一般に、化粧料を携帯する際に化粧料容器が用いられるが、この化粧料容器は容器本体内に設けられる中枠に化粧皿を形成し、この化粧皿内に化粧料を収納すると共に、容器本体の後端部に開閉自在に蝶着される蓋体を設け、この蓋体で容器本体上側を覆うようになっている。そして、容器本体と蓋体との前端部間に設けられるフック機構で蓋体の閉止状態が保持され、かつ、このフック機構を解除するためのプッシュボタン(操作部)が容器本体の前端部から突出されるのが一般的な構造となっている。

ところで、この種の化粧料容器では化粧皿内の気密性を保持するために、例えば実公平6−2585号公報に開示されるように蓋体の裏側にパッキン材を設け、蓋体を閉止した際に前記パッキン材のシール部分が化粧皿の周縁部上面に圧接されるようになっている。尚、かかる公告公報ではシール部分と並列して切欠かれたヒンジ溝が弾発力を発生するようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、かかる従来の気密化粧料容器にあっては、蓋体を閉止した際にパッキン材が化粧皿内の気密を保持するための保持力(作用力)は、支点となる蓋体の蝶着部分と、力点となるフック機構の係合部分とで決定される。このため、前記蝶着部分にガタ付きがあると、作用点となるシール部分までの距離が著しく短いこともあって前記気密保持力が著しく低下してしまうため、この蝶着部分には高精度が要求される。従って、化粧料容器の成型に際しては、高い成型精度を維持して変形や歪みなどの発生を防止し安定化させるために、成型サイクルを長く設定しなければならない。このため生産性が低下して、製品のコストアップを招いてしまう。

かかる目的を達成するために本発明は、容器本体と、この容器本体の後方端部に開閉自在に蝶着される蓋体とを備え、この容器本体に回転自在に支持され化粧皿を収納する回転枠と、この回転枠を一方向に回転付勢する付勢手段と、この回転枠から一体に突設されて容器本体に形成した開口部に位置される回動操作部と、容器本体に開閉自在に蝶着されて前記回転枠の上側を覆う中蓋と、この中蓋の下面に取付けられて中蓋の閉止状態で前記回転枠または前記化粧皿の上端周縁部に圧接されるパッキン材と、前記回転枠から外側に突設される第1係合突起と、前記蓋体から垂設されて蓋体の閉止状態で第1係合突起に係合される第2係合突起と、前記回転枠から外側に、その周方向に互いに間隔を隔てて突設される複数の第3係合突起と、前記中蓋の下面から突設されて中蓋の閉止状態で前記第3係合突起にそれぞれ係合される複数の第4係合突起とを設けることにより構成する。
