる。

一方、照明器具40の取り外しに当たっては、以下のようにして行うものである。すなわち、まず、ロック受け49aとロック部12bとのロックを解除して照明器具40に設けたコネクタ49を取り外す。次に、図12のように両手48を照明器具本体4の上面部の下面に当て、親指48aを除く他の4本の指48bで照明器具本体4を支え、この状態で両方の手48の親指48aをそれぞれ取付け装置Aの本体部1の下面から下方に垂下している一対の移動体18に設けた解除操作部8に当て、この状態で両親指48aを図12の矢印方向に移動させることで、両移動体18の解除操作部8が図12の矢印方向に移動し、これにより両移動体18が移動して係止部7が内側に移動して係合部6から離脱するので、そのまま、両手48で照明器具本体4を下方に引き下ろすことで、取り外すことができるものである。

この場合、解除操作部8の操作方向が横方向(水平方向)であるため、図12のように両手48の親指48aを除く他の指で照明器具本体4の上面部の下面に当てて支持した状態で両手の親指48aを横方向に動かすのみで係止部7を係合部6から離脱させることができて、係合の解除操作が容易に行えて、照明器具本体4の取り外しが容易にできることになる。

【発明の効果】
本発明の請求項1記載の発明にあっては、上述のように、略円盤状をした外形の本体部の上面に引っ掛けシーリングに係止自在とする係止爪を設け、本体部の外周面部に本体部を照明器具本体の挿入孔に挿入した状態で照明器具本体の係合部へ係止する横方向に移動自在で且つ本体部の外周面部に対して出没自在な爪状の係止部と、係止部の照明器具本体の係合部への係止を解除するための操作方向が横方向である本体部に設けられた解除操作部と、を備えた照明器具の取付け装置であって、一端側に係止部を他端側に解除操作部を有すると共に解除操作部を横方向に移動させたときに係止部が横方向の同じ向きに移動する移動体を一対設け、この一対の移動体を解除操作部の各々を互いに離れる方向に操作することにより係止部の各々が略円盤状の本体部の外周面部の互いに略対称となる位置で没して係止部が係合部より解除されるように配置してあるので、解除操作部の操作方向と係止部の移動方向とを同じ方向としたので、解除操作部の操作方向と係止部の移動方向とが異なる方向である従来例に比べて、本体部の上下方向の厚みを薄くでき、また、構造を簡単にできて一体化も可能となり、組立て性も向上し、さらに照明器具本体を取り外す際には、両手の親指を除く他の指で照明器具本体を支えた状態で、両手の親指をそれぞれ横方向に操作して解除操作部の操作ができて、照明器具本体を両手でバランスよく支持しながら簡単に両係止部の両係合部に対する係合を解除できるものであり、しかもこの場合、両手で照明器具本体を支えながら親指の自然な横方向の動きにより解除操作部を操作できて解除操作がより容易に行えるものであり、また、各々の係止部の動作の確認をそれぞれの係止部に対応する別々の解除操作部により確認することができ、一方の係合が不完全であった場合に容易に確認できるものである。

また、請求項2記載の発明にあっては、上記請求項1記載の発明の効果に加えて、一対の係止部及び解除操作部が略円盤状をした外形の本体部の中心を通り且つ略円盤状をした本体部の外周面部を横断する直線に沿って設けられ、解除操作部により操作される係止部が略円盤状をした本体部の外周面部に互いに対称となる位置から出没自在としてあるので、本体部に対して係止部及び解除操作部を合理的な配置関係にできて、コンパクト化が図れるものである。
