Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides a simple and quick construction work that can be performed from the inside of a building structure to fix a wall plate material to a structural material in the construction of a building outer wall, and a temporary scaffold for outside wall construction and the like outside. The present invention relates to a wall mounting structure that can eliminate the need for a wall.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in the construction of building exterior walls arranged side by side using a plurality of building boards as wall materials, a plurality of structural materials such as a rim of a steel frame structure, which are horizontally and vertically arranged at appropriate intervals, are provided. Walls such as walls are constructed by lining up building boards. In this type of construction, first, a temporary scaffold is constructed at a position further outside the outer wall construction of the building structure, and the worker uses the temporary scaffold to attach a building plate to a structural material. This temporary scaffold will be dismantled after completion of the outer wall construction.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, when constructing an outer wall of a building structure, it is necessary to apply a building plate to a structural material from the outside of the building structure to construct a temporary scaffold. It is necessary to construct the temporary scaffold so as to surround the outer periphery of the building structure. Then, an architectural plate is disposed on the structural material, and the architectural plate and the structural material are fixed to each other via a fixing tool such as a bolt / nut or a hook bolt.
[0004]
Furthermore, when the construction of the outer wall is completed with the building board, the temporary scaffold will be dismantled. As described above, the construction of the outer wall of the building structure requires a new temporary scaffold, and therefore, a specialist specialized in the construction of the temporary scaffold is required. This requires construction time and construction cost due to the work of assembling and disassembling the temporary scaffold, and adds to the construction time and construction cost of the entire building structure.
[0005]
In addition, since the construction of the outer wall of the building structure is always performed from the outside of the building structure, it is particularly susceptible to the weather, and if rainy weather continues, the construction period may be significantly extended. Under such circumstances, in the construction of an outer wall of a building structure, a structure and a construction method that can be performed from the inside of the building structure to fix a building plate to a structural material are expected.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The inventor of the present invention has made intensive studies in order to solve the above-mentioned problems. A wall plate member forming a substantially horizontal first overlapped edge, and forming a substantially horizontal second overlapped edge outward in the width direction from the other end of the main plate; a structural member having a flange-like portion; In a wall mounting structure comprising a pressing portion that presses and fixes a joint portion between plate materials to the flange-shaped portion, a locking bent edge is formed at a lower end adjacent to the pressing portion and a receiving plate piece is formed at an upper end. A wall plate fixing device having the formed contact plate portion and a fastening member which is opposed to the corresponding plate portion and which can be freely tightened by a fixing member in a state of being vertically displaced from the contact plate portion; A plurality of wall plate materials are placed on the flange-shaped part of the material, and the lower end of the flange-shaped part is locked with the bent edge The upper portion of the flange-shaped portion is clamped by a backing plate portion and a fastening member via a fastener, and the upper side of the fastening member is received by the receiving plate piece, and the fastening member, the backing plate portion, Has a wall-mounting structure in which the overlapping portion of the second overlapping edge and the first overlapping edge of the wall plate members is fixed to the flange-like portion at the holding portion so as to be substantially parallel to each other. In the construction of an outer wall of an object, it is possible to fix the wall plate material to the structural material easily and quickly on the inner side of the building structure, thereby solving the above problem.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The wall body of the present invention mainly includes a wall plate material A, a structural member 4, and a wall plate material fixing tool B (see FIGS. 1 and 2A). As shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the wall plate material A used as the wall plate material has a first overlapped edge 2 formed on one side in the width direction of the main plate 1 and a second overlapped edge on the other side. An edge 3 is formed. The main plate 1 of the wall plate material A is formed with one or a plurality of bulging portions 1a.
[0008]
Evagination portion 1a, as the sectional shape shown in FIG. 5 (B), a roughly flat trapezoidal, its top 1a 1 is flat. The bulging portion 1a is formed along the width direction of the wall plate material A. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the main plate 1 is composed of two bulging portions 1a. In the case where the main plate 1 includes only one bulging portion 1a, substantially the entire main plate 1 is formed as the bulging portion 1a.
