Referring to the description to fig. 7, the switch assembly 6 is shown in the open state. When the switch assembly 6 is in the off state, the locking portion 6311 of the locking member 631 abuts against the first locking groove 615, and the movable contact conductive member 42 is separated from the stationary contact conductive member 43. When the switch assembly 6 is in the off state, the locking portion 6311 of the locking member 631 abuts against the inner wall of the first locking groove 615 by the first elastic member 632, so as to lock the switch handle 61. When the operating arm 611 is operated to rotate, the force of the first elastic member 632 on the locking member 631 needs to be overcome, so that the misoperation can be prevented, and the safety performance can be improved.
Referring to fig. 6 of the specification, the switch assembly 6 is shown in the on state. When the switch assembly 6 is in the on state, the locking portion 6311 of the locking member 631 abuts against the second locking groove 6116, and the movable contact conductive member 41 is electrically connected to the stationary contact guide 43. When the switch assembly 6 is in the on state, the locking portion 6311 of the locking member 631 abuts against the inner wall of the second locking groove 616 by the first elastic member 632, so as to lock the switch handle 61. When the operating arm 611 is operated to rotate, the force of the first elastic member 632 on the locking member 631 needs to be overcome, so that the misoperation can be prevented, and the stability of the electrical connection can be improved.
Further, the end of the locking arm 614 has a locking protrusion 6141 extending outward, the first locking groove 615 is formed between the locking protrusion 6141 and the end of the locking arm 614, and the second locking groove 616 is located on a side of the locking protrusion 6141 away from the first locking groove 615.
For example, when the switch assembly 6 is switched from the off state to the on state, the operating arm 611 is toggled counterclockwise around the rotating shaft 613, so that the rotating shaft 613, the driving arm 612 and the locking arm 614 are driven to rotate counterclockwise. During the counterclockwise rotation of the locking arm 614, the locking protrusion 6141 of the locking arm 614 moves along the inclined surface 6312 of the locking portion 6311 toward the tip of the locking member 631, and simultaneously the locking protrusion 6141 of the locking arm 614 pushes the locking member 631 to the left to move and compress the first elastic member 632. With the counterclockwise rotation of the locking arm 614, when the locking projection 6141 passes the tip of the locking member 631, the locking projection 6141 contacts the inclined surface 6313, and the tip of the locking member 631 moves into the second locking groove 616. During the counterclockwise movement of the driving arm 612 around the middle rotating shaft 613, the driving arm 612 pulls the switch slider 62 to move rightward, and the switch slider 62 drives the moving contact conductive member 42 to move toward the fixed contact conductive member 43. When the locking protrusion 6141 moves to the inclined surface 6313, that is, the locking part 6311 moves to abut against the second locking groove 616, the movable contact conductor 42 is electrically connected to the stationary contact conductor 43, and the switch assembly 6 is switched to the on state.
The tip of the lock member 631 refers to an intersection of the inclined surface 6312 and the inclined surface 6313, and preferably, the tip of the lock member 631 has a certain arc. Accordingly, the tip of the locking projection 6141 has a certain curvature.
It is worth mentioning that after the locking protrusion 6141 moves from the inclined surface 6312 of the locking portion 6311 to the inclined surface 6313, and the tip of the locking portion 6311 moves into the second locking groove 616, the operating arm 611 is clockwise shifted, so that the acting force of the first elastic member 632 needs to be overcome in the process that the locking protrusion 6141 moves from the inclined surface 6313 to the inclined surface 6312, thereby preventing the occurrence of the situations of misoperation or accidental collision and the like, and improving the stability of the hanging and opening assembly 6.
For example, when the switch assembly 6 is switched from the on state to the off state, the operating arm 611 is shifted clockwise around the rotation axis 613, so as to rotate the driving arm 612, the rotation axis 613 and the locking arm 614 clockwise. During the clockwise rotation of the locking arm 614, the locking protrusion 6141 of the locking arm 614 moves along the inclined surface 6313 to the tip of the locking part 6311. When the locking protrusion 6141 moves to the tip of the locking part 6311 and the locking arm 614 continues to move, the locking protrusion 6141 moves to the inclined surface 6312 beyond the tip of the locking part 6311, the inclined surface 6312 moves along the inclined surface of the locking arm 614, and the locking part 6311 moves to the first locking groove 615. During the clockwise movement of the driving arm 612, the driving arm 612 drives the switch slider 62 to move leftward, and the switch slider 62 drives the moving contact conductor 43 to move leftward to separate from the fixed contact conductor 43, so as to break the electrical connection between the moving contact conductor 43 and the fixed contact conductor 43. When the locking portion 6311 of the locking member 631 moves into the first locking groove 615, the switch assembly 6 is switched to the off state.
It is worth mentioning that when the locking protrusion 6141 is contacted with the inclined surface 6312 by the inclined surface 6313 passing over the tip of the locking part 6311, under the action of the first elastic member 632, the locking member 631 pushes the switch handle 61 to return to the original position quickly, so that the movable contact conductive member 42 is separated from the stationary contact conductive member 43 quickly, and the electrical connection is cut off quickly.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9 of the specification, further, an end of the driving arm 612 away from the central rotating shaft 613 is provided with a driving rod 617, and the driving rod 617 is parallel to the central rotating shaft 613; the side wall of the switch slider 62 has a driving groove 620 extending in the height direction of the switch slider 62, and the driving rod 617 is slidably mounted in the driving groove 620; in the process that the driving arm 612 rotates around the middle rotating shaft 613, the driving rod 617 drives the switch slider 62 to move left and right while the side wall of the driving groove 620 moves up and down in the driving groove 620, so as to control the on/off between the moving contact conductive member 42 and the stationary contact conductive member 43.
Illustratively, when the driving arm 612 rotates counterclockwise around the middle rotating shaft 613, the driving rod 617 contacts the right sidewall of the driving groove 620 and moves downward in the driving groove 620 to drive the switch slider 62 to move rightward, and drive the movable contact conductor 42 to move toward the fixed contact conductor 43.
Illustratively, when the driving arm 612 rotates clockwise around the middle rotating shaft 613, the driving rod 617 contacts the left sidewall of the driving shaft 620 and moves upward in the driving groove 620, so that the switch slider 62 moves leftward to move the movable contact conductor 42 away from the stationary contact conductor 43.
Further, the side wall of the switch slider 62 further has a driving arm mounting groove 621 extending along the height direction of the switch slider 62, the driving arm mounting groove 621 is communicated with the driving groove 620, and one end of the driving arm 612, which is far away from the middle rotating shaft 613, is movably mounted in the driving arm mounting groove 621.
Preferably, the upper end opening size of the driving arm mounting groove 621 is larger than the lower end opening size to facilitate the movement of the driving arm 612.
The switch slider 62 further includes a moving contact mounting groove 622, and the moving contact conductive member 42 is mounted to the moving contact mounting groove 622.
Further, the locking mechanism 63 further includes a second elastic member 634. The second elastic member 634 is installed in the moving contact mounting groove 622 and the second elastic member 634 is located between the inner wall of the moving contact mounting groove 622 and the moving contact conductive member 42, the second elastic member 634 is compressed when the moving contact conductive member 42 is in contact with the fixed contact conductive member 43, and the second elastic member 634 applies force to the moving contact conductive member 42 so that the moving contact conductive member 42 is closely and electrically connected to the fixed contact conductive member 43.
Preferably, the second elastic member 634 is a spring. Alternatively, the second elastic member 634 may be an elastic rubber. It is to be understood that the specific type of the second elastic member 634 should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