[0009]
A first overlapped edge 2 is formed at one end in the width direction of the wall plate material A, and a second overlapped edge 3 is formed at the other end in the width direction. The first overlapped edge 2 is formed horizontally from the end of the bulging portion 1a toward the inside from the back side, and the edge may be folded back. That is, substantially parallel to the top portion 1a 1 of the bulging portion 1a.
[0010]
Then, the adjacent wall plate materials A, A overlap the first overlapped edge 2 in the opposed second overlapped edge 3, and fix the overlapped portion to the structural material 4 via the wall plate material fixing tool B described later. The edge of the first overlapped edge 2 may be folded back to form a hairpin curved portion. Further, the second overlapped edge 3 is formed on the opposite side of the first overlapped edge 2 in the width direction and so as to extend in the width direction of the wall plate material A.
[0011]
The overlapping portion of the second overlapping edge 3 and the first overlapping edge 2 between the adjacent wall plate materials A, A is formed on the back surface side of the bulging portion 1a. That is, the first polymerization edge 2 between the top portion 1a 1 of the polymerization portion and bulged portion 1a of the second polymerization edge 3 suitable space is formed in the work, wallboard fixture utilizing the space B can be mounted on a structural member 4 described later (see FIGS. 4A and 4B).
[0012]
Next, the structural material 4 is used as a rim or the like in a steel structure of a building structure. As a steel material used for this, a section steel such as a channel steel or an equilateral (or unequal side) angle iron is used. You. In addition, I-beams, H-beams, and the like may be used. The flange portion 4a of the structural material 4 is a flat plate portion along the longitudinal direction of the structural material 4.
[0013]
For example, in the case of the channel steel shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 (B), the portion corresponding to the flange-shaped portion 4a means a rising portion formed at both ends in the width direction of the web portion. Similarly, in the case of I-shaped steel and H-shaped steel, the flange-shaped portion 4a also refers to a rising portion formed at both ends in the width direction of the web. In the case of equilateral (or unequal-side) angle iron, the flange-like portion 4a refers to any of the orthogonal flat plate portions.
[0014]
Next, wallboard fastener B is FIG. 2 (B), is formed from such, mounting portion B 1 and the pressing portion 5 shown in (C) or the like. The presser 5 is composed of a cover 5a and a presser 5b. The covering portion 5a has a substantially gate-shaped cross section, and can cover a portion where the second overlapped edge 3 and the first overlapped edge 2 of the wall plate materials A and A overlap each other. Further, the pressing portion 5b serves to press the overlapping portion of the second overlapping edge 3 and the first overlapping edge 2 of the wall plate materials A, A against the flange portion 4a.
[0015]
Its mounting portion B 1 represents, abutting plate portion 6, the clip-shaped plate 7 is formed from the engaging bent edge 6a, the clip-shaped plate 7 is formed relied upper end of the plate portion 6, the locking bent ends to the lower end An edge 6a is formed. The contact plate 6 has a flat shape and can be brought into contact with the flange 4a.
[0016]
The clip-shaped plate 7 has a plate-like shape and is formed integrally from the upper end portion of the backing plate portion 6 via a bent portion so as to be substantially opposed to the backing plate portion 6. Further, it is preferable that the clip-shaped plate 7 has elasticity with respect to the backing plate portion 6. The clip-like plate 7 and the abutment plate 6 hold the flange-like portion 4a of the structural material 4 therebetween. When the clip-shaped plate 7 has elasticity, the backing plate 6 and the clip-shaped plate 7 can be clamped and fixed by elastically pressing the flange-shaped portion 4a.
[0017]
Further, a locking bent edge 6a is formed at the lower end of the backing plate portion 6, and the locking bent edge 6a is locked to the lower end of the flange-shaped portion 4a to support the wall plate material fixing tool B on the structural material 4. It can be fixed. The locking bent edge 6a may be formed so as to be slightly upward from the lower end of the backing plate portion 6. In the case where the locking bent edge 6a is formed to be inclined in this manner, when the locking bent edge 6a is locked and fixed to the structural material 4, the locking bent edge 6a can properly adjust the lower end of the flange-shaped portion 4a of the structural material 4 It can be elastically fixed by the pressing force.
[0018]
Next, a second embodiment of the wall plate material fixing device B will be described. In the embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, the mounting portion B 1 is abutting plate section 6 and is formed from a clamping member 9. The fastening member 9 is formed as a separate member from the backing plate 6 (see FIGS. 7, 8B, 9A, etc.).
[0019]
The fastening member 9 is formed of a fastening plate 9a and a pressing portion 9b. The fastening plate 9a is formed as a substantially rectangular plate, and the pressing portions 9b are formed from both sides in the width direction of the fastening plate 9a. Are formed (see FIG. 7). The pressing portion 9b is formed substantially at right angles to the fastening plate portion 9a.
[0020]
The pressing portion 9b contacts the inside of the flange-shaped portion 4a (see FIGS. 9A and 9B). Pressing surface of the pressing portion 9b, sometimes inclined pressing surface 9b 1 are formed, the gradient θ of the inclined pressing surface 9b 1 are formed to be approximately equal to the slope of the flange-like portion 4a. That is, the flange portion 4a such as channel steel or I-section steel used as a structural material 4, since the slope is provided on the inner wall surface side, by forming the inclined pressing surface 9b 1 the pressing portion 9b, The contact plate 6 and the tightening member 9 can be made to face substantially parallel.
[0021]
Thus, when the structural material 4 has an inclined surface on the inner surface side of the flange-shaped portion 4a such as a channel steel or an I-shaped steel, the contact state can be improved, and the mounting strength can be strengthened. The contact plate 6 and the fastening member 9 are configured to be detachable via a fixing tool 10.
[0022]
The fixing device 10 is specifically composed of a bolt 10a, a nut 10b and a washer 10c. Position adjustment holes 6b and 9c for connection through which the shaft of the bolt 10a of the fixing tool 10 penetrates are formed in the backing plate 6 and the fastening member 9. At least one of the position adjusting holes 6b and 9c of the contact plate 6 and the fastening member 9 is an elongated hole. Alternatively, it is preferable that both have long holes.
[0023]
When the wall plate material fixing device B is mounted on the flange-shaped portion 4a of the structural member 4, the contact plate portion 6 and the tightening member 9 are vertically displaced from each other and are fixed by the fixing device 10. In order to make the contact plate 6 and the fastening member 9 mutually deviate in the vertical direction, at least one of the position adjustment holes 6b and 9c can be easily formed as a long hole. Then, the fixing tool 10 is tightened, and the fixing member 9 is set so that the side of the tightening member 9 is higher than the backing plate portion 6 (see FIG. 9A). Then, the fastening member 9 is located inside the flange-shaped portion 4a, and the contact plate portion 6 is arranged outside the flange-shaped portion 4a, and clamps the flange-shaped portion 4a.
[0024]
As in the first embodiment, a locking bent edge 6a is formed at the lower end of the contact plate portion 6, and a receiving plate piece 6c for receiving the tightening member 9 is formed at the upper end. ing. The receiving plate piece 6 c receives the upper side of the fastening member 9 when the fastening member 9 is fastened to the backing plate portion 6 via the fixing tool 10, and the fastening member 9 is substantially attached to the backing plate portion 6. This serves to allow the members to face each other in parallel (see FIG. 9A).
[0025]
In the present invention, the structural member 4 is usually constructed such that the flange-shaped portion 4a faces upward. However, when the wall plate material fixing device B of the second embodiment is used, FIG. As shown in (C), the structural material 4 may be arranged such that the flange-shaped portion 4a faces downward. In this case, the locking bent edge 6a is positioned above and locked to the widthwise end of the web-shaped portion of the structural member 4.
[0026]
[Action]
First, the wall plate material A is disposed on the flange-shaped portion 4a of the structural material 4, and the first overlapped edge 2 and the second overlapped edge 3 of the adjacent wall plate materials A, A are overlapped. At this time, the second overlapped edge 3 comes into contact with the outer surface of the flange portion 4a. While holding the overlapping portion of the adjacent wall plate materials A, A so as to cover with the pressing portion 5 of the wall plate material fixing tool B, while holding the flange-shaped portion 4a between the backing plate portion 6 and the clip-shaped plate 7, The upper end portion is driven with a tool such as a hammer.
[0027]
As a result, the clip-shaped plate 7 temporarily separates from the backing plate portion 6 while its locking bent edge 6a reaches the lower end of the flange-shaped portion 4a, and the locking bent edge 6a is connected to the lower end of the flange-shaped portion 4a. At the same time that the clip-shaped plate 7 has been locked at the place, the clip-shaped plate 7 returns to its original position by an elastic restoring force, and can be fixed to the strong structural member 4. FIGS. 4 (A) and 4 (B) show intermediate stages in the process of mounting the above-mentioned flange-shaped portion 4a of the structural member 4.
[0028]
Further, a case where the wall plate material fixing device B of the second embodiment is used will be described. The backing plate portion 6 and the fastening member 9 of the wall plate material fixing device B loosen the fastening member 10 and hold the flange-shaped portion 4a between the backing plate portion 6 and the fastening member 9 in a state where the space therebetween is widened. I do. At this time, workability is improved if the locking bent edge 6a formed at the lower end of the backing plate portion 6 is locked to the lower end of the flange-shaped portion 4a.
[0029]
Then, the fixing member 10 is tightened as it is, so that the backing plate portion 6 and the tightening member 9 hold the flange portion 4a with the tightening force, and the mounting to the structural member 4 is completed. The inclination pressing surface 9b 1 formed in the pressing portion 9b of the fastening member 9 is suitable for use where the slope is provided on the inner surface side of the flange portion 4a by interposition steel [Fig. 9 ( A)]. The above construction work is performed from the inside of the building (see FIG. 10). Further, as described above, a plurality of wall plate members A, A,... Are arranged on the flange portion 4 a of the structural member 4, and the flange plate portion 6 and the clip-like plate 7 of the wall plate material fixing tool B are used. The upper edge 4a is clamped and the bent edge 6a is locked to the lower end of the flange-shaped portion 4a, and the second overlapping edge 3 and the first overlapping edge 2 of the wall plates A, A are overlapped by the holding portion 5 thereof. The wall mounting structure in which the portion is fixed to the flange-shaped portion 4a allows the outer wall to be constructed from the inside in the construction work, and particularly the mounting of the wall plate fixing device B to the structural material 4 Simple and quick. That is, the wall plate material fixing device B includes a pressing portion 5 for pressing and fixing a joint portion between the wall plate materials A, A to the flange-shaped portion 4a, and a bent edge which is adjacent to the pressing portion 5 and is locked at the lower end. 6a, and a clip-shaped plate 7 formed in a folded shape from the upper end of the corresponding plate portion 6 toward the locking bent edge 6a. When the wall plate material fixing device B is to be locked to the flange-shaped portion 4a, the locking bent edge 6a is locked to the lower end of the flange-shaped portion 4a while being sandwiched between the backing plate portion 6 and the clip-shaped plate 7. By doing so, it can be locked and fixed. Thus, the wall plate material fixing device B can be attached to the structural material 4 almost instantaneously without using welding means or fixing means such as bolts and nuts, and since the holding member 5 is provided. In addition, the joint between the wall plate materials A, A and the wall plate material fixing device B can be mounted and fixed to the structural material 4 substantially simultaneously, and the construction efficiency can be improved.
[0030]
